This is the re claiming of an old run down beautiful house, with ghosts!!
Wonderful new to me author, with a great sense of history, the making of a family of ghosts…but tied to the present in a fun way….the meeting of the minds in the restoration of this home.
You will really like this triology …
It is a ” do not want to put down kind of book”” the kind I really love to read…catches you on the first page.
My first read with ghosts and I loved it. Wish I could see what she saw. Very fun, easy read.
It was a sweet story that I enjoyed reading.
Only read a few chapters. I’m not really a ‘ghost’ person so you lost me
I really enjoyed this book. The main character’s interaction with ghosts in the house was fun and a very enjoyable read.
Easy to read and enjoyable.
Different premise than usual
I loved this book series…I’m hanging on waiting for her 3rd one….
I did enjoy this book but was wishing for a better ending.
A sweet story, well told.
Such a relief to read an original story. I loved the story line and although I’m not a fan of ghosts this was quite enjoyable. Highly recommend it.
Wonderful character’s & story plot. Good read couldn’t put down.
I read this book after a couple of “heavy” ones. I was looking for something lightweight to read after those. This book while not exactly lightweight, still called to me. As I finished the book I was looking forward to the sequels.
I really enjoyed this book! It is well written and different. Plan on reading books 2 and 3.
Loved the premise of the book. Gave me something to think about in regard to the afterlife in a way that was uplifting.
Boring
I was drawn into the book. Made time ,to go and have extea reading time for this story.
Characters were believable, enjoyed reading it. Even though you knew outcome, ending was different than norm – much better than norm! Came to like all characters.
It started out good, but it deteriorated after awhile. She got involved with a group of silly, out-of-control, older women, who took her into their group. I lost interest & deleted it from my Kindle. “Silly, dirty-mouthed women” books, are not my forte’ !
Not my usual read but I really enjoyed this book.
