The training dangerous.
Surviving is optional.
Clare can’t stand Ian’s disregard for her authority and he hates her driven ambition.
Sparks fly and teeth are bared. Opposites attract they say.
If they don’t kill each other first.

It seemed to end too soon. Would have liked more
A lot going on. pulls you into the series to find the next part of the story.
IT was very interesting and fill of good parts
I really enjoyed this book
the story line was ok – i liked the premise ….but i felt like it was rushed; not enough attention was given to the relationship between the two protaginists.
For those who fell in love with the Vanguard world, this is a must read spin-off series with absolutely Fangtastic characters and a whole new set of challenges. You will find that each character is an individual with quirks and flaws yet they mesh in a very believable way. These are not sparkling Twilight vampires and wolves, but in my opinion that makes them waaaaay better! If you like your supernatural beings to be someone you’d swear are real, then take a chance and fall in love with a whole new cast of characters! Don’t forget to check out Annie Nicholas’ other series! You won’t regret it!
his book had me laughing one minute then holding my seat the next.
We get a bunch of shifters whose Alphas pretty much don’t want them and sends them to a place ran by a Vamp who is to train them if they are trainable? Ian is not a trueborn shifter but he is Alpha unknowingly. He meets Clare at the training house and things between them spark. But they are not safe in training or otherwise. We get action, suspense, and very hot romance.
This was a very good book. I cannot wait to read the next in the series.
