Amanda Graham inherited a rundown bed and breakfast, a starving cat, and some dead guy who’s buried in her garden! What should’ve been a simple remodeling project and a new business in a small Oregon beach town winds up with her uncle named as the number one murder suspect, a slew of odd neighbors and problematic townspeople, and Amanda wanting to just sit down and eat her weight in chocolate … her weight in chocolate pie.
Sure, she could pack her bags and travel back to LA…or should she dig in, heal from her failed romance, and find a whole new set of friends and adventures in Ravenwood Cove?
And how could a quiet little coastal village have so many secrets?
Includes the free recipe for Amanda’s (and the author’s) favorite cinnamon rolls. First novel in the Ravenwood Cove ebook series. Paperback and audiobook (with Whispersync) versions coming soon. Mild PG rating (because hey, there’s a dead guy in it).more
Enjoyed this book. Unpredictable plot
Fun read
Enjoyed the characters and situations
clever
I have been enjoying some of the books in this series. The characters could use more development and needs some more smoothness in the writing and attention to small details, but over all a good read.
Romantic mystery and true to life characters. This was a good story with twists
I enjoyed these characters, a touch if the supernatural and the romance!
A light, fun read with an appealing heroine. If you enjoy a quick-moving mystery and don’t mind plot holes that leave you with a “what???” sensation, this one is for you. It’s the first of a series but, frankly, I’m not inclined to read the others.
Nice simple fun mystery with a little romance thrown in. Enjoyed it.
This is the perfect book for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing read! You’ll want to move in with the main character.
Maybe not wonderful characters, but interesting.
It was not deep literature but was thoroughly entertaining. Good mystery. Light romance. Interesting secondary characters. Would read other books by this author.
Similar to to other cookery mysteries but loved the interesting characters and their predicaments.
better than most of this genre
It was very good I like mysteries that dont have alot of cussing or none at all it held my intrest
A light, enjoyable read.
Light and fun. Quirky characters. Good mystery-evolve. Very enjoyable!
This was the first book I read on a Tablet. I thought it would be short and give me a good idea whether I like a Tablet versus holding a real book. Oh my gosh, I hardly put my Tablet down and the night I had to charge it….and not read? I was not happy! This was a fun, suspenseful story about love, family, crime, small towns and not giving up. I loved this story!
Very entertaining, I read it in 2 days on my vacation. I loved the small town aspect of the book and could imagine the town very easily. I look forward to reading more of this series.
Cozy mystery like the characters .
