Blaze Best has one enemy. Just one. And thanks to his own big mouth, he has to work with insufferable Mr. Perfect Baker… all week long.Blaze:Catering is a hot, hard business at the best of times. When our expert baker drops out of the wedding at the last minute, the only person I know who can pull off the Walker family’s demands is Evan, the guy who screwed us both over in our chance of a … over in our chance of a lifetime back at culinary school.
Now we’re relying on each other to make this unrealistic timeline happen. And worst of all… I might be starting to respect the sunshiney little guy. Damnit.
Evan:
After what I did, followed by years of snarky comments online from Blaze Best, I didn’t expect his family to ask me to work on this wedding. It’s the highest-profile event of the season, and it’s a big compliment that they need me. For all his grumpiness, this hunk starts to grow on me. Before long, the sparks are flying in more ways than one.
When we’re thrown a curveball at the last minute, can we pull together and find more in common than we thought, or will it undermine our chance at a sweet and spicy ending?
The Best Men, Inc. trilogy (Best Laid Plans, Best Foot Forward, and Best Served Hot) are low-angst, high-shenanigans stories about the craziest wedding of the summer! No cheating or love triangles, and everyone who deserves a happy ending will get one. Each book follows a different brother so they can all stand alone, or be read in any order. 1 embarrassing incident in culinary
2 tempers
2 egos
1 impossible wedding
1 kitchen

pinch of snark
4 salted nuts
sexual tension (to taste)
drop of his finest glaze
Mix the first 8 ingredients together. Let chill in fridge until the tempers settle. Spread concoction, evenly, into a decorative dish. Sprinkle sexual tension over dish. Arrange salted nuts. Rearrange nuts until satisfied, then dribble the drop of his finest glaze. Best served with with wine, and eaten right away. The dish can be a bit temperamental, otherwise.

Holy moly I knew this book was going to be good. After reading the first two books in this series, I was dying to read Blaze and Evan’s story. I was delighted, as always, to see even another side of the wedding. We learned an interesting, and a bit shocking, proof regarding something everyone has suspected Jason of doing, but couldn’t prove it. Aha! Busted, buddy. There is nothing more satisfying than a hood ol’ enemies to lovers story. The banter between Blaze and Evan was delicious. Especially when they started in with all the innuendos. (Fans self) i feel like this series was incredible from book one to book three. Book one hit it out of the park, and it just got better with each book! The chapter titles continued to be a favorite detail. I absolutely loved this book.
***I voluntarily accepted an ARC from Gay Romance Reviews. My review reflects my own thoughts and opinions***
I totally loved Best Served Hot. I love Enemies to Lovers stories and this one was great. Add in cooking and baking, oh, it just made it so great. I thought the story was sweet, cute, hot and sexy. It was fast-paced, full of great dialogue. I definitely recommend this book.
I love the Best brothers. Blaze is the caterer for the wedding that the Best brothers are working. When his pastry chef quits, he must find another one. Evan went to culinary school with Blaze. They had an incident that almost destroyed their careers and went their separate ways. Evan is funny and snarky, Blaze is stoic! They are hilarious together, steamy, and snarky! I loved story line, so good!! I am voluntarily leaving a review form an ARC that I received. My reviews are solely based on my thoughts and opinions.
Best Served Hot is the third and final in Zoe Dawn’s Best Men series and this book runs concurrent with Best Laid Plans and Best Foot Forward, so it was interesting to see the same story being told from another perspective.
This book features on Blaze Best, the caterer of the family.
Best Served Hot is a very well written, low angst, enemy to lovers romance full of banter and humor.
It was a great ending to a fun series!!!
Best Served Hot can be read as a standalone, however best read as part of the Best Men Inc series.
Independent reviewer for Gay Romance Reviews, I was gifted my copy of this book.
This is book 3, the final book, in this series, but it isn’t NECESSARY to read the other two books beofre this one. They are all set across the same week in a run up to the wedding of the year in town. So once you’ve read book one, you know what’s gonna happen with the wedding, and you know that all three brothers get their happy ever after, it really is just a matter of HOW they get there. But they were a lot of fun, and I recommend them as easy, fun reads.
This is Blaze’s story.
After the original cake maker walks away, the Best brothers have to find someone to meet the demands of the family of the groom, AND be available to make the bloody castle with a fountain in one week. The only person available? Blaze’s arch enemy from college. Evan did something and nearly got them both expelled and Blaze hated him since. Them working together? Gonna be a nightmare.
I think this was my favourite! Since Blaze and Evan knew each other, the fact that they fell so hard and so fast was really rather fun. It was great watching them both peel back layers and layers of feelings til one of the brothers drops a throw away comment and they both have a lightbulb moment that would have lit up Blackpool and the Illuminations!
Yes, both men are dealing with some emotional baggage, both from now, and from college. They both have insecurities about what they are doing career wise, but once that lightbulb goes ping??
Oh, My, DAYS!!
It all comes flodding out, and these boys get down and so filthly dirty, its a wonder the kindle didn’t catch fire!
It was great seeing everything from Blaze and Evan’s point of view, wedding wise. If you read the other books, you know what kind of ending is coming, but seeing it from each brother was kinda fun.
I can’t see that I read anything of Zoe Dawn before, but she is now firmly in my crosshairs!
5 fun and flirty stars

Blaze from Best Men Inc and his rival Evan are thrust together to work on the catering/wedding cake for the upcoming Walker wedding.
I liked their teasing back and forth. They are both so intense.
I loved the vulnerability of these sweet, sassy men. Trying not to buckle under the pressure of catering for the biggest wedding of the town’s recent history.
I really enjoyed this book and this series.

Best Served Hot is an excellent continuation of the Best Men, Inc. series. I have enjoyed how the author wrote the same book three times but from different perspectives and made each one fresh and new.
Blaze and Evan are a cute couple. The history between them gives another layer to their relationship that wasn’t there in the previous books. I felt a bit more confident in their HEA.
I did have a time getting to know these two. These guys made me work for it more than the other couples. That’s ok, though. While I enjoyed the other books, the insta-love would have been hard to believe a third time. I did learn Blaze and Evan, and I did end up in love with them.
Their storyline, and the underlying storyline that runs throughout the series, is well written and believable. The characters, both good and bad, are supportive of the storyline, and knowing them prior gave an added depth to the book.
The chemistry between Evan and Blaze is scorching, and the sexy times are very well done.
Watching them learn more about each other and gaining back the trust they lost years ago is sexy, funny, and touching. I would love to see these two when they are well-rested and at the top of their game.
This book and this series is just what I expected them to be. Low angst, sweet, sexy and satisfying.
I look forward to more from this author.
Blaze and Evan were interesting characters, very likable, and together they really made me smile. Their verbal jabbs, their interactions were funny, and I also enjoyed their chemistry, the sparks that flew between them.
This was a sweet story, with a lot of passion and all the feels.
Blaze and Evan were definitely my favorite couple in the series. This enemies to lovers romance had a ton of witty banter between the two men and their chemistry was off the charts. This was a light and fun summer series!
