Read the final book in the Endgame trilogy where blood is thick, but passion is thicker… dirty empire. What he didn’t count on was falling for his mortal enemy’s daughter.
He wasn’t supposed to fall for her.
Arianna hates the man who kidnapped her, but soon she realizes that things aren’t what they seem. Ellis was framed by her stepfather and is trying to clear his name. If she helps him, it means betraying her family. But how can she turn her back on him when he’s innocent… when her stepfather turns out to be a monster she never really knew at all?
Author note: This book can be read as a stand-alone, complete with HEA.

Thrilling, suspenseful, intriguing and romantic!
This book has a terrific story which was everything I could have hoped for. It held my interest throughout the entire book, and contained a bit of a more than a few genres. Such as erotic romance, adventure, thriller, romantic suspense, mystery and intrigue. The Hero was definitely a hot alpha male, but despite kidnapping the heroine, he is a good guy just doing his best in awful circumstances.
The Hero is Ellis Bishop, the first two books in this series centered around his siblings Evie and then Evan. So you can read this book as a part of a series or as a stand-alone. I have not yet read the first two books but didn’t feel like I was missing anything at all.
The book starts out with Ellis, an undercover DEA agent finding out that his best friend and partner was had been called in to meet the local crime boss without knowing his cover had been blown. Ellis is unable to save his friend and ends up being framed for the murder, even though he saw the crime boss, Vitaly pull the trigger. Ellis has a hacker friend named Lizzy who is trying to help him clear his name, as well as a few members of his family.
Ellis ends up running for his life and trying to clear his name. In the process of looking into Vitaly, Ellis finds that he has a stepdaughter named Arianna, who is part of the organization. He finds that she has several large bank accounts in her name in the Caymans and Europe. So he kidnaps her in order to force her to close out the accounts and force a meeting with her stepfather.
However Arianna is nothing like he expected and things get messy from there. I don’t want to give away any spoilers, but to say that during the time Ellis and Arianna are together an attraction complicates things. This isn’t insta-love but it does happen by around 50% of the books, and in days they have known each other it is fairly fast, but we all know from the movies that relationships can occur fairly quickly during intense experiences.
The heat level in this book I’d pretty high, I would say 4 out of five flames . World building and character development are great, but it was written by Katie Reus so that is to be expected. Overall I really enjoyed the book. I love a good thriller/erotic romance!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
I so did not want this trilogy to end, but if it had to, Ms. Reus ended it in with an amazing story. Ellis Bishop, DEA Agent, has been on the run after being falsely accused of murder. He knows who did the killing and kidnaps the man’s stepdaughter as he is sure that she is involved in her stepfather’s crimes. He didn’t count on Arianna Stavish being exactly what she said she was, an innocent third grade teacher and beautiful. He is attracted to her from the very beginning, but when she shows courage and commitment to finding out about her stepfather’s crimes, he is captivated. She has lost much in her life after her mother and brothers’ death, but eventually is hopeful that she and Ellis can clear his name and find love. Three wonderful stories with strong, loving and engaging characters. I received an advance review copy at no cost and without obligation for an honest review. (by paytonpuppy)
Wow! What an amazingly original storyline filled with lots of action, danger and plenty of steam!
When Ellis kidnaps Arianna in order to help clear his name from a murder charge, he’s shocked when she turns out to be nothing like he expected. Soon he’s questioning whether she’s involved in the dirty business going on and fighting his attraction to her along the way.
’But Arianna, the real her, was a breath of fresh air. She was all energy and sunshine and it was messing with his head.’
Despite Arianna’s past, she was remarkably resilient during her kidnapping, especially once she came to realize that Ellis wasn’t guilty as he had been accused. Even as the world around her is upended, she manages to smile and laugh causing Ellis to fall even harder for her.
’More than just possessive, he felt territorial. He wanted everyone in Miami to know she was off-limits – that she was his.’
This has a lot of action to it as Ellis and Arianna rush to clear his name. Reading this was like riding a rollercoaster. What a wild ride! Danger was at every turn and along the way was the sizzling chemistry between this couple. This has a bit of insta-everything but it wasn’t written way over the top. With the addition of characters from other books as well as this trilogy, this was a great read.
Recommended for anyone who enjoys a pretty original storyline with plenty of danger and lots of romance.
He was falsely accused of killing his partner. Arianna had opened bank accounts off shore and in Europe. He planned to get to her Dad through her. But as all good stories go things didn’t work quite as he planned.
This is the third installment of the Endgame Trilogy. However, it can definitely be read as a stand-alone since the books have their own story arcs.
