This book was part of a box set. All of the stories had similar plot lines and conflicts. The heroines acted immature for their ages.
This was a delightful read. Each of the 6 novellas are good clean fun and romance. I wish more writers followed this model.
I love Hatler’s amazing, romantic, short reads. This boxset is full of the first 6 of the Better Date Than Never Series. Fun, comedic, wonderful characters. What more could you ask for?
Love at First Date:
A fun, humorous, and entertaining book. Lovely characters and an enjoyable storyline. I’m looking forward to reading more in this …
I couldn’t quite get into these books. I can’t put my finger on why but I never finished the books
I couldn’t even finish the first story in this set. I found the girlfriends both lame and uninspired. The guy that she will end up (Henry) was ok-but he could do sooo much better. Lame writing, story and characters. Pass.
Better Date Than Never is the first book in the series of the same name. It’s really a novella and comes in a compilation of books 1-6, which is what this is. I’ve had it “on” my To Read shelf for a while. I’m not sure why I hesitated to start reading the series. While there are six books in this compilation I can’t, in good conscience, count this …
I thoroughly enjoyed each of these women and their heartwarmingly funny stories. I sort of wish we would have got the guys perspective, but even without it they were wonderful and I adored how each of them found someone special.
This was fun to read that would bring a laugh to your lips and a smile to you heart.
I love all of her books. The characters are so down to earth and honest. Great romance without the smut.
