NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER • This ebook edition contains a special preview of Kathy Reichs’s upcoming novel Two Nights. The evidence is irrefutable: In sixteen New York Times bestsellers over the course of as many years, Kathy Reichs has proven herself “a genius at building suspense” (New York Daily News). In forensic anthropologist Temperance Brennan, Reichs has created a detective fiction heroine … Brennan, Reichs has created a detective fiction heroine who’s brilliant to the bone. “Every minute in the morgue with Tempe is golden,” says The New York Times Book Review. In the acclaimed author’s thrilling new novel, Brennan is at the top of her game in a battle of wits against the most monstrous adversary she has ever encountered.
Unexpectedly called in to the Charlotte PD’s Cold Case Unit, Dr. Temperance Brennan wonders why she’s been asked to meet with a homicide cop who’s a long way from his own jurisdiction. The shocking answer: Two child murders, separated by thousands of miles, have one thing in common—the killer. Years ago, Anique Pomerleau kidnapped and murdered a string of girls in Canada, then narrowly eluded capture. It was a devastating defeat for her pursuers, Brennan and police detective Andrew Ryan. Now, as if summoned from their nightmares, Pomerleau has resurfaced in the United States, linked to victims in Vermont and North Carolina. When another child is snatched, the reign of terror promises to continue—unless Brennan can rise to the challenge and make good on her second chance to stop a psychopath.
But Brennan will have to draw her bitter ex-partner out of exile, keep the local police and feds from one another’s throats, and face more than just her own demons as she stalks the deadliest of predators into the darkest depths of madness.
In Bones Never Lie, Kathy Reichs never fails to satisfy readers looking for psychological suspense that’s more than skin-deep.
Don’t miss Kathy Reichs’s short story “Swamp Bones” in the back of the book.

Anique Pomerleau. The monster. The only one who ever got away.
And she’s back, so the chase is one and this time Temperance is determined to get her. She would need the help of her lost love, Andrew Ryan. He had vanished, when his daughter died. Would he come back to help her? Could she even find him?
I love that she calls her cat Bird. Love those funny little bits with my murder and danger.
Missing girls are a trigger for me. I want to see the ‘hero’ catch the villain and I don’t care how they do and whether it’s dead or alive.
Tempe had come face to face with her before and lost. I don’t think she will this time. Kathy Reichs always spins a tale that engulfs me in the danger and fear for the characters. She confounds me, leading me down a dark path of questions and answers. She has never disappointed me.
I voluntarily reviewed a free copy of Bones Never Lie by Kathy Reichs.

Keeps you guessing.
Another great Kathy Reich book about Temperance Brennan. I haven’t ever been disappointed in a Reich novel. This one was equal to each of the earlier one.
I like and own all Kathy Reich’s books (Temperance Brennan) except the new one. Have never been disappointed. Can’t pick out your list because the books have a little bit of all—scary, romantic, comic etc. Good mystery.
3.5s
I checked out this audio book from the library. Fantastic book plenty of twist and turns that will keep you guessing.
Another great book from Kathy Reichs. Love the character interaction, real-world details and winding journey.
Just discovered another great book White Night from J.J. Holt which stole my five-star rating but I’ll never give KR less than a four. Always a great read!
I liked this book.
If you like the tv show Bones, you’ll love this book. There are lots of twists and turns – the book is definitely more intriguing than the big screen.
Sure, there’s a bit of gruesome, but so well developed and quick-paced that it’s a fun and great read.
I love the ‘Bones’ books!
Just about the time you think that the case is solved, the suspect ends up n the clear. Could not see the end coming.
I really like Kathy Reichs. I’m looking forward to reading more.
Another great book by Kathy Reichs. I have not read any books that were not intense and really fun to read.
Her books are always absorbing reads.
Same old same old. She has become so predictable.
Great author, her books are educational and realistic.
Habitually read her books but this one was “according to the formula” and unimpressive. In fact, I kept thinking I must have read it before, but didn’t
Love the TV series and love the books! Temperance Brennan is an original and the stories are always interesting.
