Willow – I’m the girl who never makes a commitment when it comes to relationships. I’m happy being single, and everyone who knows me knows that. The one rule I live by, or should I say the one code I never break, is to never get involved with a friend or a friend of a friend. So when Garth, the man who has made his silly crush on me known for months, gives me a no-strings-attached proposition, I … I break my one and only rule. Let me repeat this… do not get involved with friends!
Garth – She is everything I want. Curves that scream to be touched with an attitude that is straight to the point. Yeah, Willow is a woman with a bold personality, but inside I know she’s all sugary sweet. So when the opportunity presents itself to get closer to the one person I need to know more about, I take it. I offer her a friends with benefits kind of deal. She thinks I’m all for that, but little does she know that’s just a compromise. One way or another, I’m hoping I can get her to fall in love with me.

Garth is such a wonderful character, loving, caring, and handsome who wants Willow for himself. Willow is a strong woman who only has time for a “one and done” She doesn’t think love is what she wants or could have and she doesn’t see it with Garth either. An interesting story line with a lesson learned.

Hero is Awesome, Heroine Not So Much
This is a somewhat unusual book in that the hero has more “heroine” qualities than the heroine herself! Perhaps that sounds a little sexi$t, but I found the hero to be far more sympathetic than the heroine, which is highly unusual for me. The hero came across as so sweet, with an unrequited love for the heroine. His heart has gotten trampled over and over, seeing her with other men. He wants nothing more than a traditional, loving relationship with the woman he cares about. But she has hardened her heart against romance because of her parents’ bad marriage. Instead of looking for any relationship of substance, all she’s interested in is a series of meaningless one-night stands. Yes, she’s a female version of a playboy. I don’t like that in male characters, and I certainly don’t like it in a heroine, either. She appears a bit hardened in other ways. Honestly, I didn’t really like the heroine that much, and I didn’t think she treated the hero very well. Quite often in the book, I found myself wishing that he would find somebody else! That is not the way it should go in a romance. SPOILER: I did like the way that he didn’t just forgive and take her back easily after what she did to him. END SPOILER. In the end, I didn’t enjoy the book as much as I could have because I just never warmed up to the heroine. The hero, however, makes the book worth reading.

I really enjoyed this fun and witty story. The characters were so charming and likable. I look forward to reading more from this author in the future.

All I can say is that Freud would have been happy to have Willow as a patient. Three past definitely dictated her future. Being as stand-off as she possibly could was enough to make Garth insane. The two characters had development distantly over the other standalone books. But they made it worth while. No cliffhanger

The story of Garth and Willow is full of surprises and a bit of agony. I didn’t like Willow at the beginning, but she did grow on me. I enjoyed reading this fun and heartfelt romance.

Willow is the no strings attached and Garth is the man who not only wants strings but everything that goes with it. These characters are so much fun. The storyline had me laughing out loud at how the relationship develops.

From page one this book pulled me in and kept me entertained until the end – not a dull page. An emotional roller coaster that is funny, witty, well written, and absolutely fantastic. The characters are amazing – Garth you will absolutely fall in love with, Willow will frustrate you but at the same time you will feel her pain; together they make an amazing couple. Old and new characters make appearance and upped the excitement level. I look forward to the next book. Definitely recommended!

After watching her parents live in a loveless marriage, Willow set a rule to never date friends or for that matter, fall in love. Garth grew up in foster care and just wants a meaningful, loving, committed relationship. It just so happens to be Willow, a friend of his, that he wants that relationship with. Will he be able to get Willow to break her own rule and have a HEA? A fun and enjoyable story with entertaining characters you’ll fall in love with by the time you read the last word.

Willow is the last of her friends to find their happily ever after! Only she’s not interested in a long term relationship, but Garth a mutual friend has other ideas! Garth has been in love with Willow since he met her, but was friend zoned! Now if he can just show her that they belong together! Another great book in the series!

Willows rule, never fall in love with friends or friends of friends but love period. Her parent set a bad example and Willows is never going to get into that trap. Willow is fun, great business woman, sassy and feisty. Garth grew up in foster care and wants a committed commitment. He loves Willow but she has sabotaged their relationship over and over. When she crawls back after hurting him again will Garth forgive her? Delightful, steamy, and enjoyable story of Willow and Garth. Willow has witnessed her parents live with a loveless marriage which led to cheating on both parts. Garth grew up in foster care and longs to have what his friends have a loving, committed relationship. The saying is opposites attract but are their differences too great?
I lovee this series. The characters are lovable. The story is good and I could picture each seen vividly.

This was a really good book. I have enjoyed this series. I know that books normally focus on the female and not so much the male. This book is definitely not one of those. It tells a story of Garth loving Willow and her not knowing how to deal with it since she didn’t have great role models for that. Willow couldn’t handle the present so she pushed everyone away. Willow is mean to Garth in a lot of ways. Will Garth convince Williow love does exist?

I’m really hoping it’s not really the end of Curvy Girl Lane! I have high hopes, as each of the original girls now has an assistant. But regardless, this was quite the interesting book. Garth is amazing! He goofy and loveable and loyal and unstoppable, all qualities made consciously after growing up in childhood. His friends have become his family, and this man has so very much to give to the right woman. I’m sorry to say I have mixed feelings about Willow. She’s an awesome friend, a driven business woman, feisty and sassy. But she is so determined to not repeat her parent’s toxic relationship, that she has blinders on when it comes to love. Garth manages to break through her defenses, but she sabotages their relationship one too many times. Thankfully, with the intervention of the other Curvy Lane Girls, she is quick to realize her mistake and goes begging. I was quite impressed with Garth’s reaction. He really made her work for forgiveness, and to regain his trust. He didn’t simply cave because she showed back up with an I’m sorry. You are very much left with the idea that once they have reconnected, their relationship is much, much stronger for having been tested so thoroughly. This story is very well written, dragging you in from the first scene, and refusing to release you until you reach the end!

The third book of the Curvy Girls Lane series was great! Willow was always trying to be stand offish and Garth was always trying to win her over. From the first to the last book. I so thoroughly enjoyed this book that I will be putting it on a read again shelf, along with the others. Ms. Gai is becoming one of my favorite authors and I look forward to my next read by her.

Willow and Garth finally get their story. It is an emotional rollercoaster read. You read and feel your heart breaking because Garth loves Willow so much and she loves him but doesn’t know how to act on it so she continuously hurts him. The story is sweet. Willow seems mean. The characters have chemistry.

Garth was perfect! I fell madly in love with him book one and it just gets deeper with each book. Willow doesn’t deserve him. At all. She was god awful. I still rated this high because of Garth and a good ending but she drove me nuts.

Awwww Garth. I loved his character so much. He was sweet and caring and everything you want in a man. Now Willow on the other hand. I didn’t like her character when she kept rejecting Garth the way she did. She certainly didn’t pull up her big girl pants and act like an adult. I just wanted to hug Garth so badly. A great read and hope we get Andrew and Amy’s story.
