This book was really not what I expected so I ended up liking it. Crazy how bad reviews almost convinced me to bypass reading it. So twisted intense up buying the rest of the series.
Absolutely loved this book because it kept my attention on every page. Fascinating characters. The characters are so believable as they tell their side of the events as they happen. It keeps you thinkin, wondering whom to believe as you read on in the trilogy. There is never a dull moment!
Wasn’t sure if I wanted to read but once I started I didn’t want to put it down. I did not see the ending twist coming. Not sure I liked it but definitely leaves things open for a sequel.
I can usually figure out the twists in stories, but this had a twist I didn’t see coming!
Recommended for an entertaining twisted narrative.
You won’t believe the ending.
Hundreds of books read over the last year and this is one of the best! It continues into the epilogue which makes it even better! Can’t wait to read more by this author!!
It was a twisted tail with a surprise ending. I thought it was very clever . In real life a true psycho would act and do what was done in the story. It was fiction but felt real in a strange type of way. Very imaginative but on point as well.
Being a retired clinical psychologist I dealt with many troubled youth and those in early adulthood and some of the things that I dealt with set the individual on the road against social restraints relationships and not having much humanity this book very informative you get to look in behind the eyes of these antisocial malcontents it’s a very good read if you’re interesting and seeing what lays behind the eyes of a monster
Good twister, especially at the end.
Just when you thought you knew what was going on they throw a curve ball at the end.
Never read a story of the kind… can’t even imagine how anyone can think up a story like this… but Julia has done and a very believable one…I guess its possible… but its scary to now how much evil we are capable of…
Didn’t figure it out until almost the end.
I just finished up this trilogy and it was something else. I can usually figure things out pretty early in a book but this set took me very close to the end. I don’t think I have ever read anything quite like it.
It was an interesting read. Keep you hooked till the end.
This is a terrific book! Julia Derek did a great job pulling you into the story and making you stay up to finish the book!!
good twist at the end
Not what I expected at all. I was shocked, stunned , and overall unprepared for this book. I enjoyed it very much.
I enjoyed reading this book, however, the ending was quite different from what I was expecting. The ending was a little twisted and made for a good read.
good read
