BECKONED 6 is the final chapter of Soren Lund’s story and is longer than all the other books. In a different time. In a different place.Soren Lund has found passion and purpose in Costa Rica, spending his days surfing and his nights in the bed of ex-pro-surfer Elena Sol. But when Elena decides to reenter the pro circuit, their new relationship will be put to the test. And when Soren’s fledgling … be put to the test.
And when Soren’s fledgling resort business beckons him to New Zealand, he decides to take Fate up on its offer and ends up encountering two women from his past who will make him question everything. The final chapter of BECKONED: slow burn, second-chance romance inspired by food, travel, and Jane Austen.
“Aviva Vaughn’s debut will sweep you off your feet. BECKONED is a vibrant, sensual story about longing and second chances. Get ready to fall in love.”-Mia Hopkins, Award-Winning Author of THIRSTY, called one of the best romances of 2018 by The Washington Postmore
What a truly brilliant conclusion, it has torn me apart reading this last book knowing it is the end, this series holds a massive piece of my heart, it’s how we first made contact, it’s also our first journey together. Thank you so much for letting me be a massive part of it. And the acknowledgements absolutely blew me away I’m forever grateful.
I have no bad comments on the book, only that it is absolutely perfect. And total you.
I really felt for Soren while watching Elena compete with Joaquin (still unsure about him team Soren all the way ) and her relationship rebuilding, Jameson was a perfect little side addition and then bam you had me on the edge of my seat with Joaquin accident.
It’s great how Soren brother finally goes to see him in New Zealand and brings his Family utter brilliance.
“Aviva takes us on a wonderful journey around the world, through her imagination, this has been an inspirational series. It really makes you just want to grab a bag and your passport and go and explore the world. Her description of every detail helps your mind explode.”

The story BECKONED, Part 6: Adrift in New Zealand by Aviva Vaughn is an amazing book to read. It is a beautiful story that had me glued to the pages. It is my favorite book in the series. The story had my emotions going up and down the entire time I was reading. Once I started, I couldn’t put it down until I had read the last page. One of the reasons that the book and series are so wonderful is the character of Soren. He is a character that I found myself caring about and wanted him to find happiness. This story finds him starting out in Costa Rica where he has found passion and purpose. He finds his relationship with Elena Sol being put to the test. His resort business has him traveling to New Zealand where he encounters two women from his past. What does the future hold for Soren? Read this book to find out. There are moments in this story that deeply touched my heart. This book is about second chances and has moments that are very romantic. I enjoyed reading about many of the other characters that Soren interacts with. This is a story that I found myself thinking about even after I had finished it. Highly recommended reading.
This story did NOT go at all how I envisioned after the last! I was completely floored by the unexpected turns and surprises throughout the final book. It’s been a very full journey for these characters. They’ve grown so much, and over such a time span I feel like I know them a bit. I am so in love with the man Soren became, and I think it ended in a way that was hard earned and fated. I did get emotional a couple times, but I won’t say much more. These have to be read in order and if you’ve gotten to this final book, avoid spoilers. It’s so worth it all.
BECKONED, Part 6: Adrift in New Zealand by Aviva Vaughn Is the final installment in the Beckoned series. This series and this book specifically has been a roller coaster of emotions. The characters in this book are so well written and developed that you feel like you are in the story with them. This author really has a way with keeping you hooked from the first page, and never wanting to put it down. I’m sad this series is over, but looking forward to what the author will do next. Great read and great finale.I give this book a solid 5 stars.

I can not think of a better early birthday gift than the release of the final book in the Beckoned series. I can not even begin to describe to you how invested I am in these books. I’ve read several books over the past two years and this series, Aviva Vaughn’s writing has stuck with me significantly. Beckoned: Adrift in New Zealand brings us to the end of Soren’s journey. When I began the Beckoned series from very beginning, Soren was not a character I was deeply invested in, I am so thankful that the series continued to show us his story and the character growth that he experiences throughout the pages. I’ve probably said it close to a million times but there is a quality in Aviva Vaughn’s writing that is almost poetic, it touches just about every emotion I have.
I truly look forward to reading more from this author. She’s crafted another five star read.
BECKONED, PART 6: ADRIFT IN NEW ZEALAND BY AVIVA VAUGHN, 4 stars.
Final installment in the Beckoned series which I must say it is sad to see the end of this series. But at the other end it’s a happy ending to see how Soren has grown as a character through the series and the relationships with everyone he has ever met and met again.
This is a must read series, but I highly recommend you read in order to visit some wonderful characters and some wonderful places.

