Book Four of the Love at Blind Date seriesSometimes it’s not the clothes that need stitching together. Omega Keith Jenson is starting to see his years of hard work pay off as the small tailor shop he runs with his best friend and boss flourishes. Everything is going to plan—until he gets a phone call that turns his life upside down. His grandfather had an accident and needs him. Keith doesn’t … needs him. Keith doesn’t think twice about dropping everything for the person who once did the same for him. What’s a couple of months for the man who gave him everything?
Alpha Ethan Russo is taking a year’s leave from his job teaching at the university to write the novel that has always been a someday plan. It is finally time to just jump in with both feet and do it. The time away will also give him time to help his grandmother build the patio she’s been hinting at since pretty much ever. She is also not so subtly hinting at setting him up with her neighbor’s grandson, but Ethan’s gone on a date she arranged once before and it did not go well. No. He was just going to write his book, build her patio, and leave her matchmaking skills for somebody else.
Ethan is drawn to Keith at first sight, but the omega keeps him at arm’s length, even with his meddling grandmother being her persuasive self. And then one night something changes and Keith lets him in. Ethan sees what they could have together for the first time and he loves it…if only they didn’t have an expiration date.
Blind Date for Father’s Day is a super sweet with knotty heat M/M Mpreg romance featuring an omega who’s focused on his grandfather’s health and is not looking for love—or so he tries to convince himself, an alpha who follows his dreams and discovers so much more, a persistent grandmother, a parrot with, shall we say, a unique vocabulary, an addictive shifter soap opera, and an adorable baby. If you love your alphas hawt, your omegas determined, and your mpreg with heart, you will love this new addition to the popular Love at Blind Date series by the cowriting team, Lorelei M. Hart and Colbie Dunbar.

Matchmaking grandparents in full on mode. What could go wrong?
I love this world. The characters come alive, pulling you into their lives. It is utterly charming. This book is about family, taking risks, and that love has no age limit. Oh, and a foul- mouthed parrot and an addictive soap opera. What’s not to love!
Ethan has taken a year’s sabbatical to write a novel. He spends more time helping Gran than writing. Keith leaves his tailoring job to care for his Grandpa after a broken hip lays him low. Getting involved with Ethan wasn’t supposed to happen. But love finds a way. Turns out Gran & Gramps are more than just friends and neighbors. Their favorite soap opens a opportunity for Ethan, both in his writing and with Floyd, his foul- mouthed parrot. Keith has an opportunity as well. It all comes together in a rush.
This is a feel- good book. I read it in one sitting. HEA is assured. Yes, there are steamy scenes and mpreg. Very low angst, no cliffhanger. I loved this book!
This book contains adult themes and language, mm sex and is intended for mature readers only.

Read to find out how these two proceed with their lives until Father’s Day.
Blind Date for Father’s Day by Colbie Dunbar and Lorelei M Hart is the fourth book in the Love at Blind Date series. This is a fun and sweet mpreg romance. Keith and Ethan are great characters surrounded by funny and loving secondary characters. I love the connections and interactions between the characters. I really loved reading this story in the series. Ethan and Keith’s chemistry was on point. Both had humorous natures and it made reading fun and entertaining. I loved the grandparents they added the extra laughs to the book. Now there was some bittersweet and sad moments. You are able to really feel what Keith is going through being a caregiver to his elderly grandfather. It put a lot of realness to the story that I really appreciate when reading these fantasy books. I really loved the ending and highly anticipating the next book in the series.

Have you ever been set up by your own grandmother that doesn’t accept a “no” for answer?
Taking into account the last one was a disaster how should you react to the new one? The fact the partner is the neighbour you’re drooling over should be a good thing right? Add to the mix a parrot you love dearly but has a colourful language, a “grandpa” with health issues, and the said grandmother that’s quirky and an uncertain future with the omega is all that a recipe for disaster and heartbreak or the key to happiness?
Ethan and Keith are an adorable couple and the attraction between them is instantaneous but are apprehensive at beginning to explore it because they have their lives set in different places.
But fate has a way of arranging things and a show you’re secret fan off, your writing talent, encouraging from your love interest, a surprise baby, and the boss of said lover who encourage your relation is working on your favour so your happiness is guaranteed.
It was an amazing story with funny moments and the right dose of emotion that makes you read it until the end smiling and being happy for them.
Can’t wait for the next one.
