He’s wicked smart. Filthy rich. Plus drop dead gorgeous. And he’s never been more off-limits.Estella Hawthorne might have been the homecoming queen last year, but everything changed this year at Wildwood Academy. I watched her fall from the glamorous mean girl everyone loved to hate, to the broken little girl I used to know. Things have really gone wrong for my former best friend.I’m having my … friend.
I’m having my best year ever. Everybody at Wildwood knows my name, and I finally stepped out of my brother’s shadow. Milo Earnshaw. Chess master. Washboard abs. Picky, because I can be.
I’ve got students and teachers eating out of the palm of my hand. The school’s most popular girl wants to be with me. I got in to my dream college. I’ve got it made.
Except I’ve never felt more empty inside.
Estella is a part of my life I promised myself I’d never revisit. Too many dirty secrets.
Besides, I’m not crushing on her anymore. I got over my Estella-fueled-fantasy in grade school. Now, I just feel sorry for her.
But there’s more to Miss B*tch than meets the eye. I know the real story behind her pretty face. I know her deepest, darkest secrets. And I promised I’d carry them with me until the day I died.
Now, I know she needs me more than ever. Not just as her best friend, or the boy who kissed her tears away when we were younger.
She needs me to make things right, and I owe it to our friendship to give us one last shot before it’s too late.
There’s just one person standing in the way.
Her boyfriend…
My brother.
Second in a series of interconnected high school romances. This is a new adult romance with a boyfriend’s brother, mean girl/geek, forbidden relationship.

Book two in the Lords if Wildwood series. This book was much better than book one. Even though I knew there was a huge secret that needed to be revealed, the characters had their own problems that needed to be worked out. Milo and Estella are made for one another. I can’t wait to see what happens next in this series.
The Lords of Wildwoods series continues with drama, surprise and heat in this newest release that doesn’t disappoint. The queen of mean Estella gets what she deserves but not all is what it appears and when Milo show there’s more to him than friendship their chemistry blossoms. I so loved Milo’s character the nerd that becomes more. Their journey together has to up and down but will they get a HEA when those around them will go to any lengths to ruin it. A definite must read in the new bully romance that is catching the wave.

This book follows Boys that Tease, and this story focuses on Milo and Estelle. This is an interconnected standalone. Estelle was last seen as the mean girl, and I wasn’t sure how the author would be able to garner any sympathy for her. Ms Rosewood was able to turn Estelle’s character around in a way that actually made me respect and admire her. Milo grew up but had a less dramatic change. I liked Milo’s nerdy shyness, which contrasted nicely with his dominant streak. I enjoyed the plot, and was happy to see the plot arc around Pandora moving along. Loved getting to meet Estelle’s family, and loved the ending. Looking forward to more in this series.

