I met Adam Nova under the twinkling lights of a nighttime sky.He was hiding, but that gorgeous boy didn’t belong in the dark.Nevertheless it was where he lived; a different world than mine.I was Livingston Montgomery, Southern debutante. With the world at my fingertips, I was well on my way to being another spoiled socialite. But I didn’t want money. I didn’t want social status. I wanted him; … status.
I wanted him; tattoos, sarcastic smirk, bad boy reputation and all.
It didn’t matter that he was from the wrong side of the tracks.
It didn’t matter that my family forbade me from seeing him.
I just wanted to be Beneath His Stars.

My first book by Amie and gosh, it was beautiful.
I was slowly lured in this story, didn’t even know when it hit me with its full force.
Perfectly written! And than that ending. Unbelievable and so clever.
AND that blurb for In Her Space!!! I’m so happy the release day is near.
Star-crossed lovers amidst lies and deceit. I enjoyed the time Liv and Adam took to get to know each other. Adam is quite young to be shouldering his family responsibilities. The freedom that Liv gives him, to truly be himself and enjoy life a little is refreshing.
His messages also gave Liv life and wonder, after having had so much taken from her. Their path to breaking down each other’s emotional walls are not rushed. The character development is purposeful and interesting.
As this is a duet, it ends in a cliffhanger. I can’t wait to read the conclusion.
Completely captivated from the very first chapter!! The connection between Liv & Adam was absolutely beautiful. Took me on a wonderful emotional rollercoaster ride that I didn’t want to end.
Wow!! So first, let’s talk about the cover. Amie Knight has possibly the BEST covers I’ve ever seen! They are absolutely gorgeous!!!
Beneath His Stars is such a heartfelt book. My emotions were all over the place. I felt for Liv, for Adam, for them together! You cannot help but fall in love with these characters. Each has been through a lot in their life.
Adam, oh goodness, my heart aches for him. He was trying to survive, hiding from the world. Quiet and extremely smart, he just happened to be from the wrong side of the tracks. Liv, she didn’t really belong wholly from the side of the tracks (bridge) she was from. Her heart, her mind knew there was more to life than the privileged, miserable life she was living.
Together they can be themselves. Together, under those stars they can fall in love. Ah, my heart hurts just thinking about it.
Yes, the ending will leave you gaping, and screaming NO! But, at least the second part of this duet will be released soon!! I’m dying to read the end of their story!!
