Daphne was ready for a new change. After leaving behind an awful relationship that almost turned into marriage, Daphne is ready to take control of her life and start a new one in a small town. As a new business owner of a coffee shop at the base of a popular ski resort, Daphne is confident she will succeed at her new life. She loves her business and even the locals seem to be enjoying the new … coffee shop with coffee that is better than most places. And just when business is picking up and her new life seems to be getting better each day, her world is shaken once again when the man who asks her out on a date turns up murdered instead.
Now Daphne can’t let go of the fact that one minute she is imagining her new life with a new man and now trying to figure out who killed her possible suitor. The more she finds out, the more she is thankful she didn’t end up with this man, but she can’t say for sure if she is safe yet.
