“Aviva Vaughn’s debut will sweep you off your feet. BECKONED is a vibrant, sensual story about longing and second chances. Get ready to fall in love.” -Mia Hopkins, Award-Winning Author of Thirsty; voted one of the five best romances of 2018 by the Washington Post.
“After reading book one I was excited to read this book and I can say I was definitely not disappointed. The writing style made me feel like I was experiencing those emotions with them. The more I read the more I found myself hoping that they could find a way to make things work, the more invested I became. The whole story was engaging and well written. A brilliant follow up to book one. I cannot wait to read the next book in this amazing series.” ~Kerry, 5-star review
“So I am slightly infatuated with the writing style of Aviva Vaughn. She was new to me when I first read Part 1 of this series, but I connected with her writing style right away, and this book doesn’t come up short in the slightest. Aviva Vaughn writes in a fan-fiction sense of Jane Austen. HOW COULD ONE NOT LOVE IT!?!?! This alone had me hooked, leading to intense and complicated characters with realistic situations and personalities.” ~Liz, 5-star review
“Aviva Vaughn continues to enthrall me with her writing in this series. The scenic details and flowing storyline, hooks you from the beginning and will make you want more at the end. Luckily, there is book 3. I can’t wait to continue reading the series and see if there is a HEA for Angela.” ~Lisette, 5-star review
“Wow. Aviva Vaughn has done it again! “Beckoned, Part 2: From Bath With Love” gives the reader a beautiful image of bustling London life contrasted wonderfully with the lazy pace of Bath. As a lover of Jane Austen books, this series has been such a treat with Angela’s love of travel, books and all things Austen! FIVE STARS!!!” ~Emily, 5-star review

After reading Part 1 and enjoying it I decided to carry the series on. I was not disappointed. The story was phenomenal and the world building was outstanding. I decided to try a few pages and before I knew it I had devoured the entire book. This book flowed so easily I didn’t realise I had read the entire thing until I had turned the last page. Wow!! Will definitely be following this author from now on.

So I am slightly infatuated with the writing style of Aviva Vaughn. This alone had me hooked, leading to intense and complicated characters with realistic situations and personalities. There is also amazing details of food, and travel that make you feel as if you have visited Bath right along with Soren and Angela.
In my opinion this is not a standalone novel. I would highly recommend reading part one before you read this one, as it picks up from the exact ending on the first book and I feel one would be lost if they didn’t read the first one. Not only is that it is too good to not read.
In this book we see Angela travel to Bath to visit Soren this time. They have a difficult and complicated relationship. Eventually just deciding to make the most of the time they have together the set off on adventures together in Bath. Again with such detail and love poured into the descriptions of locations, food and characters.
I had a little bit of a hard time enjoying Soren in this book. He bothered me that he was always pulling away while Angela is gung ho for this but has her reservations as well. They are completely different people. Will that get in the way of their happiness or will the adventure they on have a happy ending in this book?
There is a third book coming and I look forward to seeing what is to come next. I am sure it will be another beautiful installment though.
I love Angela’s unbridled enjoyment of life. Each new thing is fully experienced and her enjoyment is felt through this author’s words. At the same time that hunger and enjoyment also leads her to make some impulsive and at times thoughtless actions. Soren is her complete opposite and maybe if he explained his regimented upbringing she would have better insight to this man who has to e in control at all times. Watching their dance is sometimes painful and one would think immature until you are reminded of the difference between life lessons and schooling. Their differences right now giving them tunnel vision as they each see only their pain. I can’t wait to see what happens next since I couldn’t possibly end this journey without knowing the outcome. I do enjoy this author style but have to admit I do at times get lost in the details, however I also realize it’s an important part of the story. It’s a great read and yup I’m hungry for more.
Beckoned, Part 2: From Bath with Love by Aviva Vaughn was as good as the first book. I couldn’t put it down and read it immediately after the first book. I love how the author makes you feel like you are a part of the story. I can’t wait to read book 3 and would read anything this author writes! I love the characters and the writing. I give this book 5 stars.
Beckoned Part 2 From Bath with Love by Aviva Vaughn
Four Stars
Ok part 2 had me mad through most of the book. We pick up from part one with Soren and Angela. Their relationship seems to be going in the right direction. Until Soren is hit with jealousy at every turn. Angela is a natural flirt her happy nature and bubbly personality attracts all. I felt that both characters have some serious growing to do. They lack basic communication that is essential to any relationship. I’m not sure why part 1 and 2 couldn’t be one book but I did enjoy reading this book.
Beckoned, Part Two: From Bath with Love by Aviva Vaughn is the second book in the Beckoned series. I love when a series gets better with each book.
This book starts off where the last book left off. I recommend reading the first book, so that you are caught up on what has been happening in Angela’s life. In the first book Angela was stuck in a love triangle between Soren and Thomas and the book ended without her finally choosing someone.
All her friends she has made in Barcelona are interning in London, so Angela heads back there. When she gets there Charlene is not there. Also, while in London she picks her man. Did she make the right choice? With the man she chooses, they travel to Bath where things start to heat up. Will Angela finally get her happily ever after? Will her books be a success?
This author writes such descriptive scenes if feels like I am on vacation. Also, the secondary characters help the story move along and it was good to see familiar faces from the first book. This book had me from the very beginning and I can’t wait to read more about Angela and her man. I wonder where they are headed to next?
Beckoned Part 2: From Bath with Love by Aviva Vaughn, must read Book 1 before reading this book. This series is taking slow-burn to the next level; it’s addicting and frustrating all at the same time.
In this book, Angela and Soren spend a romantic weekend in Bath. Bed and Breakfast, long walk around the town, spa day all before Angela has to leave for California. Let’s not talk about how Angela and Soren are steaming up the pages a couple of times, one word – BATHTUB! We also get to see Soren’s jealous side before Angela leave and it’s not pretty. How can they end things like at the airport?
Again, I have fallen in love with these characters. I love how each city feels like it’s another character, with all the details I feel like I am right there with Angela and Soren.
Must go read Book 3 now, I need to know what happens next.
