Seven years ago, a car crash changed my life, leaving me to pick up the pieces of the person I once was. The accident left me paralyzed from the hips down, and many people say I was lucky, but was I? Of course, I kept living, moving on, trying my best to fight the loneliness and slowly came to the realization that I will never have a relationship again. All that changed when Ace entered my life. … life. Ace isn’t just an ordinary guy, he’s a Dominant, but besides that, he is the one who will show me that my life is only just beginning.

What can I say. This story touched my soul. I loved every single minute. From the Intro to the epilogue had me in love with Ace and Sophia. The characters are like someome you could meet anywhere. I know this is fiction, but I feel like we could be best friends. The writing and flow of this book is top notch. I highly recommend this book.
I totally love this book. The relationship between Ace and Sophia is amazing. Even if you are not in the lifestyle you will understand what it is like and it is not all whips and chains. Drew does an excellent job in explaining how the lifestyle works and that there are not set rules except what works for each couple. This is a beautiful love story and you will love this book.
Bound but not Restricted is unlike any book I have ever read. This has to be one of the best reads for 2018.
Bound but not Restricted is a very powerful and moving story that leaves you with a book hangover like you have never had. The story is so well written that you feel the pain and heartache that Sophia goes through in accepting that her life will never be the same. The way she writes off of every having a relationship and closeness with another. Ace is tried of the same thing he finds in the clubs and wants to find that someone who he can have a connection with. A chance encounter and life changes for both. You can’t help but swoon the actions that Ace uses to show Sophia that life is not over but only beginning. The chemistry between these two is scorching hot and makes you feel like they are an every day couple. This is a must read that will you have turning the pages until there is no more.
Sofia meets Ace when he does a delivery at her work, when he asks her out, she says no, although Ace is hot AF, Sofia knows when he sees her wheel chair that everything will change.
Ace knows he didn’t read Sofia wrong, although she said no to the date, her body was saying yes, when he sees her at the mall shopping with her friend, she’s in a wheel chair and he realises that may be why she said no, Ace is a Dom and decides to tell Sofia they are going out, he knows something about Sofia makes him want to explore what he feels.
Sofia can’t believe that Ace really wants to date her, he sees her and not her disability, when Ace tells her he’s a Dom, she’s curious and wants to try to be his submissive, she can’t deny that he has her feeling things she thought she would never feel again.
Ace isn’t bothered by Sofia’s disability, all he sees if the beautiful woman he wants, he knows things won’t work the same as another relationships and he needs to work in what she can and can’t do.
Sofia learns that with the right person and the trust and guidance from Ace that she is beautiful, she is loved and that she can have the most sexual experiences of her life and found her missing puzzle piece to complete her.
I FLOVED this book! Now, let me tell you why. But, before that, even if BDSM isnt your “normal” read, you should at least give this one a second glance. And maybe try something different.
Sophia isn’t your typical heroine, why, because she’s more. She’s had some tough choices to make over the years. Go out and live her life to the best of her abilities, or sink into despair. Her life changed in an instant one night long ago.
Ace- oh he’s just yummy! Ace is probably not your typical hero either. Why again? Because he see’s Sophia for what she is, not what she cant be. Oh did I forget a small teeny tiny part, why yes, yes I did.lol. Ace … is a dom. As in dominant. And before you ask, NO, not even close to that movie thatshallnotbenamed lol.
Ace is the new (yummy-yes, its MY word lol) delivery man for the company where Sophia works. He see’s Sophie sitting behind her desk, never anywhere else until a wedding calls him to the mall. She’s almost horrified to see him there. See, it’s not a big secret she’s in a wheelchair, cept, he’s never seen her in it. But when he finally gets up the nerve to ask her out, (which is super sweet btw) she agree’s, abit with hesitation.
He shows her what he see’s, not what others may see. He see’s the woman beyond the chair. Beyond her physical limitations. And shows her a world that is completely new and exciting.
What I loved most about this book, well beyond Ace’s yumminess, is that, this could totally happen. Would it happen every day … guess that just depends on how many Ace’s and Sophia’s there are out there.
C’om give it a chance … ya know ya want too.
