Love this book. Fast read.
Great story. I enjoyed the suspense.
If you like a good ghost story…then this is your book!
Great book. Easy read. Loved the characters
This book was awesome! Could not put it down. Wonderful character development. I’m now a Ron Ripley fan for life!
I really really liked it. Was thinking it would make a great series only to find out it already was
I always love a good scary story and this one was great! I ended up buying the entire series. All the books are roughly about 200 pages long and I found it very easy to read each one in one sitting. This book is the first in the series and really gives you a look into the life of the main character and all the ghosts he deals with in his childhood home. And there are not just one or two ghosts, their are plenty and each one has a completely different personality. You will love some…, and hate the others, but most of all the main character is very easy to like. Definitely worth the read.
great clean read!
Enjoyed reading this story. Characters were believable and fun!
Bought the rest of the series
Great read! Very suspenseful and entertaining.
This book got me hooked on the Berkley St series and hero Shane Ryan.
I thought it was very interesting and I would reread it.
Well written and fast paced! A must read for anyone who enjoys a good ghost story.
A fresh ghost story.
Enough twists & turns to satisfy with a bit of romance & humor.
I look forward to the rest of this series.

There’s not much I can do here about this book.
It keeps you reading because you think it’s about to get interesting, but then no. It doesn’t.
I read the entire series. Couldn’t wait for each successive book and was sorry to see it end. Will read more by this author. Great ghost stories.
I did not see this ending coming! Good read
Not a bad read. The main character was likeable enough, as we’re some of the supporting characters. The house had some fairly creative spirits haunting it, some friendly, some deadly. Roughest thing about reading this novel was the persistent use of flashbacks, which made it a bit confusing at times, but the back story was important. I did find the ending satisfying, and I wouldn’t mind seeing more from these characters.
I really like this book. There were many nights I couldn’t put it down. It’s a good “haunting” book!!
