Despite spilled blood and broken bones, from the ashes Blood Fury will once again rise.Trip, son of the former president of the Blood Fury MC, is determined to resurrect his dead father’s destroyed club. It’ll be a long, difficult road as the new president attempts to rebuild the club from the cold ashes left behind.Bad blood and bitter memories are only some of the obstacles Trip has to … some of the obstacles Trip has to overcome. The local police department, Manning Grove PD, is another, since they don’t want to see their small town once again overrun by outlaw bikers.
Then there’s Stella, a local bar owner and a major distraction Trip doesn’t need, but can’t resist, even though she gives him every reason to. She’s tough, she’s broken, and the last thing she wants in her life is a man like him.
In the end, Trip has to decide if the war is worth fighting. And if Stella is the warrior he needs battling by his side.
Blood & Bones: Trip is the first book in the Blood Fury MC series. As always, this book has no cheating, no cliffhanger and has an HEA. While it’s recommended to read my Brothers in Blue series first, it’s not necessary.

Trip and Stella! Loved this new MC series! Loved all of the characters! Stella is one tough chic who’s been through a lot, but is trying to figure out her life. She’s not ready for Trip. Trip has also been through the ringer, but he has a plan for his life and that includes helping Stella whether she wants it or not. But, are they ready for each other??? You won’t be disappointed so get this book now!
Trip was one heck of a way to start a new series about blood fury mc that is being resurrected from having nothing left to hopefully an amazing mc club and wow Did Jeanne give this book her all. The writing was amazing and there was so much information to take in but it keeps you hooked line and sinker because I fell I love with trip and Stella. You couldn’t have made a better match then these two. Both Trip and Stella grow up in the club but when things went south and the club split there lives all took a different path fast forward 20 years and here is trip walking into crazy Pete’s bar and there is Stella. If you wanna see what happens next well I guess you should get to reading because this is one book you don’t wanna skip 100 stars still don’t seem like enough.
Blood & Bones: Trip
Blood Fury MC, Book 1
By: Jeanne St. James
Narrated by: Ava Lucas, J. F. Harding
Jeanne St James has a way of pulling me into her MC worlds and nothing else around me matters. I become involved in the story and can’t stop listening. This is her first book in the new Blood Fury MC series and I am sold. Trip is determined to rebuild the Blood Fury MC back up from the mess his father left. Bad reputations, memories and tragedies all have left this to be a huge undertaking for a club of one member. Now to resurrect some of the members, start new legitimate businesses and rebuilding their reputation. Stella owns the bar, and Trip is ready to have the club work with together with her again. Resistance is met, but an overwhelming chemistry is there. Does Trip need to take on a woman as well as the club? What a start! Love Trip. He is a determined man in every sense of the word. Stella is feisty and stubborn, and I love her little bit of vulnerability. Meeting new/old members is exciting and I just can’t wait to see where St James takes us as the club takes root. I am in for the long haul!
St James always picks the best narrators for her books. I think she hears their voices as she writes because they are always a perfect fit! Ava Lucas is Stella, and is absolutely spot on! Spirited, passionate, strong willed, she has all the nuances to make us love and understand Stella. JF Harding as Trip could not have been better cast. He has that command in his voice, letting us know just who Trip is and the determination is evident. Love these two together, they make a fabulous team!

4.5 star review of Blood & Bones: Trip (Blood Fury MC #1) by Jeanne St James
Audio Review
I was excited when I learnt that Jeanne St James had a new MC series releasing. I loved Blood & Bones: Trip from the first chapter to the last. Trip is back in Manning Grove and is determined to bring life back to the Blood Fury MC which is father, as president destroyed. Seeking out former members, he comes across Stella that daughter of one of the Blood fury originals, Pete.
The performance by Ava Lucas and J.F.Harding was spot on and they most certainly did justice to the story. I loved how protective Trip was of Stella and when he learns of her tagic past, I fell a little bit more in love with him.
This was a rare, gritty, at times emotional story that got to me. The chemistry and passion between them is intense and the banter between them witty as they navigate the push and pull of their relationship. Both Ava Lucas and J.F. Harding brought all that to life for me with their performances.
I am excited to see what Ms. St James has in store for this series.
5 Blood Fury Stars
Blood & Bones: Trip is the first book in the Blood & Bones: Blood Fury MC by Jeanne St. James. Trip is an ex-marine who has just been released from prison and found out his grandfather has left his farm and everything he had to him in his Will. Determined to resurrect his father’s MC he starts putting his plan to play. There’s a lot of bad blood and bitter memories for many who are old enough to remember the originals but he is determined to have everything above board and legal.
