“Blind Man’s Bluff is a book that grabs hold of your heartstrings and keeps you turning the pages until you sigh with contentment at the end. Strong characters, a fabulous story! In my opinion, you can’t go wrong, a definite ‘keeper.’” ~ Best-selling Author Catherine Anderson
“Kay Stockham’s stories are at once sweet and sexy, deeply emotional, and sprinkled lightly with suspense for good measure. Everything you could want in a book and more.” ~ Award-winning author Toni Blake

So great!
I work with blind people and enjoyed knowing the book was based on factual information
Loved this storyline of an adult adjusting to life of being blind and his mentor also being blind. You could feel his frustrations & struggles.
This came up on my kindle as unread. It didn’t take long for me to think I recognized the story. It seemed slightly different then memory, but a story well worth a second read. Excellent story. Great balance of motives among the various actors. Great pace of building the story. Totally enjoyed it even as it niggled as slightly different. I’d like to read more by this author.
I liked this book. It took a turn I wasn’t expecting. I’m not sure how realistic the turn was. So I was a little disappointed that way. I have read a couple of the series after this. I’m not sure how much the twist was needed. I was kind of hoping for a different twist. I really do like the characters of this series. I love the connection between the characters.
Loved the story because the theme was different from most,
Easy read and enjoyable!
I loved this book because the characters seemed like real people with lives other than trying to be in a book and find love. Emma, blind and independent, having life plans and a member of the community working and volunteering. Ian, newly blind, miserable after his life as a Navy Seal. Wonderful new premisse with Emma teaching Ia. Tastefully done with romance but none of the explicit unpleasant scenes.
Amazing book, couldn’t put it down!
Absolutely loved this book!!!!!!!!
a very good read & kept you wondering what’s next
I found this book inspirational. The main character, who is blind from the age of 14 shows others the importance of using all your strengths instead of focusing on your weakness. She overcomes so many obstacles and manages to help another recently blinded person. Loved it!
very real and informative about a blind persons extra feelings and emotional hardships.
Ivy James has scored a 10. I laughed and shed a few years. Inspiring and an eye opener. I couldn’t stop reading once I started. Highly recommend.
I didnt care for the ending , but it was a good book to read
Loved this book and the entire series.
Renewal
This is a wonderful book about overcoming anything. Emma was blinded at 14 in a car accident. Now at 28 she seeking the financial way to be independent. Ian was a soldier who lost his sight to a blood clout after ring shot.
This book has a very interesting premise. I’d buy it again.
I thought the characters were very well developed and I learned a great deal about the phases of acceptance one goes through when faced by an insurmountable obstacle. I thought that aspect of the story was particularly well done. Look forward to reading other books by this author.
I really liked the characters and appreciated Emma’s strength and independence. her depiction of blind characters seemed realistic. My only flaw was the twist at the end involving her aunt, father and uncle- it seemed manufactured and unnecessary.
