It sucks being a daywalker but I’ve got a vampire to catch.A rogue vampire is on the loose, and it’s Casey’s mission to drag him back to Vampire Internal Affairs headquarters to face justice. It’s a job only a daywalker like her can handle, and she’s the best there is.While tracking down Damaris, Casey uncovers a new threat within the supernatural community that makes no sense, and she teams up … community that makes no sense, and she teams up with the SIA (Supernatural Intelligence Agency) to help her solve the mystery and bring Damaris to justice.
But things keep getting deeper and muddier, and as she unveils a decade-old conspiracy, she discovers more secrets than she was expecting and one that will change her life forever.
Damaris calls it a rebellion. It seems that some in the paranormal community are fed-up with the factions dividing the different species, and they are ready to destroy everything in order to shift the balance of power.
With the combined powers of her supernatural crew, she only has one chance to discover the true villain—but is she willing to risk it all in a dangerous game?
This is a paranormal detective series/supernatural thriller for readers who like thriller-based urban fantasy with snarky heroines who won’t give up on her mission.

Blood Rebellion (Supernatural Intelligence Agency Book 1)
By Nadine Travers
5 out of 5 stars
The story Blood Rebellion (Supernatural Intelligence Agency Book 1) by Nadine Travers is a fantasy/action/adventure book. It is a story that I found to be fast-paced and has suspense, thrills, and some romance. I loved reading about the character of Casey. She is strong, independent, and on a mission. It involves bringing in the rogue vampire, Damaris. This sets her on a path where she begins to uncover a conspiracy and rebellion in the paranormal community. Will Casey catch Damaris? Will she find out who has hatched a ploy to shift the balance of power? Read this book to find out. This story does have plenty of action and danger. I love how the author writes as I felt like I was right there with Casey on her mission. I was rooting for her to succeed. There are several other characters that are introduced and while some assist and help Casey, still others have their own plans and agenda. Will they succeed? I enjoyed how the author builds the world and agencies that are all involved. I have always enjoyed books about the paranormal world and this book is a good example of why. Don’t miss out on an exciting book. I highly recommend it.
I loved this story a lot. We met Casey at the end of the prequel book and I couldn’t wait to get to read her story and know more about her. This book did not disappoint and I couldn’t get enough.

Blood Rebellion (Supernatural Intelligence Agency Book #1) by Nadine Travers is an urban fantasy- a paranormal detective story with supernatural elements, action, adventure, drama, intrigue, mystery, and danger. It is fast paced short story, which makes for quick and easy reading. I was immediately intrigued by the title, cover, and blurb. The blurb held so much promise, and I really do love a great urban fantasy.
But having said that, when I purchased my copy of this book, I hadn’t realised that I had already read it, last year, as part of the “Rogue Skies” Anthology. As I began reading, it felt so familiar, and as the story went on, I realised where I’d seen/read it before. I had enjoyed it the first time I read it as part of the anthology, and it still had the same appeal this time around. But reading it again now, as book one in the series, I would like to have had more character details, backstory(ies), story/series development, and depth- as a lot of the story, for me, seemed a bit rushed or a little cut short. I think the story would have benefited from being just a little longer with added details and development. It would have elevated it to a whole new level.
Don’t get me wrong, the story is well written and intriguing, I just felt like I wanted to know more.
I will be following the series to see what happens- but I do hope the next book/s have got more detail and development.
Thank you, Nadine Travers.
This is the first book I have read from this author and now I’m hooked. I absolutely love paranormal books but this one exceeded all my expectations. This is the first book to the Supernatural Intelligent Agency series and wow what a perfect start. I started this book and I could not stop so I read it straight through. This book kept my interest until the very last page and now I want more.
Casey is a day walker and she is trying to find a vampire that is wanted. He is pure evil and Casey wants to see him get justice. She is the best day walker the agency has but she wants to be more. Casey starts to uncover even more danger and she has to team up with another agency for help which she doesn’t get along with at first. She is so close to getting her vampire but something doesn’t seem right. Casey keeps getting to know more secrets and she finds one that will change her life. Will Casey get her vampire or will he be too smart for her and the agency?
Blood Rebellion is the first novel in the Supernatural Intelligence Agency by Nadine Travers. This is my first novel by this author.
Casey is a Day Walker who has a mission to retrieve the rogue vampire Damaris. While trying to catch him, she also uncovers a conspiracy within the supernatural community to bring back balance of power.
As soon as I read the title and the first paragraph, I knew I was going to have fun reading this.
Casey is a great character with wit and a strong personality.
This novel is filled with action and doesn’t go where you think it will.
It is short but it gives a lot of information.
I look forward to the next book.
I really enjoyed this novel by Nadine Travers. The main character Casey is a very strong heroine and I found myself drawn to the story as the mystery and adventure unfolded. I love all things paranormal and this story fit right into my comfort zone. It had vampires, demons, and werewolves. The story also included a lot of action, mystery, adventure, and love all of which make for a good story. I look forward to the next installment of this adventure by Nadine Travers. She is definitely someone I look forward to reading again.
This is my first book by this author, and I have to admit it was a hit. When it comes to vampires, I have to admit that subject is getting a lot of attention. Sometimes the story is good and holds my interest (like this one did) and then there are others that if read one you have read them all. Nadine Travers attention to detail is amazing. Her characters are fully developed and full of zest. The plotline was engaging and full of action. Casey is a daywalker, who just so happens to be on a mission to bring back Damaris to the Vampire Internal Affairs Headquarters. There is so much more to this story and I do not want to give too much away. I highly recommend this book and I cannot wait to read more by this author.
Blood Rebellion by Nadine Travers was a good story. Not great, but it was good. It didn’t capture my attention like I was hoping it would. There wasn’t a great sense of time, and because of that the events got a little confusing. There were week long gaps that made the story a little difficult to follow, and events that transpired suddenly that made me kind of forget the main action that is happening. I wish there would have been more of a backstory, I feel like I would have enjoyed it more. While this book was not my favorite, I will read more from Travers in the future.
Blood Rebellion (Supernatural Intelligence Agency Book 1) by Nadine Travers. This is a great read. Its the story of Casey a strong, independent daywalker. She is on a mission to bring back a rogue vampire, Damaris on the loose to the Vampire Internal Affairs Headquarters to face his fate. As she gets deeper into her search for Damaris she finds out things she wishes she never had. Conspiracies and secrets that go back decades and will change everything for ever. Damaris thinks its a rebellion because several in the paranormal community are fed up with dividing different species and they are ready to destroy it all to shift the power balance. Will Casey find Damaris in time to save them all?

