*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review of.
Things are getting rough for Ella by this point. She is in the custody of the Council totally at their mercy as they pretty much keep drugging her. Each time she wakes up she has no clue what has been done to her. Escaping comes with a whole new set of problems though I must say she is very resourceful when it comes to her survival. When she finally finds her mates again things really get interesting as they try to figure what happened, what will happen, and what they are going to do about it. Book four is going to be fantastic. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.

******** May Contain Some Spoilers ********
I will try my absolute best to keep spoilers to a minimum or completely out of my review. Sometimes it can be hard to do so.
This series is getting incredible! The ups and downs Ella and her aliens face are so much like a normal relationship. Ella is a strong strong woman with her own opinions. Derrial is the alpha of the group, at least he thinks so. Ella is always butting heads with Derrial. Thane and Corran also have disagreements with Ella but not as intense. Poor Ella is kidnapped more than once and has to deal some crazy sh*t! After a lot of arguments and fighting enemies, they find a person that means more than life to Ella. Ella also gets some news about the experiments preformed on her. I can’t wait for book 5 to see what happens!
•••••• I highly recommend this book/series! ••••••
~~ I have Kindle Unlimited, and I used that service to read this book. ~~
I swear with every book I fall deeper and deeper in love with this series. I feel so bad for Ella because for every step she takes forward she falls 10 back. She loves the guys and is fighting with everything she has to be with them. Even with everyone trying to break her she stays strong and continues to fight. I love her strength and I think she as a character is very relatable. I love this book and I definitely recommend it to everyone.
It seems like Ella never gets a break. Just when she thinks things will get better something drastic happens. She must escape the council but how? Lots of action in this book. There are some breakthroughs made. Feelings are being revealed. I am really enjoying this story.
Ella has been kidnapped, more than once. She has been subjected to experiments, more than once. all because of her blood. But she also found love. Now once again she finds herself at the mercy of uncaring monsters who want to use her. Once again, she must find a way to escape, to survive.
I must admit, I struggled through parts of this book. It’s well written, it’s action-packed, and there are plenty of unexpected moments. However…I struggle with Ella. I’ve had enough of her inner turmoil and her poor decision making. Yes, the men you love have done some horrible things by Earth’s standards. Either decide you can live with this or don’t but stop going back and forth each chapter. And stop making ridiculous, spur of the moment decisions that endanger everyone and require a rescue. And enough of the caveman behavior from the guys. Stop keeping secrets, stop being misogynistic. I would like to see signs of true love and affection, not ownership and dependency. Do they even respect this girl or is the blood bond their only motivation? Their relationship is not healthy and I can’t even decide at this point if I want everything to work out. I do want to see the Council destroyed and this society given a fresh start. I do want to see other parts of the story play out as well and I have hopes that these characters find their way into my heart before it’s all over.
Wow, ok this book has a bunch of stuff going on. I don’t want to give away too much because you need to read it for yourself, but Ella makes some really stupid decisions (which I am beginning to think is her default), she is having a hard time trusting her guys because they are not telling her everything, and they all find out that there’s a lot going on, on Veon that they had no idea about.
I know that Ella has been through a lot, but damn girl think before you act. I really enjoyed reading this book and could not put it down. When these two authors get together, you know you are in for a treat.