I really liked Milo and Estella’s story. At the end of Boys That Tease I despised Estella. Throughout this book I dipped back and forth on being mad at her. Milo, I loved throughout the book. This book gave me the feels. There were times that my heart broke with what would happen to Stells and then I would get upset with her. Milo has loved her since forever, but kept his feelings bottled up. I really liked how Estella grew in this book and how she realized there’s more to being just the mean girl. I really love how Milo would fight for Stells and try to make all her dreams come true. There is some drama, angst and some truths being told. I think that boys who read are sexy. Milo is definitely sexy. I am really loving this series and the Lords of Wildwood. I could not put this down until I was finished. I was hooked at the very beginning to the very end. The storyline was fabulous and I loved all the characters, except for a couple that deserved what they got. I can’t wait for Natan’s story. Do not miss out on a great read and a great series. I highly recommend reading this.
One of my favorite quotes:
“I care about you.” “I like you. I need you. I’m lost without you. You’re a part of me and I’m done being without that part. From now on, you’re mine. “
5 SEXY MILO STARS!! Oh how I love Milo!! The story of Milo and Estella is a wild and crazy ride that will keep you turning pages. There is so much going on from drama, sexiness, mystery, feels and so much more to hold your attention. I am loving this series, Betti Rosewood has me addicted to her words and I can’t wait for the next book.
Estrella and Milo are great charaters. When I started reading I couldn’t put it down. Betti Rosewood is magnifysent and amazing writer.I cannot wait to read more of there books.Keep up the great work. You should definitely read this book. Can’t wait for the next book.
Second book in this series, even though interconnected,
can be read as standalone….full of drama, angst.
and also emotional journey, with tears.
Their relationship had many levels, with an intense connection, witty banter, sizzling hot chemistry, emotional heartbreaking and finally coming together as one.
A falling star is beautiful…
I couldn’t imagine feeling anything but loathing for Estella. I was wrong. Betti managed to make me feel both sympathy and love for our beautiful bully. And Milo catches your heart from the first. Drama, mystery, passion…this book has it all! Definitely redeemed Estella. And teased us with more Wildwood…cannot wait!! I received a review copy. I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
This was a very entertaining and enjoyable read. It is book two in the Lords of Wildwood series. These are interconnected books that can be read as standalones. Just keep in mind that characters reappear throughout, past occurrences and details are referenced and there is a bit of an ongoing mystery that is being unfolded over the course of the series. This book focuses on Milo and Estella’s romance. If you are familiar with book one, Boys That Tease, the main characters in this book will be known to you. Milo is hot and nerdy. He has a very kind heart, a surprising streak of dominance, is protective and can be tough as nails or incredibly sweet, depending on what the situation calls for. In book one Estella is very much a mean girl and Queen Witch of the school. I was not a fan and would go so far as to say I hated her. In this book we get to see what is behind the clothes and the attitude. It is both eye-opening and also disturbing. Let’s just say there is a lot more going on there than I think anyone expected. I wish that I could say that I fell in love with her but I didn’t. I did grow to like her and feel sympathy for her, but I never fully connected with her. I think mainly because regardless of her situation I felt some of her actions made no sense to me. I can’t go into details because I do not want to give spoilers. However, I will say this, I have personal experience to draw on and even though everyone acts and thinks differently, in my opinion, she acted in ways that were the opposite of her fears and worries. The storyline was really good though. There was plenty going on to grab and hold your attention. Angst, drama, danger, mystery, secrets, romance, humor, some full blown crazy, heartache, excitement and some never see them coming twists will have you reading every chance you get to see what happens next. I thought that there was just something very special about this couple. They knew each other so well. I found their journey from friends, to rivals, to lovers to be incredibly poignant, sweet, steamy and emotional. This is my sincere review that I am posting of my own volition.
All honesty, I didn’t like Estella in the first book of this series, Boys That Tease. She was the best friend of Tinsley, in my opinion, Estellas wasn’t that great of a friend. I wanted this book to see how she could possibly redeem herself. As it’s said by people in this book many, many times, “Oh, how the mighty have fallen.” And, yes, Estella the resident mean girl, class bully, homecoming queen. The hunter, has now become the prey.
Milo, my Gods that guy. The quiet one, the one that prefers to read a book than to go out and party. The guy in the background. And I am totally perving on him. Don’t get me wrong, he’s legal. I think. I hope. He has some serious Dominate tendencies, and it is seriously hot. Milo decides he’s tired of being in the background, and it’s his time to come out and take what he wants for one. Just a shame that thing he wants, is his brothers girlfriend.
Their relationship is complicated to the extreme, but what they have is hot, exciting, sweet, beautiful, painful at times, but it’s real. It’s something you don’t come across every day, and it makes for an awesome read. The angst and emotion in this one is high, and go will be wrecked but in the end so much happier at the end result. Highly recommend.
Damn that Milo! Estella was definitely redeemed in this book! Seeing her transformation and her struggles with her family and with Milo was eye opening and intriguing. This story sucked me in from the start and I love the suspenseful twist it had too! Milo and Estella were hilarious and heartbreaking together and I loved their biting banter back and forth. Their intense and hot connection was phenomenal! I loved this book and can’t wait to read more about this group of characters and find out what other secrets they are hiding!
Another amazing 5 star read!! Estella and Milo’s story was so riveting and emotionally charged I could not put it down! So much drama and angst and finally we find out about a secret that involved the Lord’s of Wildwood ! Yes! I thought Milo and Estella were really absolutely perfect for each other ! Betti has a way of writing characters that intrigue and fascinate you and you can’t help but fall in love with them ! Can’t wait for the rest of the Lord’s story to be told ! Definitely 5 star worthy and I definitely recommend 1-clicking this book now !