This woman was going to be his ol’ lady, his goddamn queen. She was going to stand next to him while he rebuilt what the past destroyed.
The last thing he needs is to run into Stella, a blast from his past. A love sick puppy who followed him around when they were younger. Stella is trying to keep her head above water, she inherited her father’s pub but she also got his debt as well and is struggling to keep the bar open. This is all she has left and she is not going to fail… but maybe she is if she doesn’t get help and the last time Stella will do is ask Trip for help.
“What’s mine? If you take it all, what’s left for me?” Without even the slightest hesitation, he said, “Me, baby. You got me. You can have all of me.”
This was a gut wrenching, heart-breaking but such a fantastic read. I loved every minute of it and I loved seeing everything come together for Trip right from the beginning. The secondary character’s where great and as always done so well by St. James. I highly recommend this book!
Blood & Bones: Trip is book one in the new Blood & Bones: Fury MC by Jeanne St. James. As I haven’t read the previous series by this author, I was kind of going in blind but felt that it didn’t matter as these were completely new characters and there was enough of a backstory to let me know what was going on. The story focuses on Trip and Stella. Trip is the son of the former President of the Blood Fury MC and is trying to resurrect the club that his dad ultimately destroyed. After trying to turn his life around he heads back to where it all began, stumbling across Stella, a former MC child and owner of the local bar in Manning Grove…the place where it all began.
The story is a build up of Trip and Stella building a relationship and Trip building his MC and getting people on his side. What I really liked about Trip was that he was rough and knew he had anger issues and was unapologetic about how he saw his life and what he had done. There were some serious moments between not only himself and Stella but also his brother when they all try and come to terms with the past.
Stella was an instant like character for me. She had endured so much and even though she was at the end of her rope, she just kept going. She tells Trip exactly what she thinks, and we see her struggle with becoming part of the MC again, especially when it had caused so many issues in the past.
As this was book one, I felt like you were just getting a feel for what the MC is going to look like as well as getting introduced to the characters (who all have a book I hope). It will be interesting to see how the story and MC develop, especially as they make their intentions known in a town that has a long memory. Overall, though, I really liked reading about Trip and Stella, two characters that know their own mind and are trying to navigate a new relationship which has a lot of skeletons in the closet.
There are a lot of sexy scenes in this book as well as some heart-breaking moments, but this MC is strong, and I can tell it’s going to be a new favourite series for me.

Trip, bringing the Blood & Bones MC up from ashes. It was not a pretty ending for the first go round of this MC. Trip is fresh out of prison and wants to revitalize his club, but not like it used to be. He has a mile long list of what needs to be done and when he hits Crazy Pete’s Bar, his plans are sidelined. Stella is Pete’s daughter and she’s not too happy to see him, especially since he cracked her head open when she was 11. It’s been 20 years and everything is muddled, does Stella really own Crazy Pete’s or does the Blood & Bones MC? Stella is one tough heroin, and I call her a true heroin as what she has gone through. I love how Trip knows what she needs before she does, and how he takes on her struggles even though she won’t give in. Makes me smile for this couple. There is lots more to come in this series and I recommend Ms. St. James for any of her stories.
Great start to a new series of MC books by this author. I enjoyed the different angle this series takes as Trip tries to resurrect the MC that destroyed itself years ago when his father was president. Although a romance there is a true MC feel about this book, our heroes are not squeaky clean and the members have a range of colourful pasts. There are so many characters in this series that we currently know little or nothing about which gives a great platform for their future development.
Both Trip and Stella are mature and have suffered some serious pain in theirs pasts, can they overcome that to see a future together?
Jeanne St. James has a great writing style which manages to incorporate, humour, pain, love and everything that goes with it and still keep a believable plot line and well developed characters.
This is a brilliant start to a new series that I expect to be good because Jeanne’s books always hatd to put down. Trip is trying to restart the club and keep it on the up and up. He is finding it challenging but he is determine to get done and at the same time he is pulling out all the stops to win Stella’s heart but she is not making it easy for him because they have painful history. It will is interesting to see how everything unfolds in the upcoming books in the series. I’m eagerly waiting for the next one.
This was a great start to what promises to be another great series by Jeanne St James. Trip has decided to resurrect his dads old MC. The MC didn’t just die off it imploded leaving a trail of destruction. Trip has big plans that will require a lot of work and focus. What Trip didn’t plan on was Stella a blast from Trips past that he comes determined to keep in his present. This book lays the foundation for the rest of the series you will wish it not only satisfied with the story so far but wanting to know more about the men Trip has recruited and wanting to see how Trips vision comes to life.
