Rumor has it… with men she just met, but when Jace Detweiler strikes up conversation two barstools down, she can’t help but feel like he might be exactly what the doctor ordered: one steamy night of unbridled passion.
What they didn’t expect was their sexy studio tryst becoming talk of the town.
Not willing to be taken down by the town’s cranky busy body armed with social media, Kinley concocts a plan to get even: a no-strings-attached fling in the name of revenge — a dish the sexy doctor and Broadway dancer are serving any way but cold.

Completely in love with the story, characters, Pine Valley and the series! This book is extremely fun, but very well balanced with lots of sweetness pouring put of every page. Kinley moved back to Pine Valley after having her ankle crushed because of a bad landing by her dance partner. The town’s hot pediatrician settles his eyes on Kinley and the spark is instant. What started with a fling and revenge to the towns busybody, looks like it’s ending up with something far more serious. Loved that she used characters and one of my favorite scenes from Sneaking Around. Can’t wait for the next book un the series.
Jace (Doc McSteamy) and Finley (Twinkle Toes) ‘s novella has all the feels, chemistry, belly laughs, and twists that you need to be filled with making it a great story. Finley is new to town after an accident ends her career she always wanted. Jace is the new “kid doctor” in town that has all the ladies drooling. Their relationship ( Bed Buddies) starts with bad pick up lines that you deff don’t want to miss, especially with the added on antics of the little evil old gossiping Evelyn with her #Rumorhasit posts. A must read, can’t wait to see what’s next in this little wine country town.
Love returning home to Pine Valley! We get to meet kinley who’s new to town. And she meets sexy single dad Jace! And sparks fly! They have a fling and thing just heat from there. They are absolutely meant for each other! Follow all of the hijinks and shenanigans and see if this couple can make it! And of course who could forget the trouble making Evelyn and she is once again up to her old ways! Love, love, loved it! Can’t wait for more!
Bed Buddies: It was a wonderful romance. it was heartwarming, hot and wonderful. Stephanie did a wonderful job of writing and bring Jace and Kinsey together. I love the single dad finding love again. I could not put this book down. This story really drawers the readers in. I just love how Stephanie can bring such warmth into her stories. wonderful job!
Loved it!
Just one book! One book by Stephanie St. Klaire that doesn’t take over my soul! She writes the sweetest stories with the perfect amount of angsty to pull the heart strings leaving you content while also begging for more.
Stepping back into St. Helena Vineyard for this sequel is like coming home. You are instantly transported back and reacquainted with all of your old favorites from the first book Sneaking Up on Love. These characters, Heather and Clay are just too perfect together they will make you laugh and warm your heart.
Stephanie writes her books to be a cozy blanket to curl up in and relax. It’s impossible to read one of her stories and not just feel happy after. For anyone on the fence or new to this author pick this one up and you will understand why she’s so amazing and you will be back for another fix immediately after!
Bed Buddies by Stephanie St. Klaire is a sweet romantic novella. It tells a complete story, while continuing the storyline already presented in the quaint little town of St. Helena.
Heather has just had her entire dreams ripped away from her. Broadway and her life in New York City are now just a distant memory. She is back in her home town teaching dance. In order to save herself from a night of drowning in her sorrows, she takes the sexy cute man up on his offer to get out of the bar she was in. It felt great to be spontaneous and live in the moment, until the town busy body makes it public knowledge. Now she and the fine doctor are bound to be the talk of the town, with this fling. She has two choices, hide away or face it head on.
This novella is filled with humor, loyalty and memorble characters. I can’t wait to read more from this series!
Wow, what a fantastic book! Stephanie St. Klaire has, once again, done what she does best. She brought the town, and the people, of Pine Valley to life. I felt like I was reconnecting with old friends. This story brought out the whole spectrum of emotions…heartache, love, laughter, and that squishy all-over happy feeling. I found myself cheering for Jace and Kinley, feeling angry at busybody Evelyn, and wanting to hug JT! You really should read this book. Just make sure you have time, because you won’t want to put it down!
This story had me laughing all the way through it. Kinley returns to Pine Valley when her Dreams are cut short in New York after an accident. Jace has come to Pine Valley when he learned he was a father to a little boy. Have is the towns pediatrician and Kinley is a dance teacher at her sister’s studio. Kinley things she is only good for flings and when she meets Jace at a bar she is willing to do a one night but soon after Jace talks with Kinley he wants more.
