Sometimes to find love, you need a little space.Bev Miller is shocked when she wins a seat on Galactic Enterprise’s inaugural space tourism flight, considering she never entered her name into the drawing. But thanks to her best friend, Bev finds herself at a spaceport, preparing for the adventure of a lifetime. Unfortunately, that includes Charles Michael. Handsome, single, and rich—he’s … rich—he’s everything she’s cut herself off from. After her stint with homelessness, she has no desire to date someone who represents her old life, when she too had wealth.
Charles Michael thought rising from rags to riches would solve all of his problems, but now that his parents’ bills are paid off, the money is nothing but an anchor around his neck. He reserves a seat on a space tourism flight in hopes it will help him figure out his life—to give him perspective without distractions. He didn’t count on meeting Bev Miller.
Bev and Charles have only three days to shed their prejudices and learn to trust. Will their return to earth mean the beginning of a new adventure?

This story was a little “in the future” but was entertaining. It was written as if it was something that happens daily. The relationship that is formed between Bev and Charles is sweet and with her background she deserves it. But she almost ruins it as she keeps getting scared that he will find out about her past living on the streets after the market crashed and she lost her job and everything else. But instead he wanted to find everything out about her as he had completely fallen for her and her simple attitude toward life. A good book to put on your to be read list.
An enjoyable fun clean romance. This unique storyline includes the main characters but also follows 5 others who are also involved in the completion of pre flight training for a civilian space flight. It is a interesting, well written, and entertaining story of conflict, secrets, life lessons, surprises, stereotyping and judging, romance, and love. I truly enjoyed this standalone within a series, with cameoes of previous characters. I voluntarily reviewed this ARC and I will definitely be checking out more in the the series.
This book pulled me in and kept me entranced till the end. The feelings of love, hate, and pain coming out in waves making you want to cry while you read. This was such a beautiful book! I loved the characters’ wholesomeness!

I had a free copy of this book, but this review is my honest opinion. I enjoyed this book. The setting was interesting and different. I have not read a book about space travel before and the lead up to the flight was interesting. Kat writes a story with a good read.
Borrowing a Billionaire is about seven people preparing to take the first civilian space flight. This book has an interesting mix of well portrayed characters. It is very interesting to see these individuals evolve into a cohesive group as they complete their pre-flight training. This is a well written, interesting story that kept me well entertained.
The author did a good job with this book and made you imagine what actually going into space might be like. It’s not often someone takes characters who are older as the main characters and she did a good job of it. Keep them coming. Shirl Halverson
I really enjoyed this book! A lot about a group of people training to be the first visitors to go to outer space. While doing that, two people fall in love. I recommend this book to anyone who loves romance books!
Book four in the Borrowing Amor series a well written story that held my interest throughout. Bev and Charles have different things to overcome in their lives Bev has lived on the streets and Charles is a Billionaire whose wealth is not making him happy. When Bev wins a contest that she did not enter for two seats on the inaugural space tourism flight from Galactic Enterprises she is shocked. Katie her boss entered her name and the two of them will be going. Bev meets Charles and at first they do not get along but then as they get to know each other their feelings change. I recommend this book. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is a fun book to read. I know there are people who want to go to space but I’m not one of them so it’s fun to read about what others might experience when they go. There are references to Bev’s life before this story that I want to read about so that book will be on my read list. I like that this is a short book that can be read quickly. I love Kate Bellemore’s writing style. Great job!. Looking forward to the next book. I received an ARC of this book. This is my voluntary, honest review.
Bev Miller’s life has undergone several drastic changes. She went from being wealthy, to homeless, to working with the homeless. She doesn’t expect to win a contest that her boss Katie Freedman from book 1 in the series entered her into. She and Katie will be one of the first people to experience space tourism with Galactic Enterprises, a company in the area. Others, who are participating like billionaire Charles Michael, had to pay a quarter of a million dollars for the opportunity. I felt like Bev was embarrassed that she won, that she was once homeless, and that she is not as successful financially and she tried to hide it from the other participants. The grandmother Celia was a riot and I loved how she showed everyone up on all the preflight tests. I wouldn’t have wanted to participate in any of that. Mission Space with the less intense non-centrifuge version is about as close as I want to get. I did like that this story involved an older couple as there aren’t as many romances out there that do.
Space Flight and Romance in Amor, NM
This is the 4th book in the series of romance stories set in Amor, New Mexico. This story centers around the inaugural flight of a space tourist shuttle based near Amor. The love story is sweet. The book has a great subplot about the plight of the homeless in America. It is a great, feel-good book that is very enjoyable.