Love all of Jeanne St. James books. This is the first in a new series, so lots of “world building”, which she does remarkably well. Well defined characters who seem very real.
Trip is determined to resurrect the Blood Fury MC that his father was president of before his death. He meets bar owner Stella and the attraction is instant and powerful between them. The police and old enemies cause problems for the mc. A good read and start to the series.
Can’t go wrong with anything by this author. Trip is a great first book in what is bound to be another amazing series. Heat, humor, emotions and lots of tattoos, how can you go wrong?
Blood & Bones: Trip by Jeanne St. James is an amazing story. This is the first book in the Blood Fury MC series. This book had me laughing, crying, angry, etc.. I had all the feels. I could not put this book down. This book had me on an emotional roller coaster ride. It has romance, suspense, drama, intensity and feistiness of the characters. The book is well written and has very likeable characters. This is a must read. I can’t wait for the next book in this series. I highly recommend this book.
Book 1 in a new series…get ready!!
Trip fresh out from prison has his sights set on resurrecting his father’s former MC club on the property left to him from his grandfather. Trip starts looking for some of the older members from the club, first stop is the bar where he finds Stella.
Stella, daughter of one of the former BFMC members trying to get her life on track by running her father’s bar. Stubborn and strong willed, she wants nothing to do with Trip, no need for a man in her life, been there, done that.
Trip wants Stella around to help him, Stella is trying to stay away from the MC life and build herself up to who she used to be? Through their story we are introduced to the new potential new members of the BFMC, and they sound so yummy. If you want to know how it all turns out, you should read this book, it was awesome.
If book 1 was this good, I can only imagine what the whole series is going to bring us readers of Jeanne St. James.
Trip is a fantastic start to a new MC series by Ms. St. James! Unlike book one in the DAMC series where the club was established and current, in this one, the Blood Fury MC (BFMC) had fallen apart and has been disbanded for twenty years. We basically get to see a club come together and build up from the beginning. I loved seeing everything that went into starting up a club.
Trip, son of the original BFMC president, is looking to mend old hurts and get the club up and running again. He is determined to make it happen and to keep the club above board and legal. However, his return home is met with mixed feelings and quite a bit of resistance. One of those being from Stella, a former “club kid” who had a crush on him when they were younger.
Stella is barely hanging on. She’s drowning in debt and just trying not to lose the bar she inherited from her dad. The last thing she needs is Trip coming into town and threatening everything, including her heart.
These two are explosive. They have so much chemistry and are perfect together. I loved watching them come together, as well as the club, and can’t wait to see how the rest of the series unfolds. If you love MC romance, I would definitely recommend starting this new series.
*I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. This is my honest review.*
This is a great start to another fantastic MC series by Jeanne St. James. In this book we get Trip story as he is determined to build his father’s club back up while falling in love along the way. As always with this author the writing is well done, the characters are believable and the ending is perfect. I can’t wait to read the rest of this fantastic series.
Firstly, I loved this book. Trip has decided to resurrect his father’s old MC. This is going to be a daunting task because there’s a lot of bad blood and bitter memories for many. After seeing the brotherhood/family that the Dirty Angels MC has he wants to build something just as strong. I admire Trip for having the determination to come back and rebuild something that was so broken it shattered families and friendships. One thing Trip didn’t plan on was falling for Stella. As the daughter of an Original, Stella was born into the lifestyle and would make the perfect Ol Lady. Only Stella doesn’t want to have anything to do with the bad boy biker who stomped on her heart twenty years ago. Can Trip make her see he wants something real with her? Will he be able to get the MC to flourish and mend the mistakes of the past? You’ll have to read it to find out! Another amazing series and I can’t wait to get all the stories!
That was amazing!!!
I’ve never read a MC Series that starts at the very beginning, how the club was made and I so look forward to seeing it develop through the series.
Trip is the yummy alpha that blazes back into town and changes the lives of a delicious array of characters. Especially Stellas.
Stella is broken but her strength is magic.
As a couple they really have an energetic spark and the emotions the reader goes through with their development is tremendous.
All up another incredible story from the extraordinary Jeanne St James. I cannot wait for Sig and Judge!!!
Great start to a new series. Loved the characters and storyline. Trip and Stella are amazing together and the story keeps you intrigued. Can’t wait for more.
