Everything happens for a reason!
Broken Empire is filled with questions. It is also filled with answers but I sure wasn’t ready for them!!!!!
The unique twists and convoluted history make this story a more intense read than I anticipated. Given the last two had me captive the entire time, I shouldn’t have been surprised and yet…
Broken Empire (shakes head) is an eye popping path. It’s like walking through a gentle wooded area miles from civilization. Everything is beautiful, wild, and serene. Just as you bend over to admire a butterfly on a wildflower a tractor trailer careens into the area broadsiding you, the butterfly, and 100 trees…not to mention the poor flowers.
Stunned pause from processing that odd picture aside, Broken Empire is a a puzzle. The pieces are there. They are all facing up yet you can’t seem to make sense of them because you don’t have the box.
The clarity that comes with answers also leads to more. I am absolutely in love with The Princes and their Princess. I can honestly say I will be happily ever after…now!
Boys of Oak Park Prep Book Three.
Talia and The Princes are on the same side, for once. After Talia’s car accident, the boys rally around her, and even her grandfather supports her. Mason is consumed with guilt and rage, but Talia convinces him that they need to find facts to support their hunches instead of going after the perpetrator the way he used to go after her. During their investigation, Talia finds out more about the mysterious Adam who was connected to her mother.
If you’ve been waiting for the conclusion to this trilogy, you will not be disappointed!

Broken Empire by Callie Rose is a reverse harem high school bully romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Kasi Hollowell. This is the third and final book in the Boys of Oak Park Prep trilogy.
The book does come with a caution “It contains cursing and sexual situations, and is intended for listeners 18 and up.”
I absolutely love Callie’s books! She did an amazing job wrapping up the series. I loved the chemistry between Tallia, Elijah, Finn, Mason, and Cole. They all bring something different to the relationship that just makes it work. Their story took me on an emotional roller coaster but I couldn’t help but root for them.
Kasi did an amazing job on the narration. She really brought the story to life.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes Reverse Harems, Enemies To Lovers, and High School Bully Romances.
This is an Audible review.
Well questions are answered and I sure didn’t see Talia’s benefactor being the person revealed, in addition to some other wtf moments all in all this story gave me quite the head rush. So happy with the satisfying conclusion.
If you haven’t started this trilogy yet I suggest you do!
Kasi’s narration was wonderful.

I listened to the Audible version.
I debated for awhile how to rate this book before settling on 4.5 stars. You definitely have to read the series in order–to the extent that they could just be one book. I don’t like cliffhangers and was turned off by the outright cruel revenge in a high school setting, which made me tempted to lower the rating. However, I did want to keep listening. There was a surprising moment in the last book where I really wasn’t expecting a certain person to be on the other side of a door, and I liked that the story was more about personal growth than relationships (the romance was more secondary). The narration was also great, though it was difficult to tell apart the characters by voice alone. In the end, if you’ve enjoyed the first two books, I think you’ll like the third one.

This is the third book in the Boys of Oak Park Prep Series, a very well written and amazing Reverse Harem and High School Bully Romance. The story continues where the last book ended. We learn more about Talie, and the Princes Mason, Finn, Elias, and Cole. The storyline is suspenseful and fast-paced. This is a great conclusion to this amazing Series. Kasi Hollowell did an amazing job with the narration. I enjoyed it and I highly recommend this Series.
Now that secrets are out about the Royals, there is damage control. Also the need to find out who was messing with Talias car. The more questions she asks about her mother and who her father was the more danger shes in. The Royals want to protect her but from whom? 5This last book has answers, mysteries, love. She finds out who her real father is, the mystery surrounding her mother’s death. It’s an exciting ending to the third book in this series. Kasi Hollowell narration is phenomenal!. audiobookobsessionreview
Outstanding Series Conclusion & Audible Listen
Broken Empire (A Reverse Harem High School Bully Romance)
Boys of Oak Park Prep, Book 3
By: Callie Rose
Narrated by: Kasi Hollowell
I love this great series, each book is awesome including this third and final book. Callie Rose does not disappoint, she continues to deliver the drama and mind-blowing storylines for Talia and the Princes of Oak Park Prep. Talia is is recovering from her injuries, the relationship she has with the princes are recovering as well. The boys are in full protective mod of Talia as they return to school. Adena is in full bully and bitch mode out to get Talia and continue to destroy and discredit the boys. Talia is determined to find something on Adena to shut her down. I loved how everything plays out and how Callie Rose kept me thinking, I thought I had things figured out only for her to pull the rug out from under me. There is plenty of drama, angst, some mind-blowing twists, mysteries are solved, answers given and Talia relationship with the boys continues to flourish. Callie Rose, thank you for these great books, I loved and enjoyed them immensely.
I listened to the Audible edition, Kasi Hollowell is a fantastic narrator and voice artist. She continues to bring these characters to life giving them their voices and personality. Her portrayal of each character is spot on, she sounded as you pictured them to be. She captured their emotion, attitude and passion, which was projected into her performance. She is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank your for another fantastic listen

