This is a wonderful series. Had fun reading it.
Liked this whole series and this was just a part of it ….kept me entertained and of course like the different race troupe……
Second book in series focused on mmortal wealthy Vikings living in Scottish highlands fall in love although it takes a while to get the girl to agree.
Very good read, I didn’t realize it wasn’t the first in the series. It was a new topic and refreshing to have a book about something other than vampires and werewolves. But it dragged on for a while, once the happy couple found each other it was too perfect and then went on for longer than expected.
Like it
Great read, kept me interested to the end
Absolutely awesome!!!
Omg what a great story, characters were wonderful, shows have family stick together,a must read ,just got to love the scotches
really like it – builds on the previous. the whole series is very good.
Reading and following the trials of poor Pepper with her interaction with Connall was extremely entertaining, for a while she just couldn’t get a break, but of course it all ended in the wonderful HEA. Strongly recommend the series.
loved it!! great series.. more please.. next..
can’t wait to read about Max and Brodie and the rest of the hotties..
I love this one more than the first idk why but I did. Don’t get me wrong the first book is amazing too.
Bound by Fire is the second book in the Cauld Ane series with a hot alpha male that loves his mate to the moon and back. This is Pepper and Connall’s story with an interesting twist that melted my heart. This storyline is well developed with fun loving characters. This book is fun, interesting, unique approach to paranormal, steamy, comfortable read. I can’t wait to see where Ms Davenport takes this series.
this was my second book by Piper Davenport. It was also the second book in a series.
I was excited to read this book as I was introduced to Pepper in the first book a found her interesting so getting to know her better was a must. I also wanted to get to know Connall.
From the moment Connall and Pepper met I knew there would be sparks. I did not know there would be a fire that burned hot between them. I am loving this whole family of brothers and their strong bond to their mates. I also like that the women in this series are smart, strong, and beautiful.
For Pepper and Connall I enjoyed Con’s strength to give Pepper time to adjust hw\while being loving and protective. I also like that he was protective but not in a creepy way.
Overall a really fun read. Excited to read the next book.
Love it! Can’t wait to read the rest of the series!
Good story, it had some dry spots but it kept me on the hook to see what happened next.
Love the entire series!
The world is interesting and the way the males find their mates and the loving way they treat them is wonderful! This is the second book I’ve read in the series.
Wonderful surprises throughout. Romantic mystery at it’s best.
3.5 stars
Con is surprised while helping his brother in America to find his mate. She happens to be the best friend of his brothers mate and a human. Pepper has been dealing with a very dangerous situation and the first thing Con feels is her panic. I wish I could learn a little more about Pepper’s past, and I wish some things were explained a little more from the first book. I didn’t like Pepper’s insistence on putting herself in danger when she could have had plenty of backup. This is a good read, but I enjoyed book one just a little more.