Ellis Bishop is a man on the run who is desperately trying to get his life back after being framed for a crime. He doesn’t know who to trust and decides to take a drastic measure. Bad intel leads him to kidnap a woman named Arianna who he thinks is connected to the conspiracy when in reality she was being used herself. They end up working together to clear Ellis’s name.
There is definitely some insta-love stuff happening and man does he fall hard. For being such a badass, he is a puppy when it comes to Arianna. I appreciate the lack of super alpha maleness because he is definitely a character that could act it. Arianna is brave without being reckless and owns her faults. Their attraction is hot but the love is tender. Another good one for Katie Reus!
Holy cow, that’s how to end a series. I loved it! This is series has been fantastic and I am really sad its over. Ellis and Arianna’s story is full of twists, turns and all the good stuff. For me this was a book I couldn’t put down and found myself yelling at the characters. I loved it! Well done!
Great read and an end to the Bishop’s trilogy. Ellis is finally able to clear his name with some help from Adrianna. Filled with action ,suspense, hot love making and a family coming to help out when their brother is in trouble, mak4s for a fantastic read. 4 solid stars***
P.S. I sure hope that FBI agent Georgina gets a story!

In this book, the Trilogy of Bishop’s stories come to an end. Ellis wants to clear his name and revenge the death of his partner. He has a perfect plan with the kidnapping but what happens when all his plan fell through? Because he soon finds out that Ariana is innocent and that he must adjust to a new plan and Arriana is ready to help him. He discovers that he has more people behind his bach and support. A great story with lovely characters. Both Ellis and Arriana are easy to love and both have some troubled past. They have a great love story and I really enjoyed reading it.
I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for NetGalley
While this is the third book in the series, it could actually be read as a stand alone, because the author provides lots of back story. While from a wealthy family, the three Bishop children have all ended up in some sort of law enforcement.
Ellis worked for the DEA, but was set up by his dirty boss to take the fall for the murder of Ellis’s best friend and partner, Carter. He has been on the run, trying to prove his innocence and take down all the turn coats that the DEA has produced. He believes that third grade teacher, Arianna Stavish, step- daughter of Carter’s murderer, Vitaly Rodin, is part of the gang, after he finds millions of dollars hidden in offshore bank accounts in her name, so kidnaps her. However, he quickly learns that not only is she innocent, but she wants to help him take down her stepfather, who is using her and who she holds responsible for the death of her beloved half brother, Vitaly’s son. The more time they spend together, they realize that if only they had met under different circumstances…
This is an action packed page turner, with wonderful characters an intriguing plot and a HEA. I read an ARC provided by NetGalley.com. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.
Last book in the series but it was worth the wait. Ellis was in trouble and needed to find a way to clear his name and come out of hiding. He thought he had a plan to do just that but soon learned that his plan was flawed. But being determined to get his life back, he adjusts his plan and not only gets his old life back, he gets the love of his life.
Lots of suspense, action, and romance. A great read from beginning to end.
The final story in Endgame Trilogy, Bishop’s Endgame is amazing. I have enjoyed this series immensely and the conclusion is compelling. Engaging characters combined with a well delivered storyline makes this a must read. I highly recommend you go grab it and start reading
Bishop’s Endgameby Katie Reus is book Three in the Endgame Trilogy. This is this is the story of Ellis Bishop and Arianna Stavish. I have read the previous books which do have the underlining story of Ellis but this book can be a standalone book I thought. Ellis was a DEA agent who now is on the run after his partner was murdered and he was set up to take the fall. So Ellis has been working to clear his name but hasn’t been able to do so. Ellis feels that now the key is to kidnap the crime boss’s Step-daughter Arianna. Arianna sadly has had a tragic past that she is moving forward to get past and is now a third grade teacher who has no real clue about her step-father. So at first she is very upset about being taken but then she learns what is really going on and she wants to help Ellis. This was a very hot exciting read. Loved this authors writing!
This is the 3rd book in a trilogy, I have waited for this book, Ellis has been falsely accused of a crime he did not do.how does he get out of this. It is full of suspense and romance and it is a page turner.
I love it that some people from Redstone make an appearance. I love this whole series. Go grab a copy and review.
Heart racing conclusion to a danger filled, action packed, emotionally thrilling adventure that had me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. Really enjoyed this cast of intriguing and engaging charters.
Bishop’s Endgame is the final part in the Endgame Trilogy by Katie Reus and it was a great finale to the romantic/suspense series about the Bishop siblings. After months on the run, hunted by his former colleagues for the murder of his partner & best friend Charlie, Ellis Bishop has decided to turn the tables on his enemy, taking the law into his own hands by kidnapping his stepdaughter in a desperate attempt to get his life back. On the surface Arianna is exactly what she appears to be – a devoted elementary school teacher who lives a quiet life but can she really be unaware of the monster her stepfather really is? Ellis doesn’t think so especially when he sees just what’s in her bank accounts but then he faces a moral dilemma when he starts to believe she’s a victim of his enemy’s machinations. Can he continue to use her knowing it could endanger an innocent woman?
