Blue was ready to start her new life, but unfinished business could just be the death of her…For Blue and Forrest, making it back to Karran was the easy part. They were prepared to learn a new language, new customs and tackle a new kind of relationship. When Blue’s reunion with Mo’ata is marred by unfinished business, she has a decision to make: proceed with her original plan and attend classes … her original plan and attend classes at the Ministry’s Academy, or set herself up as bait for a madman. Phillip is still out there, still using that crystal, still killing.
Throw in cub-babies with razor claws, overprotective clansmen and mercenaries, and long-lost mob families, she’s once again in over her head.
But that’s all part of the adventure, right…?
*** Please note that this series is a slow burn reverse harem.***
**Also, there is violence and some swearing, so, yeah.**

Top 5 series of 2018!
I am in love with this series, like seriously, I can’t stop myself from devouring them! I keep telling myself I can only read the next chapter, I need to get up and do something or go to sleep haha. It has been a struggle, not gonna lie. I love how this series is progressing. I like the slowly increasing steam level with each book. The tension is real in this one and gonna make it amazing in the next couple books in this series (I hope this series has at least 7-8 planned ).
In this book, we get to see the Prida start to form, get to see some relationships move forward, some in the most adorable ways. We get to see Blue stand up for herself, see more of the animals and some of the side characters (it is interesting bringing in Blue’s family into the story). I like that all the guys are making sure they are there for Blue and each other, even if they aren’t all a family yet. I like that the guys are learning English and Blue and Forrest are learning Common. Adds a cool dimension to it. I also am digging some of the technology mentioned in this one, pretty sweet to be honest haha.
I have a tough time trying to pick my favorite guy of Blue’s harem and I can honestly say thank goodness for #whychoose! I love them all equally, but I think Felix makes me smile/giggle the most for his comments and his glimpses of softness. I still think this series does something I have not read in other non contemporary books. It makes things super realistic, like the personalities and relationships, even though its about other worlds, planets, creatures, etc. Perfect example was what happened with Blue and Forrest was perfectly done and as awkward as it is for everyone in real life haha. The feelings that are for the piquet are also adorable and I so want one now!
I implore you to pick up this series (be it ebook or audiobook) because you will fall in love with this author as much as I have. This series has everything you could want in it, while keeping to the realistic growth of this family unit despite it being a sci-fi series. Another great job!!
This series has been more than amazing! I’m quite ashamed myself for putting this off for so long but anyway, what’s important is that I have finally finished book 3 (so excited because my review copy of book 4 has arrived on my email already yes yes yes!!!).
I am going through a personally challenging week and I admit the past reads I’ve had weren’t able to pick me up. But behind these blue eyes and this one had been both wonderful to me. Istg, Blue had the best adventure of all adventures! And I think it wasn’t only for the compelling world building in Karran, but most especially for the striking characters.
There is just something so flawless and appealing and toe-curling with Cecilia Randell’s writing style. She quickly became one of my favorite authors, even. The pacing. The characterization-bigger than life characters! Wowza. In just a snap of a finger, I was engrossed with what was happening with what I was reading. I became deeply involved with the lives of Blue and her guys.
Blue was…I just freaking loved her. I really, really do. She’s such a young woman. She possessed a mentality that’s beyond her age. But that wasn’t to say that she had no weaknesses whatsoever. But what she did to right her wrongs, what she decided in face of difficult times? She’s grown so much for the past few books. I mean, I initially loved her already but I was super grateful she wasn’t stagnant or just settling. You’re my new hero, Blue! /heart-eyes
And what a bunch of seriously swoony men. I love the variety. And instead of aggregating one another, the guys seemed to counterbalance each other. It was beautiful, to say the least. I would like to know how many of them were ending up on Blue’s harem lmao…no really, I’m off to read for a pixie in blue! (yay!)
PS Just how awesome the book titles were???
Sorry no spoilers! All I’m going to say about Beyond Blue Frontiers is this, it is so fantastic!
The constant building and releasing throughout this whole book kept me glued to the book the whole time. At the ending of the book it was just starting to build up again when it came to a complete stop and left me hanging there wondering what’s going to happen next to Blue and the guys. Yes a annoying cliffhanger but thankfully the next book isn’t to far from being released and I definitely can not wait to read it.
So yep you got it I definitely recommend this book to anyone who’s looking for a a awesome story to get lost in. But first start with book one if you haven’t read it and work your way through all the books until you get to this one so there’s no confusion about who’s who and what’s what. You will not be disappointed at all in your choice to read this series because it’s amazing!
I can admit that I am addicted to Blues adventures by this point so I was excited that she was going back through the portal. Once she did I was not disappointed as she has to deal with one problem after another that I did not see coming. This book has some great world building, wonderful characters, and all kinds of stuff going on making you unable to put it down once you get started. I really enjoyed it so I give it 4/5.
I expected things to be exciting when blue and Forrest went the the other world but OMG I did not expect any of what happen. Just when you think things can’t get any better or intense another curveball happens! I need book 4 pronto lol! Sooooooo good!
