This short paranormal romance packed a big punch in just a few pages. I found the author’s way of developing the story to be interesting even if it took a turn or two I didn’t see completely necessary to the overall storyline. But overall I enjoyed the premise of the plot and the main characters. A new author to me and one I am interested to see more from.

Nice short read, although I think this could have been longer and made into a novel, I see this story could have really taken off but I am pleased with what I got. I was sad for Dragomir having to deal with his PTSD and curse and all the rage he had built up inside. Meeting Ida I think saves his life. She is a feisty one, I like her style. She helps Dragomir with all his anger and by having him be submissive, and to his surprise it works. Again, sadly it is a shorter story, but definitely worth the read, I would recommend giving this book a try.
I enjoyed this short paranormal romance story. It is a well written story with characters that brought the story to life. There is an engaging story about Dragmir and a pretty witch packed in just a few stories. He has had a cursed placed on him so he has turned to fighting to control his rage. One night is leaving him with a choice to make – stay in his dark mood or come out into the light and let the pretty witch work her magic. They are strong characters that at times don’t realize how strong they really are. Their chemistry together is steamy and supportive to their characters. I highly recommend reading their story.
I’ll be quite honest. I had very high hopes for Katerina Ross’ Black Cat Security. Witches and Magic and Steamyness? Give it to me now Please!! I was very very excited, especially as I started reading about Dragomir.. until I got a few pages into the book… and Dragomir was having some alone time with himself. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, we all do it, but It was his fantasy that was being described that got under my skin. Yes it didn’t go into full detail and he was even a little bit disgusted with himself for thinking such things.. but I would’ve been nice to have a heads up that that was coming. Once you got past that the story was still enjoyable and I liked it. I just personally had a hard time getting over that one particular scene, especially having gone through a situation like that more than once. It was a little bit of a trigger, which sort of put a damper and a dark cloud over the rest of the story for me. I could’ve handled it better I think had I had a little bit more of a warning. Other than that it was an interesting story packed into a small amount of pages

This was such a great unique read. I love finding new authors and this was a great book. I really liked the fact that
it was a short read and that I was glued to the pages. The author has created quite a refreshing world and I love it from start to finish
The absolutely explosive chemistry between Ida and Dragomir is quite the draw. I like how he is able to be helped if only in a slight way by
Ida. I really could not wait to see how this story would progresses. I find the whole concept quite fascinating. I look forward to reading more
from this author in the future.