Blood rebellion by Nadine Travers is a fast paced story with something new around every corner. This book is one of few I’ve read beginning to end in just one sitting! I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys supernatural stories with a twist on the normal heroines! Nadine definitely wrote Casey’s role in a very unique way that I absolutely loved! I look forward to book two, Seal of Solomon!
“Our life will not be perfect, but we will have each other, and that’s all that matters.”
This is a short book that has a lot of activity. There is movement from all the characters. There are factions of paranormals. Everyone is separate. In here there seems to be crossovers and a rebellion is in the works.
This seemed a bit slow and it easily lost my interest in the beginning. About the middle it picked up and became more to my liking. Then slowed down a bit again at the end. I struggled connecting to the characters. This one just isn’t for me.
Blood Rebellion (Supernatural Intelligence Agency Book 1) by Nadine Travers was a quick supernatural read. I loved that I was able to jump into the story, but I do wish there had been a softer entry into the world. There are multiple points of view that add value to the overall story that would have been missed without it. Casey comes off as a strong independent woman and I love that in my paranormal leads. I loved all the twists and turns and like mentioned earlier this is a quick read, so just be ready for that pace.

Blood Rebellion is the first book in the Supernatural Intelligence Agency Series by Nadine Travers. This is the first book I have read by Nadine Travers, but definitely won’t be the last. I really enjoyed reading this book and was impressed with the information given in this first book. I feel like I understand the characters and how the universe works. It was a fast read that had me hooked from the very first page. I couldn’t put it down until I finished. Casey is a strong, determined, take charge character, that I felt was very relatable. I have to say I’m really looking forward to reading the.next book in the series. I’m really glad that Nadine Travers ended up in my TBR list and I look forward to reading more from her in the near future.
As a daywalker, Casey is about to catch a vampire on the loose where she wants to bring him to justice. As the best daywalker there is, Casey uncovers a new mystery but teams up with the Supernatural Intelligence Agency to learn more about this case.
There’s a decades-old conspiracy that’s unveiled including one that can change her whole life. Damarias, the vampire she captured, senses a rebellion as the vampires and the other species’ dividing preparing to destroy their world as they all know it!
Damarias and Casey are an unlikely pair who are prepared to do what it takes to save their world. Casey must take a leap of faith to do just that. This book is full of surprises and a great read. Pick up this action-packed book to go on an interesting adventure!
Not my typical read but gave it a try and it wasn’t bad :), The Characters are developed well and it was an easy read story and a good storyline. I think I just have a hard time personally with the vampire stories. If your into that kind of story this is a read for you. Great character development and easy to read and follow the storyline. It will get you turning the pages to figure out what’s next. great start to the series for sure! I’ll be interested in reading the other books to see if I could break through and really get into the books!
5 Star
Blood Rebellion (Supernatural Intelligence Agency Book 1) by Nadine Travers is a very well written short paranormal story that I found myself lost in the pages and couldn’t stop reading till the end. This is my first read by this Author and definitely will not be my last. This story has a bit of everything from action to suspense and some Romance and the twists and turns will have you on the edge of your seat. Casey is on a mission to bring in Damaris a rogue vampire. What will she discove? Can she catch him? Find out what happens next in this must read. I look forward to reading more from this Author.
Blood Rebellion by Nadine Travers. Such a good read. I really got into this story and was sorry when it came to an end. Each page is teaming with information on each character and I love how it flips back and forth. I think Nadine Travers is a excellent author, who gives great attention to detail, nothing is left up in the air. It’s a short story but it doesn’t fall short on excitement. Excellent start to a new series and I can’t wait for the next book. Thank you.
I give Blood Rebellion (Supernatural Intelligence Agency Book 1) by Nadine Travers, 4 stars.
I enjoyed this book and cannot wait to read more of the series. This is very good Urban Fantasy with some hot scenes thrown in to keep it even more interesting. The characters are good, they are believable and not all cookie cutter replications of each other. I enjoyed Casey as she learns more and more about they way things really are. It shows she can grow and adapt, which makes for a good main character. The story itself pulls you in and leaves you wanting more. The only downside for me is that considering this is a first book in a series, I felt a little thrown into the middle of something. It is mentioned a few times about things that have gone on previously and I felt a bit like I missed something.
That being said, this is still a very good venture into urban fantasy and if you are a fan of strong but real female main characters in an urban fantasy setting, I recommend this book.
