Oh my wow! Maggie & Porter’s story is emotional & swoon-worthy. I was cheering so hard for them through their journey to HEA. Grab some tissues because there are some heartfelt moments along the way, along with laughter and messy life lessons. Kait Nolan weaves the perfect blend of family, heartbreak, humor and love at last. Don’t miss out! ~USA Today Bestselling Author J.H. Croix“That … Croix
“That girl who got knocked up in high school.”
Maggie Reynolds went all the way to Los Angeles to escape that label, but she hears the whispers every time she comes home to Eden’s Ridge, Tennessee. She’s been burning the candle at both ends for the last twelve years, trying to make something of her herself, trying to give people something else to say about her.
Porter Ingram prides himself on being a steady man, a good friend, but he’s none too steady when he flies off to California because Maggie’s collapsed from exhaustion and she doesn’t want her sister, Pru, to worry. Not when Pru’s about to have a baby any minute. What Maggie doesn’t know is that she’s more than just a good friend to Porter. It’s an open secret he’s been wearing on his sleeve for years, if she’d only see it.
When Maggie’s forced to take a sabbatical from work, the obvious choice is to go home to Tennessee. But there’s nothing restful about just doing nothing for a doer like her. Throwing herself into getting the Eden’s Ridge Artisan Guild off the ground is a natural fit for her talents, and Porter’s grateful for her help. But walking in the shadows of their painful past could reveal secrets that just might destroy everything they think they know about each other.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Family is important in our lives and the story shows this. As always there is a sweetness in Kait Nolan’s writing.

Once again, I have come “home” to the Misfit Inn”. Porter and Maggie will (as all Kait Nolan’s books do) take you on a roller coaster ride of emotion. I normally think each book she writes is my favorite but, in all honesty, I think this is most definitely my favorite! I love and adore her writing and the “family” dynamics of each and this is not different!! A definite 5 stars from me.
This latest Misfit Inn adventure certainly lives up to the reader’s expectations of romance, family, and all the trials and tribulations that these characters experience while trying to find their own HEA. Porter and Maggie are so perfect together. I found myself cheering them on from the very beginning. I also cringed and shed a few tears for them along their journey. What a great feeling to hope that justice will win out in the end. This is definitely another must-read Kait Nolan book!

Loved it!
Kait Nolan writes such great stories – filled with warmth and charm and strong characters willing to fight for their families, themselves, and love.
Loved it! What wonderful fun characters.
I truly enjoyed this book. The author pulls you into the characters as if you are right there with them! Her writing is exceptional!
I loved reading this book. It’s another of the wonderful stories from the small town of Wishful full of emotions and love. It is well written with captivating characters that are so loveable. The story is well written and will keep your interest until the very end and you’ll still want more.
You know how sometimes there’s that audiobook you’ve been waiting on and you’re willing to rearrange your entire TBL shelf to listen to it? This is one of them for me.
This is the finale of the Misfit Inn series and Kait Nolan writes in such a wholly satisfying way that I can’t help but get a little teary eyed. This is small town, second chance, shunned-girl-made-good perfection. Despite a mashup of well loved tropes there was still a lot of unique to this story due to the distinctive world that Nolan created.
The somewhat mysterious Maggie is driven home by sheer exhaustion as the anniversary of her baby’s death collides with Pru’s due date. Her former foster brother and best friend, Porter – who has always loved Maggie from afar, is there to help her during this emotionally trying time. There is love, laughter, and heartache as this couple find their way together and the circumstances around Maggie’s pregnancy come to light.
Nolan also gives the Reynolds sisters a lovely epilogue where we get a peek into all their HEAs.
P.S. Kait Nolan, if you’re reading this – is there any chance Mia will get a story?
Narration by Amy McFadden – Each Misfit Inn character has their own unique voice, accent, and “mannerisms”. McFadden keeps these consistent throughout the whole series. I could listen to all the books back-to-back and not tell there were any gaps in production. Totally binge-worthy.
As always Kait Nolan has scored another success. This book had me crying one minute and laughing the next. Definitely hard to put down.

I loved Maggie and Porter. We’ve seen a lot of them over the previous Misfit Inn books and known there was a story brewing but it surpassed what I had hoped. They went through a lot early in life and it drove them apart but tied them together – sometimes life takes a turn and plops you where you started. It takes a reset for Maggie to see that maybe Porter has been right in front of her all along (and she is the last to catch on). They have a lot of hurdles to clear before they find a happy ending, but their story is an enjoyable ride.
This story is a fitting ending for the Misfits and their journeys. Maggie and Porter finally get their HEA. It sure took them long enough! Now all of the original misfits have found their heart homes. Kate serves justice up to the men who use women and for those women who have been used. Way to support the sisterhood!

I absolutely adore Kait Nolan’s writing and in particular the Misfit Inn series. While this story is a stand-alone, the series is worth every bit of enjoyment sure to be gained by diving in. Each story grows on me that much more as do the characters and the town of Eden Ridge. Just absolutely love it all! This story upholds the Kait Nolan’s tradition of excellence ever so well.

It truly deserves 5-stars.
This is one of my favorite authors.
She knows what her readers want and delivers.
The characters are amazing.
The plot is intriguing.
I have been provided with a review copy of Bring It On Home by the author via Booksprout for an impartial review. This is the fourth and final book in the Misfit Inn series and I just absolutely loved getting to go back into this wonderful world with it’s amazing characters. I just had so much fun reading this story and getting to learn more about these characters. In this story we get to see Maggie Reynolds and Porter Ingram and see then come together. I just fell in love with them and I just loved getting to see their journey. I just didn’t want it to end and I was sad to turn the last page. I can’t wait to see what’s next from this author.
Bring it on Home is the beautiful, heartfelt story of Maggie and Porter. This wonderful book not only tells Maggie’s story it also completes the romances of the other sisters. I definitely recommend that these books are read in order as together they are truly outstanding. Incredible and honest characters, small town issues, romance highs and lows all feature heavily but above all the sense of love, family and home is what drives this book and series. Kait Nolan never fails to deliver and this book is no exception. Prepare for a great read and a beautiful HEA but have some tissues handy because it is not an easy journey. I loved this book and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Bring It On Home is book 4 in the Misfit Inn series by Kait Nolan. Now it’s Maggie and Porter’s turn. We know some of the history between these two from the prior books but WOW totally didn’t realize the depth of their history and the secrets they carry.
When Maggie collapses from exhaustion burning the candle at both ends, Porter flies to California to bring her home to recuperate so her sisters don’t worry. While she has never been idle it will be a challenge keeping her down. When talks of getting the Eden’s Artisan Guild off the ground she knows she can help as this is what she does in California…but her past is coming back to haunt her with all the town talk, secrets she thinks are buried, and a man who wants to be more than just her friend…
This story gives you all the feels, tears, laughter, secrets, family, friends who understand and hopes for a love everlasting…can Maggie and Porter find their HEA??
This was a wonderful story written by a superb author. She brings characters to life and they nearly jump off the page with realism. I simply love her writing style. She is one of the best.

WOW this is my favorite book in the “misfit Inn” series by Kait Nolan. This is the time for Maggie. You finally get the last pieces of the puzzle to why Maggie left Tennessee. Kait Nolan does an amazing job of showing you Maggie’s softer side. Porter, the hunk, that he is makes you hope he gets his happy ever after. You won’t be disappointed in this read and this heartwarming family,
