Inside Scientology by the neice of the David Mc Cavidge.
Excellent look at Scientology
Interesting and informative
I learned a lot from this book about this “religion”. I don’t know how families like her’s survives at all when they are always apart. What pressure for a child to have to bear. Yet, she overcame it all to have a better life and family.
Yes, I would recommend it.
A much needed expose on Scientology!
How sad her life was! I am so glad that she is safe now.
That Scientology is dangerous.
Fascinating story! Unbelievable events!
I liked learning some interesting facts about Scientology that I didn’t know about. It was profoundly disturbing the way children were treated.
How sad that this evil man can have such a hold on so many people.
Growing up in Scientology sounds similar to growing up in North Korea. How anyone with half a brain can sign a billion year contract escapes me. Of course the author was just a child when the contract was forced upon her. Why aren’t the leaders of this cult arrested for child abuse, or at least for breaking child labor laws? Many people have …
A really scary look from inside the walls of scientology.
Such an unbelievable reality!
Very informative read about Scientology. Wish I had found the glossary before finishing the book. It was hard to remember what all the initials were for.
This is a good book. I got a great education about the inner workings of this “secret” society in the guise of being a religion. This book gave me the chills reading about how this “Religion” systematically takes money from people who can hardly afford the advancements up the road to being “clear”. David Miscavige ought to be in prison.
I really New nothing of this religion/cult. I actually was really surprised about their beliefs. Very interesting read.
I learned enough about Scientology enough to know its not a Christian religion, more like a cult. Scary
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book because I knew very little about Scientology before reading it. The author described the ideas and history behind Scientology very well. She also exposed it as a cult.
A bit repetitive but an interesting read