*I received an ARC but am leaving a voluntary and honest review *
This book was fascinating, enlightening, sexy and surprising sweet in places.
Having read Boys that Tease, I was eagerly awaiting to see how Estella would be taken to her knees.
It didn’t disappoint.
There was more than enough drama to go around, more secrets and lies. And that teacher…. Jesus! I wanted to pull her hair out and punch her in the groin.
Milo… sweet, frustrating Milo. Gah, he gave me whiplash to begin with!
Estella, Queen B (that ends with itch). I really enjoyed getting to see what made her tick, what drove her to be who she was and what her demons were.
That ending had me smiling like a crazy lady- it was so sweet!
I was hooked from the start! I did not want to put the book down. It kept me on the edge of my seat! Loved the characters! The story is perfection. So many emotions. A definite must read! I am voluntarily leaving my review after reading an advance reader copy of the book from the author.
I read the first one a few months and I couldn’t stand Estrella, the main character in this second book. When I read the synopsis I wasn’t sure about going on with the series. This book wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t really that kind of good I would have loved either. There are few things it forced me on giving just 3 stars:
-The main characters.
Estrella and Milo both are those kind of characters I can’t really understand, even after reading their povs. Milo is described as “geeky”, as a “boy that read”, but nothing makes me think of him like that. I can really understand his personality and I think the author doesn’t too, not really. Estrella is that kind of character who I didn’t like from the start in the first book and I couldn’t shake my distaste off even in her book. She is weird and she’s something one time and something else another time. First she’s the queen bee, the one who leads the social things in her high school and then she’s the kind of naive of young girls who don’t know anything of social nature and it’s kind of confusing.
-The mistery.
Am I the only one who’s disappointed about the Pandora mistery? The author built up this mistery and the expectations were so high I just couldn’t help but feel really disappointed. I can’t understand why it wasn’t told to her “sister” and why everything was a mistery at all.
-Little details…
There was this kind of little detail I can’t let go and it’s about Estrella’s age in the epilogue, a year and a half after the story. It’s 2021 and Estrella is described celebrating her 21st birthday by drinking cocktails. According to my calculations it should be her 20th not 21st. It irks me because it’s a mistake a professional author shouldn’t do and I hope that it’s been corrected and it’s something only in this ARC.
As for the rest, it was an okay read. Unfortunately I can’t say it made me feel something, but it was well written. Maybe the plot and the story should be polished a little but, but it’s really not that bad.
I will probably read the next book, mostly because I’m curious about the two main characters, Natan and Andromeda, and the way the author will unfold the rest of the Pandora mistery.

This is a story that transforms a mean girl into a caring, loving girl. In Boys that Tease, Estelle was the mean girl ut now through a series of events she becomes a mature loving person that anyone would love, but lucky for her the smart as a whip Milo helps her with her problems and shows her what love is.
This is a story about a boy that reads and the girl that loves him!!!
This is the story of Estella and Milo. They used to be friends when they were younger, but Estella started changing into someone Milo didn’t recognize. She became the mean girl, trying to get everyone to fear her, since that’s how she rose to the top at school. She still calls Milo when she gets herself into trouble because these two have some definite chemistry even if Estella is dating his brother. But after everything that happened with Crispin and Tinsley last year, Estella is not as popular as she used to be. Being the mean girl is hard work and Estella has lots of secrets. Will she get to be with the boy she truly loves? Or will she ruin it all by being someone she isn’t in order to keep her reputation? This is a great read and I definitely recommend it!!!!
4*
Estella is known as the mean girl after the lastest drama she lost her popularity position. Milo knows Estella from their younger days, she’s dating his brother but are they serious?
The two are competing for a college place only one will succeed.
Bribery, blackmail, obsession this book has it all.

Heartfelt Enjoyable read!
A great storyline that definitely grab my attention at pulled at my heartstrings making it a bit hard to put down at times. Well paced with Cruel shocking abuse, teenage angst, page turning drama, suspense filled twists, steamy chemistry and pulled at my heartstrings. I really enjoyed this read but it just didn’t grab my attention like the Boys That Tease did but is a great read I would gladly it and look forward to reading more amazing reads in this series.

5 Stars
Wow!! This is so amazing and then some! I really feel in love! It is very captivating! Very well written!
“You stole my heart the day I met you in primary school. I fell in love with your beauty, your brains and the fact that you refused to be anyone other than yourself. You bend to nobody’s will… except my own, when I make you.”
Highly recommend! You definitely will not be disappointed!
