I recieved a free copy of this book and now I’m leaving an honest and voluntary review.
I did enjoy this story and would like to read more from this author if I ever had the chance.
This is a slow-paced story. The romance is gradual and slow which I like because it isn’t rushed.
If you like slow-paced and gradual romance then pick this up
This is a sweet love story. There’s a little bit of everything for everyone to enjoy.
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review.

This is the first book in the Bridges Brothers Series that follow the four Brides brothers. This first book is Logan’s story. This is a family of brothers that are tying their very hardest and best to get their lives to be somewhat normal again after the family suffers a tragic loss. Logan was a soldier and while in battle his team was ambushed and most of the members of his team where killed and Logan is left with that loss and PTSD. Now he is home because of another horrific loss and trying to handle the raising and responsibility of his family. It’s not long before he realizes he is in way over his head and Mollie a woman from his past steps up to help him. I loved these two characters. Logan is a man who is suffering great loss that he can’t remember but blames himself for and suffers from it on a daily basis. He hopes in some way that coming home and caring for his family will help to make up for his loss in battle. This guy is going to steal your heart, I swear you aren’t going to get it back either. I loved Mollie, she is such a strong female character. She is super compassionate, a loner by nature but had this pull to Logan and his family as they were in dire need of healing. She only ever has the best intentions and I have to say the chemistry between Mollie and Logan is amazing. I don’t think there was a thing about this book I didn’t love. I so can’t wait to read the next book in this series too. I am hooked on the Bridges Brothers for sure.
I really enjoyed this story! The characters had such great chemistry and were awesome people too! I love the family and their headache is palpable. The secondary characters add to the story, everything has its place. I would definitely recommend this book!
Lia Fairchild is an author who writes emotion-packed books with strong, well-developed characters. BUILDING BRIDGES is the first book in the Bridges Brothers series, and I fell for Logan… hard. I think you will, too. Mollie and Logan were made for each other. Their love story is sensuous and satisfying. Recommended read.
This series is off to an incredible start with this page-turning first book. I highly recommend it!
What a amazing read this book was I simply could not put this book down and I simply cannot wait to read the rest of this series
The first book of the Bridges series is a wonderful start of an emotional romantic series where we get to know these wonderful characters of the Bridges family. Logan is the second son of a family of too many testosterone and also a great amount of losses to mourn. A veteran with PSTD trying to readapt and be the caring member of this broken family. The scenes with the only baby girl of the family are so deep I tear a few tears! It´s hard to understand Logan attraction to Mollie at first as he doesn´t describe her as beautiful until very late on the story. But it´s obvious that not only Logan but everyone in the family craves for her presence. As their relationship evolves, the whole family blooms and we remain with a lasting desire on us to get to know every other character of this family.
I really enjoyed reading about Logan’s story. I liked the fact that he served in the military. Very heartwarming.
Absolutely loved this book.
The Bridges’ family has had a lot of heartache in the last few years. Logan was injured while overseas, serving his country and while he was recovering was called home due to another tragedy. Logan tries to help his family cope with their loss, but he has his own demons to overcome.
Mollie, a nurse and an old high school classmate steps in to help Logan and finds that she is not only in love with Logan but also his family. Can she help Logon overcome his demons or does her secret stand in the way? If she loses Logan, will she lose the family, that she has come to love, also?
Ms. Fairchild pens just the right amount of laughter, tears, heartache and happiness together to make wonderful read. One you will not want to miss.
Be prepared to fall in love with Logan Bridges. He is a former soldier dealing with PTSD and trying to keep his family from falling apart. A house full of males and one tiny Belly Bean. It hasn’t been easy and he realizes he needs assistance. Molly has a heart of gold and instantly falls in love with the family. There is attraction between her and Logan but they go slow. He has issues, she has secrets. It takes a lot of patience and caring to get to their HEA. A lot of emotion with a lot of cute scenes.

Building Bridges is book one in the Bridges Brothers series by Lia Fairchild. I thought Fairchild did a good job representing a family that has encountered great loss. Each person is affected by the death of their loved ones and each person reacts differently. Fairchild paints an accurate picture of a family that was once very close but has since become isolated individuals. Logan Bridges is the hero of the story. I liked Logan but I felt that his feelings for the heroine Molly were a bit rushed. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
I <3 Logan & Mollie!!!
I loved everyone of the bridges family members except for Frank. It’s sad to read what a loss could do to them all at the time but thanks to Logan things started to look up. But even with Logan not facing his own past but moving forward trying to make things better for not only his siblings but his cousins too.
He didn’t realize how bad things were until Bella got hurt and in came Sasha.
And once Logan and Sasha teamed up the book got even more interesting.
This book made you want to learn more about this family and hope to the very end it would all work out for them. It was full of hope and love and strength. It is well written book that I loved reading.

Logan meets Mollie again at the hospital when his niece breaks her leg. He knew her high school. They start getting to know each other and falling for each other. Things keep coming up that keep them from their happily ever after. I really enjoyed this book.
Wonderful story. Logan and Mollie will take you on the most incredible emotional journey. Logan and his family have so much to deal with, each one of them has their own baggage to deal with when along comes Mollie to help rebuild this broken family. This book is captivating, emotional and totally worth reading.
I loved Logan and Mollie’s story! I love how they have past together and that we don’t know exactly what that entails until later on in the story. Logan and Mollie have their own demons/secrets from the past that they are dealing with but their feelings for each other overcome all of that! I love this and would highly recommend to other readers.
Logan’s family is recovering from the loss of his step mom, their Aunt and his return from military life. They are having a dough time. Mollie is a nurse that tends to one of the little cousins in The emergency room. She decides to get involved. This is a great story of recovery. The story does an amazing job showing the struggles and victories of this family. The characters come to life and are very relatable.

An engaging and interesting romance. Heart-warming family issues. PTSD problems. A few tears may be shed along the way. So grateful that when one device’s battery died that I was able to switch to another to finish the story. Also happy to see that this is just the beginning of the tales of the Bridges Brother. The language is a little much for me, but very authentic so easy to overlook. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
