Really fun group of characters and intriguing mystery.
Stress relieving mystery. Allows you to escape reality for awhile, relaxing, and entertaining.
Enjoyed easy and quick read
It was an enjoyable read on vacation in the first installment of a cozy mystery.
A good chic lit.
I was entertained with this book. It was a laugh out loud book. Fun book.
Great read
Pretty good, kept me interested from beginning to end.
The characters are interesting enough to hold your attention. I probably won’t read any more in the series, but I’m sure it would appeal to younger readers. Old ladies who have already been the mother of the bride 4 times are not really going to identify with any of the characters.
Good read and well written
Original. Couldn’t put it down. Humorous.
Recommend this book!
Such a fun murder mystery. Love the characters
Wedding planner Annabelle Archer goes from enjoying her latest accomplishment to devastation when her assistant finds the mother-of-the-bride murdered. The caterer, Annabelle’s friend Richard, becomes the prime suspect and she can’t let him be accused of a crime she knows he could not have committed.
Narrowing down a list of suspects is impossible when the deceased is hated by nearly everyone she has come in contact with. It appears Annabelle is making someone nervous when someone attempts to hurt her on the highway. Will the killer be found before another person loses their life?
This is the first book in the Annabelle Archer mystery series. I became engaged in the story very quickly and it kept me reading every chance I had. The characters were a bit quirky and entertaining. I enjoyed the book and recommend it. I am looking forward to reading the next book.
Great characters.
Enjoyed it, it had a twist I didn’t expect.
For fans of cozy mysteries and the Bridget Jones Series
just a little too slow….and predictable
One of the few books where I have burst out laughing at the author’s amusing use of sayings in the English language. Still giggling at some of the misquoted one liners.
