A Road Trip Romance…From USA Today Bestselling author Melissa Belle comes a sexy, cross-country romance in the Boston Boys series. She trusts him with her body…but can she trust him with her heart?ParisI’m taking a mancation. A vacation without men. The reason? I always pick jerks. My best friend from college may have hit the jackpot and married a billionaire, but my billionaire boyfriend turned … but my billionaire boyfriend turned out to be a jackass. So…no men for me. And certainly no wealthy ones.
Then I find out who my travel companion is for my week off. Some sort of Adonis volleyball-playing, former Hollywood star.
Gorgeous. Check.
Scratch that. Smoking hot.
Capable. Check.
Wealthy and powerful. Check, check.
Willing. Check, check, check.
And definitely all-male.
But he promises we’ll just be friends.
Except I want to climb him and ride him and…we’re going to be sharing a motel room.
For an entire week.
I’m so screwed.
Caleb
I decide to take a one week vacation to get back to Boston. So I sign up to be a shotgun rider.
Except I didn’t expect my traveling companion to be so gorgeous.
And sweet.
And funny.
And determined to stay far away from the male species.
But I can’t let her go without me. So I tell her she’s not my type. I say she’s too peppy.
All lies.
I want her so badly I’m shaking. And I have to survive an entire week not touching this woman.
I’m completely screwed…

Love this series. Real characters with real problems and lots of romance. Look forward to reading all of these books. Some editing errors lately though.
I loved this book from this new-to-me author. I’ve already purchased and finished the next in the series as well and plan to continue. This book just really hit me… In a good way! Not going to post the description (you can look that up), but you won’t be disappointed!
Loved this book.
I was dying for Paris’s story, especially since she’s such an anomaly. She does Feng Shui and has this whole earthy vibe going on. She borrowed her ex-boyfriend’s car when they were still together, and Jade has had it in California. When he calls on a whim and wants his car back, she’s stuck going back to get it and drive it to Boston. The problem is that she’s probably the worse driver in the world and is easily distracted along with having trouble staying awake in cars. So, she needs a shotgun rider to share the drive with. Along comes Caleb, a recommendation from a friend, who needs to make his way across the country for a photo shoot. He used to be an actor, but now he’s behind the camera. The problem is, he has to tell a lie of omission in order to get into the car with Paris who does not trust actors. Oh, and she has decided to take a break from dating because of her bad luck with men. Of course this leads to all sorts of mayhem for a couple driving cross country together. How do they fight their attraction to each other, and what is Paris going to do when she finds out about his previous line of work? When they make a compromise of sorts, they both find their hearts involved, but Paris is spooked by the entire situation. How will he convince her that he isn’t like any of the men she’s dated?
I love this entire group of people the author has written. They are each broken in some way that keeps them from love and commitment, yet it’s the thing each of them craves. There are hurtles to jump and difficult situations to work through for each to find their happily ever after, and no one writes it quite like Ms. Belle. This story is full of humor and angst, heartbreak and pain. It’s sexy and addictive, made me laugh and cry. It has all of the feels I require from a romance, and I can’t wait to see which one of the group she writes about next.
Any story that includes rescuing a Newfoundland has my vole. Grandaughter Newfie is Polly.
An enjoyable book three in the Boston Boys series! The story line is well thought out, emotionally deep, and consistent with drama, ups and downs, humour, and well developed characters you will love and root for! This book is guaranteed to leave you smiling and wanting more. Definitely recommended!

4.5 Stars
Another good installment in this series that iui ve been reading backward instead of forward but that hasn’t taken anything away from the stories. Good characters that are real and relatable.
She is done with men! She can’t find a good one so she’s taking a mancation (great term BTW). When she has to drive her ex’s car from California to Boston she calls her friend to ride shotgun but her friend sends a substitute. And of course, wait for it, it’s a MAN. Paris and Caleb start their trip and it’s a real trip. She thinks he’s gorgeous but he’s a “man”. He thinks she’s gorgeous but since she’s sworn off men he promises they’ll just be friends. Neither of them manage “just friends”. This is a fun fast paced road trip that you’ll eagerly turn the pages on. As it starts this feels like a romcom but there are real issues that both deal with. Both characters have backgrounds that they’ve overcome and both have more depth than appears on the surface. A very nuanced story. Great characters that are really good together, if only they could figure it out. Too much fun.
love the book
Great story and characters
The MC’s were very sweet together. Enjoyed it.
WOW – Best Road Trip Ever and finding Survivor!!! This is the first book I have read from this author and overall I give it two thumbs up! Although this is a standalone book, I felt as though I should have read the previous series “The Boston Billionaires” as Cali and London are mentioned in this book and their friendship. This book is about Paris and Caleb. Her story starts out pretty sad with living in a home where domestic violence is happening between her mom and stepfather. She has a very big heart and because he is the only man she has had as a father figure, she tends to somewhat forgive him for his acts that nearly killed her mom. She then meets her biological father that did not know that she existed and due to that she ends up living with him while she finishes high school and starts college. Caleb is a photographer, but before then was a movie star (a life that he left as he couldn’t stand being fake).
The story takes off when Paris received a message from her ex that states he wants his fancy car that she took to California back in NYC in a couple of weeks. She wants to close this chapter of her life and end this connection she has with this cheating SOB, so she agrees and asks her friend in California to come back with her on the road trip as she is done with men and calls this a mancation. To her surprise her friend is unable to go with her, but she has a substitution, it is actually funny how they met, but she goes along with it. Caleb and Paris take off on their two week road trip from California to NYC and along the way they end up with Survivor, a rescue dog. There is a lot that happens during this trip, that is why it is a bit longer than needed, but overall the story was good. There is a lot to take in from domestic abuse, surviving skills as a kid, humiliation, learning to accept success, and mostly learn to forgive.

Loved Caleb and Paris’ story.
Fantastic storyline with having an unknown shotgun rider and taking a mancation only to have that rider be the man of your dreams. I enjoyed the camaraderie these characters quickly established with one another to be able to open up and speak freely without having to mind ones thoughts and dreams. I liked the format of this book that goes day by day showing their POV how the road trip is going and what their inner voice is telling them and what they really want to say. Many heartfelt moments and lol as well to keep this a lively read. Nice ending showing they both had matured enough to know they each needed time to pursue their dreams.