Will the towns busybody help or hurt Jace’s chance at showing Kinley what they can have?
Love this sweet story.
Welcome back to St Helena! I loved this book. Doc Jace and Dance teacher Kinley story is wonderful, warm, funny. Quick read and leaves you with a smile! Stephaine’s books just keep getting better and better.
This is a funny and light hearted romance.
The characters are well developed and engaging.
The storyline is heartwarming and keeps me hoping.
Stephanie St Klaire hit another homerun with this story. Thats why I keep coming back for more of her work.
Kinley decided to ward off men when she moved back home to Pine Valley to teach dance classes after she had her heart broken when her dancing career in NY ended due to broken ankle. She heads to the bar one night where she meets Doc Jase and they end up going back to the dance studio and having a “fling” which is not something Kinley has done before.
In Pine Valley nothing escapes nosy Evelyn “Evil” Shirley she somehow manages to be everywhere at once and posting made up stories about the townspeople on her #RumorHasIt social media page. When she posts a picture of Kinley and Doc Jase with a steamy headline, Kinley decides to give her something to constantly post about.
Kinley and Jase use the excuse of giving “Evil” to spend more time together and not wanting to admit to themselves their “fun” has become much more to both of them.
Read this amazing story to be swept away to Pine Valley and find out more about the townspeople and how Kinley and Jase relationship goes!
Absolutely adored Kinley and Jace’s story in Bed Buddies by Stephanie St. Klaire! Her books are always a ton of fun to read and I find myself relating to her characters throughout her books.
Kinley reminded me a lot of myself. Trying to find a way to start over after life knocks you down and doesn’t quite want to let you back up for air. Jace is attracted to Kinley from the start, and the sparks are flying, but he also has a son to look after too.
Are these two willing to get out of their own way to get the HEA? Is love enough? Such a great book and as always, an aut buy for me. I don’t even need to read the description to know I’ll love the book!
Another LOL rom com from Stephanie St. Klaire!
This story is about Kinley (Twinkle Toes) and Jace (The Hot Pediatrician).
Once again the town busy body gets in the middle of their business and outs them on Facebook.
Such a fun, quick read!!!
uch a great story to pull you in for a cozy weekend read!!
Two people who without a bit of help might have circled each other for longer. They got the shove in the guise of Rumor has it blog on Facebook. Now they join forces to take down the older lady that runs the blog.
This was a fast read and a good story
I love the second book in this series as much as the first book. I love all the characters in the town of Pine Valley, and love following Jace and Kinley’s story. I look forward to reading more by Stephanie St. Klaire.
Pine Valley hasn’t changed much since Kinley left for the bright lights of New York City, except that Town Cryer and BusyBody Evelyn Shirley has Kinley in her sights and on her Facebook page! It seems that a girl can’t just go out to a bar and let loose , and perhaps get lucky with a local Pediatrician without it making the local tattler, complete with handy dandy photos courtesy of the cellphone! Kinley decides that she will give Evelyn something to run with and goes right into Jace Detwieler arms and dreams. What she thinks is a temporary distraction for her just may turn into a happily ever after complete with ready made family. Ms St Klaire has done it again with her fun, lighthearted look into small town living. This series seems to be more enjoyable as she goes.
Stephanie St. Klaire has a quirky sense of humor which she turns loose on the pages of Bed Buddies in the series Rumor Has It. As in Sneaking Around, the instigator of the town facebook gossip page is at it again, this time with Jace, the town pediatrician, and Kinley, a Broadway dancer who comes home to Pine Valley due to a serious injury. What occurs is rom-com at its finest! Every small town has a gossip monger and the things posted on the Rumor Has It facebook pages are rarely the exact truth. Though Bed Buddies and Sneaking Around are part of the same series, both are stand-alone stories and can be read in any order. There are many sex scenes, but a relatively mild heat level. Both are quick reads but definitely worth the time. Dive in and prepare yourself for a hilarious ride!
I love this author so any book of hers I have to pick up and read, I wasn’t disappointed with this one. great story building and wonderful characters
Kinley and Jace are hot together until Evelyn Shirley strikes again with her gossip posts on FB. I had a good laugh when Seth and Molly happened upon them in a compromising situation with not a bed in sight. I love Stephanie St. Klaire’s books and this one did not disppoint. I look forward to more #rumorhasit.