Beckoned: Adrift in New Zealand is part six and final chapter in the Beckoned series by Aviva Vaughn. I have to say, this is one of my favorite series this year. This series needs to be read in order and in it entirety to really understand this beautiful story. This is the end of Soren’s story, and I couldn’t put it down from the beginning to end. There were surprises I didn’t see coming and I loved the ending. I highly recommend this book, series and author.

BECKONED, Part 6: Adrift in New Zealand by Aviva Vaughn is the final installment of the Beckoned series. Soren is in Costa Rica still working the kinks in his relationship with Elena. Just when he thinks things are going well and he is in a happy place, his new business has him traveling to New Zealand. During his time in New Zealand, he comes into contact with two women from his past. Soren’s not so lucky journey for love may take a turn for the better or worst. You have to read this series and book to find out the outcome.
It is sad to see this series come to and end but also happy to see how Soren evolves in his relationships. Soren has been through a lot, including his family cutting him off monetarily, which has made him evolve into the man he has become and a great character to read about. Aviva doesn’t disappoint with her highly descriptive scenarios that make you feel that you are in all the countries that her stories take place in. I highly recommended this series, and should be read from the beginning, in order, to get the backstory on all the characters and great locations that are visited along the way
BECKONED, Part 6: Adrift in New Zealand by Aviva Vaughn was an outstanding finish, and as sad as I am to see this series go, it was a near perfect conclusion to this wonderful series.
The last book, and as I said conclusion, we almost see like a full circle to Soren, it was something to read, and I had a very good time reading this book. Full of throwbacks, feels, and detailed smooth writing this book has it all, and frankly I feel very satisfied. I love the picturesque detail, that the author brings to this book, really makes you feel like your there watching the story on fold. Transitions were clean, the story had a nice pace, and you feel everything. Soren, what a character, I have so many feels for him, his growth, his personality, I’m sad to see him go, but I’m happy for this overall ending.
Overall this book, this series, is a must read and it gets my super high recommendation and my golden stamp of approval.
Happy Reading

Beckoned Adrift in New Zealand is the sixth part in the series by Aviva Vaughn. I recommend reading this series from the beginning because you will have more insight to the characters in the story. One thing I really liked about this author is that she made the characters into real people who you can see being friends. Her theme is second chances can happened but there is some learning from the past that needs to happen. There are journeys you will go on and some are wild roller coaster rides so keep your eyes open so that you can see what is going to happen next. This book is based in New Zealand where Soren meets up with two women from his past. What will Soren do when faced with these women? What will the women want from Soren? Will the past be duplicated or will everyone learn from the mistakes? Thank you Ms. Vaughn this is an awesome series.

I have been waiting for this book. I have a soft and squishy spot in the center of my heart for Soren and he really needed to have a store dedicated to him alone. Soren, bless his bleeding heart, has had it rough when it comes to love. He finds himself cut off from his family’s money and in New Zealand, his resort business has found him with some sort of peace…but only some.
Two women from his past show up, and start to reek havoc on his peace, but it may just be the sort of thing Soren needs to get out ot the rut the feels that his life has become. The only thing, he just wishes he could choose between what is right, and what is easy.
Ms. Vaughn is an amazing writer. She has built Soren up through five books so this one was like coming home to an old friend. The writing is both lyrical and poetic. The plot well thought out and does not feel rushed from one scene to another and the sentence structures are full and transition from one thought to another. Overall, this book is a fantastic addition to this series. 5 stars and highly recommended.

