This is a great steamy short that you don’t want to do without.
A really quick and spicy matchmaker romance.
This is a really quick story about Logan and Claire, who both have their own reasons for agreeing to a matchmaker in modern days. Logan needs to not only have a wife but a child, sooner rather than later, due to his father’s stipulations in his will. Claire is tired of working three jobs and still not making enough to truly survive. Neither one counted on the instant attraction for each other but they couldn’t really ignore it either.

Let a collective sigh ring! Sweet, steamy, and short.
A beautifully written quick read! It is a heart-warming and exciting sweet romance with no drama and a HEA. The storyline is interesting and the characters are likeable – the attraction between them is instant. A recommended read.

Extremely fast read. I do know that if I need a matchmaker, Diamond Bridal Agency is THE place to go. I have to admit I enjoy these tasty little treats – guy needs wife, girl wants husband, they meet and find out they are really rather perfect for each other. Stories are fast and easy without a ton of angst but always with an HEA. Have to admit, I’d like to see what happens BEFORE they match the couple. (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).
Interesting story, engaging charters and emotionally thrilling drama made this a very entertaining romantic journey. They are both looking for something more and desperate enough to try anything…. both for different reasons.
This was a cute and quick read. Nothing surprising with the storyline, but good! Logan might have started out not wanting or caring about Clair, but found out that he really did as much as she did him!

Logan Hensley read the letter he received from the Diamond Bridal Agency, telling him that the bride he requested, meeting all of his specifications, would be arriving on Valentine’s Day. He should expect Claire Raferty on an incoming flight. They offered to have the marriage legal and filed before she landed, as long as he filled out the proper paperwork and sent it back overnight mail. For some reason, his father’s attorney had waited until only 6 months before his 30th birthday, at which time he had to be married or he would lose his inheritance of the multi-billion dollar corporation, Equipment International. He then had 5 additional years to have a child! Not completing these requirements would result in the corporation going instead to his cousin Travis.
Claire was anxiously awaiting the landing at the airport in Oklahoma where she would meet her husband! She hadn’t even seen a picture of him yet. Freshly out of the foster system at age eighteen, she had no money and had struggled to save enough money to buy an old car – which she lived in! Now at twenty-three, she was ready to start a new life. She exited the plane and a man in jeans and a button-down shirt leaned against a black pickup truck. Was that him?
Logan tried to get to know the young woman better on the drive back to his home. He could see she was not comfortable talking about herself. When she saw the house, she was amazed. He liked making her smile.
At dinner, Claire asked Logan what his job was, since they had been talking mostly about her so far. When he answered that he manufactured farm equipment, she thought he worked in the plant. He didn’t want her to feel intimidated, but wanted to start their marriage honestly. So he confessed that he owned Equipment International. She took it well, and told him more about her life. Her biggest worry was she wouldn’t be good enough for him, but he set her mind at ease with how he treated her. She told him life isn’t about “things”; it’s about experiences, memories, and people – especially family. She had never had that. Would this marriage really give her everything she had always wanted? Would Logan learn to love her and care for her? Could this be real?
This was a quiet, unassuming story that moved along at a slow, leisurely pace. I had expected more frantic searching for a woman to meet Logan’s requirements. But it all came together with no effort and I kept waiting for something momentous to happen. Nothing they learned about each other seemed like a big deal, or even a small blip. It wasn’t a bad story; but it was sort of limp. I would have liked to see much more emotion and joy from either of them, to allow the reader to share their expected happiness that never really burst out. It kind of went nowhere.
This book was so sweet. It was a lovely tale of romance. It was a perfect lunchtime read. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book in exchange for a free copy.
Logan Hensley has six months to get married by his thirtieth birthday and five years to secure his inheritance, a successful company. He doesn’t want it to go to Travis.
So he agrees to the Diamond Bridal Agency’s candidate, Claire.
Claire is 18 and just aged out of the foster system.
Will a true marriage emerge from this agreement?
