A sexy small town, beauty and the beast rom com!Sawyer Landry knows he’s been beastly to be around for the past few months. But he can’t seem to remember how to be fun-loving and friendly. Until he sees Juliet Dawson on his boat dock… and realizes that hip waders are, apparently, one of his turn-ons. But despite the beauty in the boots, the last thing he needs right now is a city girl in his way … needs right now is a city girl in his way for the next two weeks.
But he’s not really getting a vote. Juliet is determined that her little brother rebuild the dock he and his idiot friends smashed. She’s quirky, klutzy, independent…and possibly an even bigger pessimist than Sawyer is. He’s incredibly drawn to the cynical fish-out-of-water, who seems to be the one person who isn’t intimidated by his growling.
The big, gruff boat captain is the first person in a long time to want to watch out for her and Juliet finds that hotter than his grandma’s jambalaya. Well, that and his sexy scar, his emotional baggage, and the sense of humor and fun that is buried deep. But Sawyer doesn’t need any more people to worry about long-term and the things that make him feel protective of Juliet aren’t going to go away.
So, this two-week adventure can’t be anything more than a fling. With Juliet down on the bayou, there’s an even bigger threat than alligators and hurricanes. There’s the very good chance of someone ending up with a broken heart.

Been waiting for this book since the beginning of the series. Erin Nicholas DID NOT disappoint!
I absolutely loved Sawyer and Juliet!!!! It was everything I had hoped for after meeting Sawyer in the first two books. If you haven’t read those go get caught up!! You won’t be disappointed!!!
AUDIOBOOK REVIEW
I’m so glad to get Sawyer’s story!
I met him when I listened to Book 2 and hoped to get his story soon and it did not disappoint.
Sawyer and Juliet are both “broken” people, and I loved how they each helped each other especially to face their fears.
The narrators did an amazing job with the voices. I especially loved Ramona Master’s voice as it sounded just a little bit quirky like Juliet should be. It just drew me in more.
Can’t wait to continue this series!

Oh Sawyer…. Where do I start with this one? Sawyer is the oldest of the generation of Landry’s this series is about. He is very over protective ever since his best friend died on the bayou. While his siblings, cousins, and other family members understand why he is all about safety they need a break. The break comes in the form of Juliet. She is down in Autre to help her little brother rebuild the dock he destroyed with his friends. Juliet also might be able to match Sawyer at his safety game. Each book of this series just gets better and better. I love all the Landrys and their antics. There is something so engaging about this family from the bayou, that I am always left wanting the next book.
“You must have gotten into trouble a lot.” He winked. “J’ai adoré chaque minute.”

Beauty and the Bayou is a fun opposites-attract romantic comedy about a grumpy boat captain and an overly safe woman determined to fix her brother’s mistake.

Sawyer has been grumpy and overly safe ever since his buddy had a freak accident. His family has been giving him his space but they miss the old Sawyer. When he walks out to the docks and finds a woman standing on his dock in hip waders and a life jacket he is not sure what to do. Juliet has come to the Bayou to help rebuild the dock that her brother destroyed. As the first person in a long time to not be intimidated by Sawyer, she may just be the one to heal his broken heart.

The Boys of the Bayou continue to get better with every book. Sawyer and Juliet were the perfect pair. Little miss safety always attempted to be safe but every time she got close to Sawyer, she would still get hurt. As usual, the entire Landry crew is right there to meddle in everything. I truly love this family and with every book, I want to visit the bayou more and more.

Audio: Another amazing job by Gregory Salinas bringing grumpy Sawyer to life. This was my first experience with Ramona and I enjoyed her as Juliet.
Juliet is set to make her little brother pay with labor for what he did to the Boys of the Bayou’s deck. Even if it means be near the water. Sawyer is tired of his grumpiness and his protectiviness of everything and everyone around him. Can they help each other face their fears and find love and happiness? The story is great but the perfomance make it awesome. A really really good audiobook.
Ohhhhhh I just love Sawyer. Really enjoyed this story and I just love the characters and the world they live in. Such a good book. Gregory Salinas and Ramona Master do a great job with the narration. I felt like I was right there with them. So good.
A deep emotional connection and red-hot combustion!
Audiobook version: 5 stars overall, 5 stars story, 5 stars narration
This rom-com set in a Louisiana bayou is absolutely delightful, including the superb narration! I highly recommend this audiobook to all fans of contemporary romance and rom-coms. The romance tugged at my heart, and the quirky heroine and colorful cast of supporting characters put a big smile on my face. Erin Nicholas has outdone herself with the steam-inducing and intimate love scenes in this book. There are also touching themes of family, emotional healing, and overcoming obstacles in life. This third book in the “Boys of the Bayou” series can be read as a standalone or in order. There is a happy ending, but the couple’s wedding is covered in a later book.
The emotionally wounded hero Sawyer Landry loves the bayou and his extended family. However, the accidental death of his best friend 6 months ago really hit Sawyer hard. He became afraid that someone else wouldn’t take all the safety precautions and would die like his friend. Therefore, he has been a grumpy, fussy mess and has lost his fun-loving side. It takes a unique lady in hip-waders visiting his dock to make an impression on Sawyer. Juliet is a smart, feisty woman who takes all kinds of safety precautions and pre-planning to compensate for a slight disability. Juliet and Sawyer are so thoughtful and generous with each other. Their sexual chemistry is off the charts, but the deep connection that Juliet and Sawyer form is extraordinary. This romance is a real experience that will give you all the feelings.
The dual narration was awesome. Ramona Master’s performance was so funny, touching, and unique. She totally brought Juliet to vivid life. Her pacing, emoting, passion, and everything were perfect. Gregory Salinas did a fantastic job as well. Although he didn’t have a Cajun accent for Sawyer, his accents were perfect for everyone else. He was super sexy with this dialogue, especially in the bedroom scenes. His deep, smooth voice was a great match for Sawyer’s tall, fit, hot body. The two narrators really matched each character’s voice really well, maybe better than any other narration pair I have ever heard.