The characters are well developed in this book with a plot full of intrigue and suspense that moves at a steady pace albeit the romance element of the story takes a little longer to heat up but then it would stretch creditability a bit too far if the heroine was to jump into bed with her kidnapper at the first smouldering glance and find insta-love especially given her history so it was good to see their relationship develop slowly. I also loved the cameo appearance by characters not only from this trilogy but also the Red Stone Security series as well. This has definitely got to be my favourite series from Katie Reus but I would recommend reading it in order of release to enjoy it fully.
The final book in the Endgame Trilogy was fast-paced and came to an action-packed conclusion with a story a really enjoyed, but there was just a little something missing between the two main characters that had the romance falling a little bit short for me.
We’ve had glimpses of Ellis in the first two books and finally learn more about what has happened to him. Even though he wants to clear his name you can tell he isn’t happy about having to kidnap Arianna to do it. Arianna was not your normal type of heroine at first glance. Issues from her past have shaped who she is now. It was nice to see her regain her old self and strength throughout the book and I loved seeing her stand up to Ellis as he continued to treat her as if she might break. I had a bit of an issue with the romance between these two in that it developed a bit too quickly for me to feel that it was genuine from the start and not just the instant attraction that was evident between the two. The relationship jumped right into an emotional level that I just didn’t feel at first reflected their circumstance and personalities, but I did eventually get there and in the end I think Ellis and Arianna made a great pairing.
As the third and final book in the trilogy it was great to see things settled for the entire Bishop family. I loved getting to see prior characters and some cross-over characters from the Red Stone Security series help Ellis along the way to clear his name. I thought the epilogue was perfect to give me that happy sigh as things tied up and we are given a glimpse of what live is like for the family now that the drama is over.
Although this wasn’t my favorite book in this trilogy, it still had so many things I love about a Katie Reus book – easy to read, great characters, suspense and action, and some great banter between characters – and I will definitely continue reading more from her.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
Katie Reus again brings to her readers a wonderful story of romance, suspense, and intrigue, with this fast paced story of DEA agent Ellis Bishop. On the run and falsely accused of killing his DEA partner, he kidnaps Arianna, the mob boss’s stepdaughter believing she is a part of the corruption. While working to find out what really happened to his partner, Ellis finds it is not easy to prove your own innocence when the tangles are so intricate that they must be untangled with care. Readers are given a wonderful surprise when a few Red Stone Security members make their appearance in helping Ellis to exonerate himself from the bogus charges. The story is fast paced with lots of roadblocks and many twists along the way. Can be read as a standalone, “Bishop’s Endgame” is a story not to be missed. The three book series is a must have for romantic suspense readers and all are standalone reads.
**I was gifted a copy of “Bishop’s Endgame” via NetGalley & leave my review voluntarily based on my reading** 5 Stars!
The last book in the Endgame Trilogy finally answers the question of what happened to Ellis.
If you’ve read the first 2 book in the trilogy, then you know that Ellis has been reluctantly reaching out for help. He’s been accused of killing his partner and being a corrupt DEA agent.
What I liked most about this book, is that Arianna never played the victim. Not when she was kidnapped, not when she learned the truth about her family, and not even when she had to go up against her step-father. From the beginning you knew she was a strong woman that could survive anything. She took charge of the situation and made decisions that were best for her.
The love story was a slow burn and then a super hot flame. Luckily it didn’t take either of them long to admit their feelings for each other. I would have liked a little more sibling interaction in this book, but otherwise a really good read.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book.
5 Stars
What a way to end a trilogy! I will absolutely miss each of these characters, and I loved some we already knew that showed up. Ellis has been in the background, on the run, throughout both Evie and Evan’s books. This book included all the action, suspense and answers we have been patiently wanting. Ellis and Arianna both have things in their past that have led to the place they are in their lives now. This story will keep you on the edge of your seat, holding your breath and keeping your fingers crossed that the good guys win and the bad guys get what they deserve. This is a fantastic conclusion to a series full of action, adventure and some seriously sexy characters, from book one!

AMAZING!! I think I say this about all of Katie Reus’ books, but damn if they don’t keep getting better and better. The characters in this book are so well written, you actually believe this is really happening to them. From all out revenge to falling in love, murder to redemption, anger to happy, all of the emotions are tugged at in this book.
