Mason Adler:Hot. Cocky. Sugar-coated Bad Boy.The type of man who knocks the big “O” clear to the front of the alphabet every time.Wrap up that eight-pack with Navy khakis and top it off with a shiny SEAL Trident, the kind that makes the girls swoon. That’s Mason. My best friend. For me, he’s off limits. Now that I’ve finished college, I need to focus on my writing career. And without his help, I … writing career. And without his help, I don’t stand a chance.
But I need something from him. Something only he can give me.
So I’ll pull the blinds. I’ll toss my inhibitions. I’ll call it “research.”
And I won’t let my heart get involved, especially with him leaving at the end of the week.
Leaving me … even though my very soul is still in his grasp.
BFF’ed is a stand-alone, full-length romance with NO cheating and NO cliffhangers. Bonus book included on the tail end. So get it while it’s hot!

Sweet, romantic, and happily ever after. So good. Though him being a SEAL doesn’t really factor much in the story. Its still fun.
OMG, I so love this book! I never ever give 5stars but I was generous today. 5 stars for me are like P&P, wuthering heights, or Gone with the Wind kind of book! This is my first Kate Aster book and it did not disappoint! I like her style of writing! I connected with the characters and felt they are my best friends. I chuckled a few and guffawed at Freya’s antics. I felt like her in so many ways! I fell in love with Mason! He was swoon-worthy! Love the ending… I can hear all the awwwww. Sweet!
Aww, this is a sweet one. Mason and Freya met online under unusual circumstances. Theirs was not the usual first online first date meet. But they’ve been BFFs ever since and they’re going on two years. They’ve been through a lot together, but they are about to be separated and they’re not quite sure how they feel about that.
BFF’ed is a seriously cute BFFs to lovers story that you fly through and wish there was just a little more when you reach the last page.
A mixture of sweet and steamy in this friends to lovers story. Mason was very supportive of Freya’s writing and I enjoyed how he encouraged her to self publish.
Loved their character development and how they enjoyed being friends…finally admitting their feelings for each other.
Two best friends who really were best friends. I loved the character development and the easiness between them. I would have jumped his bones sooner. He was so hot but also so very loveable. Fabulous book.
Mason and Freya are best friends and have been since he has been stationed in Annapolis the last two years. Mason is a Navy SEAL and leaving in a few days for his next training which is four hours away before he will be deployed somewhere. Mason and Freya have a special friendship and spend any free time they have together. Freya is trying to be an author but has been turned down by many publishers. Mason has helped her edit her transcripts many, many times. They have been the closest of friends without anything else but one night changed that. A standalone with an HEA! Great book. I love Mason…. he is amazing!!
great read
05/16/2021 I was charmed by “BFF’ed” (nook) with its angst and love. Mason and Freya were friends before lovers and spent only two nights together befoe he left. They had an easy friendship which changed to a deep and abiding love. And, It was a sweet touch that Freya gave Mason a copy of her grandmother’s secret recipe for chicken parmigiana.
From best friends to lovers!
I absolutely LOVED this book!
Just the kind of good feels you need when you want a short read. Loved Freya and masons relationship. They were best friends and obviously loved one another but never recognized that they longed to be with one another even when they were with other people. They still looked forward to their hang outs and seeing one another. Loved how they evolved. So adorable. And the ending. Ahhhh so swoon worthy.
It was a little unrealistic and “forced” – it was ok – an easy read.
