I really liked this book. Loved Pollux and Katy and how they got along. This book will have you laughing one minute and almost in tears the next. The story is very well written. I can’t wait for more books by this authors. I recommend this book.
A one night stand that turns into so much more. Katy is at her company charity function schmoozing and being the social butterfly to make herself partner. While she was there she hooks up with Pollux in the bathroom and it’s the best sex ever in her life. Pollux is a company raider trying to get in to see if he wants to buy the company Katy works for. So they struck a deal to have Pollux be her fake fiancée, so she can get her partnership and Pollux can get in without her knowing.
So many secrets so many hot nights, both not expecting it to turn into something more.
Ok pretty much Logan Chance ruined my favorite list of his books for me, I have some rearranging to do. The last three that I have read blew it up for me. Katy, has been through so much, but she is a fighter and survivor. Chance brings out the insecurities a woman has after a divorce, sometimes you just have to prove you can do it on your own. Pollux is a complex character. He is mysterious and carries a big burden on his shoulders. Their chemistry is hot together and Chance brings the kink into this story. This book was so unexpected and I did not see where it was heading to. It was not predictable at all and threw me for a loop. Make sure to read Study Me before this gem, so you can get the full effect. I highly recommend this one if you want to be surprised, hell I recommend you read the whole series. I’ve read all of Logan’s books and this series was a different tone then the rest of his books and I loved every minute of it.

I am sad to see the Sex Me novellas come to an end, but I am ecstatic with the outcome of Break Me. I knew what I could expect from Logan Chance’s writing, but nothing like this. As quick of a read this was, I read it slowly. The mission was for us readers to experience Pollux’s pain. Oh yeah. Felt it and cried because of it. An amazing read and one I will go back to again and again.
What a great book, love how the deep emotions, humor, twists and turns come out with Pollux and Katy in Break Me, not forgetting the steamy hot sex scenes, bringing past characters (Houston and Marley) into the story line was genius. Logan has so much talent and it shows in every book he writes, his characters always grab you and suck you right in, I get kind of sad when the book ends. Always looking forward to 1 click on his next new release.
I have read all the Sex Me Novellas and this one was hands down by far my favorite. This book was a phenomenal read but it will definitely break you with the emotion, secrets and losses so be prepared for one hell of a twisty ride. This is one novella that left me feeling compete when it was over and I highly recommend it because this is a definite MUST read!

With their rushed encounter of meeting Pollux and Katy had chemistry that was off the chart hot!!! But the way this author did the twists and turns in this book I’m officially a fan!!!!
Always love picking up one of Logan Chance’s reads he doesn’t disappoint! Katy and Pollux’s relationship was not only a fake fiance relationship! This had so many steamy moments but with a lot of emotional feels from both these characters! I have so enjoyed this Sex Me series!

This book was interesting at the beginning but seemed more like just your traditional fake fiancè book with great chemistry between the leads.
Katy and Pollux were hot together but it was the interesting twist that blew me away and then we are given another twist and damn… hooked again.

She was done in believing in the fairytale. As she sees it, she has a bump in the road to overcome before she can become a partner. She needs to be married. At least this is how she reads the board members.
Pollux was never the relationship type. Basically a one and done type of person. He had no desire to settle down. Now he needs to learn how to play the doting fiancé. He soon learns, it may not be as difficult as it may sound.
Break Me is a wonderful fake fiancé read that has a wide range of emotions. I love how Katy and Pollux went from nothing to something even if it was on a false pretense.

This story is deep, emotional and wonderful story full of deception and a twist you do not see coming.. Katy is a driven woman who is out to prove to a man’s world that she can make it. Pollux is a man with some deep secrets and need to destroy. I do not like spoilers so I will not give any but if you like hot and steamy chemistry and a rollercoaster ride of emotions then this is the book you need to read. One line at the end of the book sums it up best – Just always remember, stars can’t shine without darkness.

The one thing that Pollux, corporate raider and super alpha bad boy sex toy, never saw coming was love in the form of Katy, a corporate lawyer at the firm he wants to take over.
Katy’s goal is to make partner, but among the older fuddy duddy partners, all men, a divorced woman isn’t going to cut it. About the same time, Pollux shows up to figure out his secret takeover of the company.
Pollux and Katy meet at a charity event hosted by the partners. Pollux gives Katy a fake name, because if he gives her his real name, the partners will know he’s a corporate raider. Then he becomes her fake fiance, to get embedded in the company affairs, because it’s nearing Christmas and there are several important parties planned.
There is a very convoluted plot here, But it doesn’t become apparent until near the end of the book. However the animal attraction that Pollux and Katy feel for each other is very real and very immediate!
Pollux is a spankster, he’s a choker and he’s one tatted up naaasssty bad man!

This is one of the very best erotic romances I have ever read! The xxx scenes are extremely well written and realistic in every way the written word can make it possible.
The sense of loss that the characters feel from losing family members is completely real. The author has to have experienced a major loss in his own family to be able to write with the heartbreaking clarity that is expressed by Pollux and Katy’s brother, Houston.
Having lost my husband to a terrible accident, the anguish, anger, and the survivor’s guilt, hit me very close to home. Years haven’t diminished the pain of loss. All the same feelings come through in the books characters.
The plot and the telling of this tale are outstanding! This is the first book I have read by this author!
With each book in the Sex Me Novella series I feel Logan Chance is diving deeper into our hearts and souls with these characters. Introductions between Katy and Pollux are slightly different from the usual way you’d meet someone for the first time but damn, I wouldn’t want it any other way. Both Katy and Pollux accept decisions that are deceiving those around them but it’s a chance they’re willing to take. What started out as pure lust between these two develops into much more and we’re brought through an incredible journey. When truths are revealed I was left gasping and jaw dropped. This story hits hard on so many emotional levels that I just couldn’t put it down. If you’re anything like me when you’re finished you’ll sit and take in everything that has happened. Phenomenal read that you can not pass up. This story had to be told and you NEED to hear it for yourselves, grab you copy. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

I really enjoyed, “Break Me” by Logan Chance. It is very hot and sexy, but it is also romantic. This novella is the story of Katy and Pollux. Katy, who wants to be a partner in the business that she’s worked at for so many years, which is owned by a man and headed by an all male board of directors. Katy is recently divorced, and was really hurt by her ex-husband, who not only cheated on her but demeaned her. Unfortunately, the owner and the board of directors is very family oriented, and will probably never consider Katy for partner unless she is in a serious relationship.
Pollux is a corporate raider, who wants to buy the business where Katy works, but can’t let anyone know. He shows up at a fundraiser that Katy is hosting, and just happens to run into her outside of the restrooms, where he sees her for the first time, and not only notices that she’s beautiful, but that she seems upset. Somehow, one thing leads to another and they end up in the Lady’s Room and where they have incredible sex. Shortly after they come out of the restroom, Katy’s boss wants to talk to her about something, when Pollux shows up next to her and introduces himself as Katy’s boyfriend, which seems to delight her boss. Her boss then invites Pollux to the company picnic the next day, which of course Pollux agrees to go to, which infuriates Katy. The next day Pollux meets Katy at the picnic, and during it then surprises Katy and everyone else there by proposing to Katy, and to which Katy says, “Yes.” After they leave the picnic, Katy decides to ask Pollux if he will be her “fiance'” until the New Year if she pays him, so that she can make partner, but the story only gets more complicated from there when Pollux says, “Yes”, and this is when the excitement begins
