This is the fourth book in The Steele Brothers Series. This is a short, fun, fast-paced and steamy novella. This is my favorite story in the Series! I loved Remington (Rem) and Cara’s second chance to love. Matthew Williamson did a great job with the narration. I enjoyed it. #ValentinePR
4 Stars for Beg Me (Steel Brothers #4)
Audio Review
This may have been a quick listen but it still packed a mighty punch and narrator Matthew Williamson did a wonderful job bringing this entertaining, steamy story to life.
This is Remington Steele’s and Cara Winter’s tale and its a great tale about their life in the BDSM world and life at the FANTA-C club. Remington is recommended by his brothers to have one night of fantasy at the club but what this Dom didn’t expect was for his sub to be the woman who walked away from him and his kinks all those years ago. Can Remington forget the past and the pain Cara left him with and can Cara convince him this really is the life she desires…..
A short, steamy romance that captivated me from the first words to the last line. I love the Steele Brothers Series and Beg Me is a great addition to this series of quick reads or listens.
Second chance at romance when Rem and Cara find themselves matched up to spend the night together to satisfy their fantasies. Turns out they had a relationship starting their freshman year in college – until one day she left him with no explanation. They’ve both grown and changed in the five years since, but can they possibly get back together? Or is Rem too hurt by what happened in the past? This is a quick read that you won’t want to put down.
This is a good second chance story with an edge. The characters really show their pain, regret and hopefulness.
Beg Me is the 4th book in the Steele Brothers series. This is a second chance romance with BDMS scenes that will have you hooked until the end. This novella was hott and the author was able to pack quite a bit into the story. The book detailed what happened years ago while also focusing on the present. This was Remington and Cara’s story and a was a short, fun, slightly kinky, fast paced novel. The book was narrated by Matthew Williamson who did a good job with the characters. He brought the characters to life and was able to keep me entertained while I listened to the novel.
Hot, hot, hot! This whole series has been sexy, and I really didn’t think Jennifer Probst could get hotter than Dare Me, the third book in the series – But, she did. Rem and Cara generate enough heat to melt your phone, especially when combined with Matthew Williamson’s oh, so sexy voice. This book, like its predecessors, is a novella-length listen, but Probst excels at packing a lot of story into each couple’s book. Beg Me gives us a second chance romance for this pair, and I love that it’s not in the standard form of so many second chance love stories out there right now. Rem is such a good guy, and it was refreshing to find a story in this trope where the guy isn’t struggling to make amends. Nope, the roles are reversed here, and we get to see some of the growth that these characters have gone through on their way back to each other. I’ll stop there before I give the whole story away, and just leave it at once again Jennifer Probst’s story-telling and Matthew Williamson’s voice have come together for a story so good you won’t be able to hit that pause button.
Audio Review: Beg Me (Steele Brothers #4) by Jennifer Probst, Narrated by Matthew Williamson
The Steele Brothers take some getting used to. Probst takes alpha to a whole new level, yet never seems to lose sight of the emotion that has earned her the moniker “fan favorite”. Beg Me is a sensual joyride into an unpredictable romance. Remington and Cara are haunted by a past that ended far too soon and a present, that could spell they’re undoing. Escape into a world where emotions run deep and temptation is only a heartbreak away.
Rem is happy that his brother’s have found love but at the same time he feels an ache for the one woman who still owns his heart. His brothers all met the women who have claimed their hearts through a matchmaking service, and they convinced him to give it a try.
When Cara shows up for her date she finds out that it is with Rem, the man she loved and lost. They had been planning a future together however her insecurities caused her to flee leaving them both with a broken heart. They agree to spend one night together and go their separate ways but will one night be enough?
Time nor distance had diminished the love or chemistry between Rem and Cara and now that their positions have been reversed Cara is determined to show him that she knows what she wants and what she wants is him. I enjoyed the performance of the narrator and thought he did a great job with the characters and the story.

A quick and dirty listen that’ll leave you panting. This couple is given a second chance. One night together has brought up insecurities from the past despite how well their sexual chemistry is. Their on a journey of moving forward and discovering things about themselves. The narrator’s voice is gravelly and powerful and you can feel it resonate throughout your body as he brings their characters to life. I overall enjoyed it and I definitely could have read more about this couple.
This was a very interesting book. It was really short. Really steamy. Really kinky second chance romance between Remington Steele and his ex Kara. Despite the audiobook only being a shade over 2 hours long, I really was taken on a journey. There was a lot packed into this little tale and if you enjoy stories about BDSM and/or kink, I’d struggle not to recommend this to you. Thank you so much to Valentine PR who provided me an audio copy of this. I volunteered to leave this unbiased review.
4 star review Beg Me (Steele Brothers #4) by Jennifer Probst
Audio Review:
For such a quick listen, narrator Matthew Williamson certainly kept me entertained and did justice to this story from Jennifer Probst. This is the fourth book I have listened to in this series and it was entertaining and as steamy as the the other books.
This time it is Remington Steele who is using the agency, FANTA-C at the recommendation of his brothers to experience the fantasy of his dreams and hopefully get him out of the rut that he has been in for what seems like forever. I have to say I smiled throughout this story as it took me back many years ago to when I used to watch the Remington Steele tv series.
This is a second chance at love story for Remington and Cara Winters, the one who got away. Can Remington forgive her for leaving him and put the past behind him or will he let her leave?
This was a short , steamy, slightly kinky story that had me invested from the first to the last chapter.
This is a quick and steamy second-chance love story in the Steele Brothers series.
All of the Steele Brothers books revolve around the matchmaking service Fanta-C, and this time around Remmington is match up with his ex, Cara. Cara and Rem had a relationship years ago, but Cara ran because she wasn’t ready for the dom/sub relationship that Rem wanted, and now she is.
This book was a quick read, with lots of heat and steam, and we really got to experience the uncertainty and pain in Rem’s mind, and the newfound confidence in Cara’s. The narration by Matthew Williamson was very good and enjoyable.
This is Rem and Cara’s story and as the author says, “This book is different.” So of course I had to read it.
They were an item many years ago. Then Cara ran away.
Neither realised that they had both booked the same night at FANTA-C and surprise, surprise, guess who their partners are.
The story begins and after that first night Rem doesn’t want to have anything to do with her – he doesn’t want to be hurt again, but it is a happily ever after story, after all.
The sex is explicit so if you think you can’t handle it, read something else. The story is very nicely written though and quite educational. It is easy to read too and a lovely second chances tale.
I received a free copy of this book from the author and this is my voluntary and unbiased review.
