Book two of the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club.
Someone has hacked past Brain’s firewalls and sold the MC’s information. Brain and Bash are on a mission to catch the hacker, find out who hired him, and then make him pay.
Until Brain discovers the hacker is a woman, and just as smart as him. She’s so clever, he chases her a full week before he finally catches her.
She’s the enemy, and yet …
She’s the enemy, and yet his wolf wants to protect her from Bash. Worse, his wolf is beginning to decide he wants to claim her.
This isn’t going to be pretty.

Candace Blevins continues to produce high quality, well crafted pieces of fiction. Her characters are strong, rich, vibrant and multilayered. Storylines are interesting, evenly paced and entertaining. I am a fan and will continue to read anything she releases.
Harmony and Brain are a match made in heaven, at least on paper. They’re both have genius level intelligence, are resourceful and have incredible hacking skills. However, she’s been on the run from hIm for months for breaching RTMC files and giving them to a rival MC. When he finally captures her, he recognizes a woman on the edge but one who could be an asset to the MC. A brother’s unexpected betrayal cause a rift so deep with Brain there may be no coming back from it. Through infinite patience, trial and error and recognizing she has PTSD, Harmony finally understands the depth of Brain’s feelings for her. A dangerous mission brings reconciliation to Brain and closure to Harmony’s.
Wow! I’ve been wondering about how Brain and Harmony got together, especially since I read Bash and it talked about a falling out between Brain and Duke. Well, now I know what happened. And it was a very intense ride. I mean, wow. I wasn’t sure what would happen at any particular time, and it was a heckuva ride.
I really wanted to hurt Bash and Gonzo in the worst way. I wanted to punch Duke right in the face too, but not nearly as badly as I wanted to hurt the other two. The whole thing went way, way, way off the rails with them. I couldn’t even believe the mistrust there.
I do love Harmony and Brain even more after this story and reading their journey.
Everybody needs a Brain in their life *SWOON* because that man, his wolf, they are solely focused on their woman. They do what they need to, have to, and want to, to make her life good, better, and then, best. Nothing will stand in their way, not life, friends, rules, or family
And our heroine, such a perfect blend of what someone who has lived life, and had the horrors of it happen, and wants to move on should be. She isn’t weak, or spunky, she is smart and determined. This makes her perfect for Brain, and him for her
This was supposed to be a read a bit, but ended up as an all nighter, because I just couldn’t consider putting this book down until I saw has this story ended, and it never, at any point, disappointed me – fabulous!
The second book in the RTMC is a bout Brain who comes by his name by having a brain like a computer and a hacker par excellence.
A hacker by the name of Ice has gotten hold of some of their info and sold it to the enemy causing one of theirs to almost die and there are very hard feelings. As she has a reputation of holding up under torture from Russians before escaping never having given up any info, Brain comes up with an alternative idea.
Treat her with respect and offer her a way out of the life if she wants to go straight.
Of course no-one trusts him enough to stick with the plan when he starts to show feelings for her and things get royally screwed up.
There is non-consent and torture in the backstory so be careful if that could be a trigger.
Ms. Blevins once again goes out of her way to make sure that the storyline is compelling and the development of the characters continues throughout the book.
I love these fellows and am moving onto Bash next.