* AUDIOBOOK REVIEW *
This trilogy has slowly entered my heart and I love the end.
No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings and lots of good dialogues
The characters has grown on me and they feel familiar to me now and that means I get more invested in the story.
There’s some suspense that has me guessing what’s going to happen next.
Progression of the story is steady and I actually think it needed to be a trilogy to get to this point.
Narrator:
Clear pronunciation and read with feelings
5 stars overall

Holy cow, that was one wild ride. I am opposed usually to bully romances but I really enjoyed this series (especially this book!). I think the best was the last. This had everything you could possibly want in a story and audiobook!! I highly recommend this series, this author, and this narrator. Loved, loved, loved .
First the story: Ok I am not going to give too much away because you need to be surprised. I knew some things were coming, but the delivery and lead-up was amazing. I was on the edge of my seat a lot during this book (from the cliffy from last book, to the crazy amazing ending). Callie got us to hate the princes, and be disappointed/empathetic with Talia in Book 1, then got us to feel bad for the princes and start thinking they would be Amazeballs together. THEN in Book 3, Callie rips our heart into a million pieces and then puts it back together with adorable and heartfelt moments, and some steamy, off the chart intimate moments with Talia and her men. I seriously didnt want this to end!!
Now for the narration: What more can I say about how amazing Kasi is?!?! I have added her to my top 5 women narrators in this genre and she did not disappoint in this one! I couldn’t give her less than a five. I love that she adds nuances to the guy so you know who it is. The way she does the side characters is amazing. The only tough part was the parents voices, but that was no big deal. Her intonations and inflections elevated this story and made the audiobook fantastic. Amazing job! Can’t wait to hear more
Oh my, oh my, oh my. What could be better then 4 hot guys devoted to one girl, and revenge. The twist and turns kept me on the edge of my seat. The steamy bits made me squirm in that seat. This should be a no brained read. Trust me when I say you need the conclusion to this love whirlwind.
I have never read a “bully” romance before, I’m not sure if I will like them but this author made me love hers. I fell in love with ALL the characters! The author took me through all the emotions. I was so addicted to the book, I actually stayed up all night reading the entire series. This story was strong and beautiful. Book 3 was full of lots of twists and an outstanding ending.
4.5 stars for Broken Empire by Callie Rose. This is book 3 in the Oak Park Prep series. It picks up right where book 2 left us. Talia wants to dance and achieve her dreams. “I miss ballet so much. It’s like what you said that day. Dance is like a—a language. It’s like speaking, telling a story. I used to be able to tell stories with my body. Now I feel like… a fucking mute.” In this book we learn so much about the princes and what they want with Talia. I don’t want to give to much away so I will just say the ending to this book really got to me. I would recommend this series to anyone who loves reverse harem bully romances.
Holy crap on a cracker…I did NOT see that coming!! Just when you think you’ve got the story figured out and you know what’s going on, she ups and twists it on you!! This series is epic and I really hope there’s more to come. I will definitely be checking out her other works.
What a great ending to a brilliant series of books. If you love bully RH books then this series is a must read. Loose ends and unanswered questions are revealed in this book. Some of which genuinely left me opened mouthed and shocked! I cant praise this series up enough. Just loved it!!
What a perfect ending to this series!
Callie Rose brought it with this one!
The betrayal and finding out the truth had me in the edge of my seat! Talia and the guys definitely went through the wringer in this one!
I loved every part of this series and devoured every word! Easily one of my favorites!
I am amazed at what a great ending we got with Broken Empire. Everything came to how it needed to and the chemistry between all these kids was just amazing.
They went from love/hating in the first two book to downright making everything right between all of them and coming clean with the past and present.
I think Callie Rose did a superb job with this series and I am completely over the moon with it.
Downright an entertaining and full of angst and emotion that you don’t want to miss out on!
I am in absolute and total AWE of Talia aka Legs in this final book. We pick up right where book two ended…the crash. This book made me so proud of her. To me she’s the eternal Phoenix continually rising from the ashes. Over and over again she’s knocked down, shoved into the mire and muck of life. However her heart and spirit REFUSE to keep her down. We see her and the guys start to heal from this crash, and hoping to piece together who was behind it. Someone other than The Princes obviously has it out for her, but why… and who? They have their suspicions, but how far off are they? There are a number of HUGE reveals in this penultimate book, and boy oh boy are they good! Your jaws will hit the floor at a certain whopper you probably won’t see coming. This year solidifies these five as a unit and family. Goodness help anyone that tries to get in the way of that! Legs also finally learns the surprising answer to her big question of who sent the lawyer that began all of this. Full circle yet leaves us aching for more. These young people truly have been through the ringer, and didn’t let it pull them apart. This connection in the end helped save them in many ways. This book grabbed hold and wouldn’t let me put it down until I finished it! Brava!
This is the third and last book in Talia and her guys story and one I truly could not get enough of and absolutely fell in love with. This whole series had me hooked and on edge wondering what was going to happen next and this one did not disappoint at all! After the ending of the last book I was been anxiously waiting for this one so much. Loved how fiercely loyal and protective they were with her in this one. With all the twists and turns and shocking truths and answers to the questions from the other books had my emotions all over the place and my heart just about ready to explode but the end was sooo worth it. I truly and completely and utterly adored Talia, Mason, Cole, Finn and Elijah