This story focuses on Soren Lund and Elena Sol. We have met Soren in the very first book. We have really seen this character evolve, and I was so excited to see how everything played out! I wasn’t disappointed! Aviva did a great job with Soren. He hasn’t had the best of luck with love! We did get to see some old characters, which was very nice. I really enjoyed this book.
I have been a fan of this series since the first book, but Adrift in New Zealand might just be the best book in the series. Aviva Vaughn has done such an amazing job with this series; I really don’t want to see it end.
We last left with Soren happy in Costa Rica with Elena and finally feeling like he found his purpose. But what happens when life takes a turn and things change again for Soren. I liked Elena but I didn’t see her as his HEA. Halfway through I got a little worried for Soren; I have been heartbroken for him so many times I almost gave up hope on him finding that one true love.
Aviva, you have made this fangirl very happy with how this series has turned out. This is something I have wanted to happen since part 4. I will admit that screamed when he smelled roses and someone from the past showed up (HAPPY DANCE).
I recommended this series to everyone not only looking for romance – which is wonderful but for an adventure as well.
Beckoned Part 6: Adrift in New Zealand by Aviva Vaughn was the perfect way to end this series. I usually have a hard time letting go and saying bye to characters I have spent so much time with but for some reason this ending didn’t have that effect. I truly believe it was due to the fact that all of the loose ends were tied up so nicely.
Soren went through and grew so much from the time he was in Grad School until the very end. I loved watching him evolve from a emotionally repressed man to what he ended up becoming. His travels to Costa Rica and then to New Zealand were exactly what he needed.
I will always hold a special place in my heart for Soren along with others that have left an impact on me. Looking forward to see what Ms. Vaughn releases next.
I’m not sure still what words I can come up with to properly describe my adoration of this novel and the rest of the BECKONED series from Aviva Vaughn. I’d have to say that I am a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to my emotions, something I tend to find myself often doing when I finish one of her books. I fell in love with book one, Beckoned: Part 1 From London With Love and the characters that would soon find a way into a permanent part of my heart. I have traveled to some amazing places, eaten and very well tasted with the way Vaughn writes, and I have been consumed with the peace that I seem to find whilst reading. I would highly recommend that you read all the books, in order, before you dive into this one, although if there is any that can be read as a stand alone in the series this book is the one.
Soren truly comes full circle in Adrift in New Zealand. I felt as if I could predict where this book would go but boy was I surprised. There were several moments when I was completely sideswiped with the turn of events, making everything seem that much more realistic. I absolutely loved how everything tied up and found its way into the perfect ending. While I am saddened that this is the last of the BECKONED series I look forward to seeing what else Aviva Vaughn will spin out next. I am sure that whatever it will be will soon consume me as well! Thanks for the lovely adventures Ms. Vaughn.
This book…this series…this author. A must read – every single freaking time. I cannot say enough good things about my love of everything Vaughn writes. Real, raw, emotional, and relatable, this series has taken her readers on quite the emotional journey. This latest installment further solidified my esteem for the author and these characters. One thousand percent recommended!!
Beckoned, Part 6: Adrift in New Zealand by Aviva Vaughn is the sixth book in this brilliant series. I would highly recommend reading this series in order.
I cannot believe that this book is it. The conclusion. Although I was looking forward to seeing how it all ended I am also sad to know this is the last time I will read about the characters – until the re-reads anyway. It really feels like we have been on with a journey with them all. From page one book one to the final page in book six ton truly become invested in these characters.
This author has done a wonderful job at creating a lasting series and I cannot recommend more that you give them a go.

It’s hard to put into words how I feel right now, I have been waiting for this book and this ending for what feels like years! I have felt so invested in these characters since I started this series and I’ve loved every second of reading their story unfold.
I would strongly suggest reading this series in order as each book follows the last with the same characters and storyline.
Aviva has created such an incredible series with so much detail that it easily felt as if I was right there with these characters immersed in their emotional lives. Their story had me feeling all sorts of emotions, from happiness, confusion, hurt, empathy, sadness and finally joy, so much joy!
I would absolutely recommend this series to anyone looking for their next romance read, this is a series you won’t want to miss!
I’m a little saddened for this to be the conclusion but can’t wait to see what is next for this author. I highly recommend reading this series from the beginning in order to help understand the characters better. I loved the characters as they bring the story to life for me as well as took me on some twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. What will happen to Soren as he meets up with two women from his past? Will he question everything that he has come to be? This is a must read!
