This book was a little difficult to get through-it wasn’t a page turner and it really didn’t hold my interest
Terrible book. I didnot like it at all. I never not finish a book but this one I did.
This was my read of author Diane Dickson, and I’ve quickly become a fan. Her words are a feast for the eyes. Her style defies description for me – it’s so unusual like a haunting tune that draws you in before you know it.
If you’re looking for a new author to explore, I highly recommend Ms. Dickson. You won’t be disappointed.
I made it almost to the halfway point of the book, but found the main character creepy and odd. Maybe I will pick it up again at some point but for now this one is on my hold list.
It was an easy read, but was a bit draggy.
Unusual in so many ways. Intriguing. The narrator is honest and unflinching in looking back on her life and the decision that led to an unusual dilemma and new challenges. She faces her own physical decline straight on , determined to complete her mission of trying to atone for the secret of the bone baby, and then to get some justice for her new found friend. A fascinating main character.
A different type of mystery.
Human story .The kind of things that happen to people. The twists in familys and the damage we do to each other. And the love …
It was an interesting read, very simple and quick, but I found it was quite repetitive at times. It is a very psychological book, so I can understand why it had its repetitive moments, but I suppose I was just wanting more.
Tense at times. Great read
Good read, sad.
Didn’t care for the style of writing.
A book that keeps you interested in the characters and the plot.
Good read. Would recommend
A very easy & fun read
Not great
It was well written… I just didn’t like the story. Guess it was too weird for me.
I truly enjoyed the author’s writing style. The plot left me a little meh though. I had a difficult time understanding the heroine’s motivation.
I did not read all of book.i couldn’t get interested
Unlike any plot I’d read about.
