Chloe wakes up in hospital following a serious car accident. She cannot remember anything – even her name. When you have no history, who do you trust? Who is lying to you and why? Fascinating and fast paced suspense novel with plenty of twists and turns.
Between the Lies is one of those novels that you cannot put down. Michelle Adams captures the reader from the very first page and keeps pace throughout the entire story. Her characters are enigmatic and deeply developed, brooding with dark, suspect undertones. The plot is tightly woven and while some of the suspense aspects are easier to guess for avid readers of this genre, it does not take away from the overall allure of the novel. Highly recommended. 5 stars
