Pulse left me hanging on the edge of the cliff and Breathe has pulled me back up. In the second part of the duet for Effa and Merc’s story we delve further into the drama and the outcome from the ending of part one (no I am not giving up what happens at the end of Pulse you will have to read it for yourself LOL). As we continue on the journey with Effa and Merc these two make discoveries both in their relationship and personally that will strengthen the bond but at times push it to its limit. Secrets that have been harboured will be discovered in the most crushing of ways that will be the ultimate test for these two. Breathe will take you on a emotional roller coaster from happiness, love, anger, frustration and at times heartbreak. The second part to their story has it all; drama, suspense, fun, confrontations and enough steam to melt the makeup right off your face. The ending well…… can I say Ms Osborn I just wanted to high five you and shout out hell yeah!!!!
This book leaves off where Pulse left off and I love how we see how hard Mercs fights for Effa. No matter what they face they face it together. I have to say that this author knows how to write an amazing Rockstar Romance. This is definitely a MUST READ series and book. You don’t need to read book one but it makes the story so much better when you . I can’t wait to see what happens next in this series #writefasterKEOsborn.
Great second book in the duet, love it just as much as the first one.
OMG. 2nd part of pulse. It was hard to breathe !! You need to buy both books at the same time, if not you will be biting your nails until you get breathe. This is the HEA of pulse, with lots of breathing and heart racing to find out what happens to Effa and how Merc deals with everything that happens to them. There is a lot of biting nails, and of course the heart stopping moments when you need to find out what happens.
This book will have you not wanting to put it down . I couldn’t wait to find out what happened to Effa and Merc and read in one sitting. This book touches on many things that unfortunately effect so many of us and I’m glad the author wrote about to let others know they’re not alone these do effect a lot of people. The craziness of the band and all the girls and the stage crew has me wanting more from their amazing stories. I’d highly recommend you read these books but be warned tissues, laughter and lots of love.
5 BEAUTIFUL BREATHE STARS!! This is the second book in the Luminous Rock series and starts where Pulse ended. Another phenomenal book by K.E. Osborn this author keeps us readers on the edge of our seats and loving every minute. I love Effa and Merc they are so perfect and exciting to watch their stories be told. I highly recommend this series to anyone looking for Rock star stories. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
OMG! This picks up right where Pulse left off and from there the roller-coaster grabs you and doesn’t let go. Mercs and Effa have an electric relationship that gives them both something they both need. Learning to trust that love and lean on each other for support realizing it’s not a weakness. I love the dual POV for each character during this journey. Mercs frustrates me as he struggles the most with acknowledging that he needs Effa’s help. Add in the incredible supporting cast which provides this unique family that pulls together in good and bad times.