This series keeps getting better! Audiobook Review
This series is awesome and so fun to listen to! All the characters in this story are great and I just love this family. I loved that we got to visit with the other Bayou boys and their women in his book too. This was a wonderful story of Juliet and Sawyer and him finally getting his life back together since Tommy died. Their story and romance was beautiful. I also enjoyed Juliet’s brother Chase’s journey. The story was funny, sexy and heartwarming and I can’t wait until the next book in the series! This can be listened to as a stand alone but it’s more enjoyable if you listened to the series because you can follow the continuing story of the characters!
I loved both narrators in this story. They did a great job for the male and female voices. I especially thought Gregory Salinas was a great voice for Sawyer. #AudiobookObsession #TheFlock #PinkFlamingoProductions
Juliet and Sawyer’s story was fantastic. Juliet comes to Autre after her brother destroys the dock, she wants him to help rebuild it and she meets Sawyer. They have instant chemistry, both Sawyer and Juliet are both cautious due to events in both of their pasts and they bond over it. I love how the trust they have in each other and how they are able to help each other through their troubles. The family dynamic in the story is one of my favorite parts throughout this story and I love how they accept Juliet and her brother immediately. Erin wrote a sweet, steamy, funny that will leave you swooning. This is the third book in the Boys of the Bayou series and can be read/listened to as a standalone. The narration was great. Ramona Master and Gregory Salinas are both new to me and did an amazing job of bring Juliet and Sawyer to life.
Wow, Sawyer was such an interesting character, especially coming off of the last book in the series I was interested to see how this story was going to play out. Let me tell you, I was not at all disappointed and if I dare say, I think this is my favorite book in the series to date at this point. I loved what the author did with the story line in terms of writing a character for Sawyer that no only accepted him the way he was, but was also so similiar in experiences. I think they were able to connect on a much deeper level as they got to know each other because they could relate to each other so much better. And I absolutely loved listening to that unfold as the book went on. I loved getting a chance to see Sawyer grow and maybe heal a little from his trauma and be able to live again and enjoy life. It was truly a beautiful thing, and to be able to experience that with Juliet was something special. Gregory Salinas and Ramona Master did a fantastic job with their narration as Sawyer and Juliet, and I wholeheartedly loved every moment of this story. I cannot wait to see what is going to happen with more Boys of the Bayou and specifically Kennedy and Bennett!
This is the third book in the amazing Boys of the Bayou Series, a Romantic Comedy. This is a series of interconnected stories. Sawyer and Juliet’s story is sweet, fun, and sexy. They are opposites attract, but they are perfect together. I loved it! The supporting characters are amazing. Ramona Master and Gregory Salinas did an excellent job with the narration. I enjoyed it, and I HIGHLY recommend this Series. Looking forward to listen to Crazy Rich Cajuns, Kennedy and Bennett’s story, the next book in the Series. #AudiobookObsession #PinkFlamingoProductions #TheFock
Loved this listen from Erin Nicholas. In Beauty and the Bayou, Erin Nicholas gave us the coming together of two people that desperately needed someone that would accept them for the people they are, knowing that they aren’t who they used to be.
Sawyer Landry is a little bit broken after losing his best friend, and he’s lost the joy in the bayou. Juliet has lived a life of caution, “what if” and expecting the worst due to her physical limitations. But together, they both push each other just a little bit more and more each day, while supporting each other and given the room to grow and thrive. Sawyer and Juliet are thrown together by odd circumstances, but they make the best of it. Their connection was instant, and so is their trust and chemistry.
I loved how Sawyer stopped seeing limits and bad outcomes as soon as he was sent a woman that has lived within limits her entire life. He recognized the chains and concerns holding Juliet back, and helped her bring more adventure to her life.
Ramona Master and Gregory Salinas did a great narration job. This was such an enjoyable, fun, entertaining listen.
This was such a fun story. While you could probably read it as a stand alone, it’s much better as part of the larger Boys of the Bayou series. I loved that it was the opposite of opposites attract, and how seeing someone else doing many of the same things that you do yourself can make you re-evaluate your own actions.
I listened to the audiobook. Gregory Salinas and Ramona Master did a great job with the narration. I would listen to them both again and would recommend listening to the audiobook.

I sure do love those boys on the bayou! Sawyer is definitely one of my favorites and he found the perfect half of himself with this one. Such a fantastic love story that has so much strength to overcome fear and love on from such a tragic situation. I loved this book and can’t wait for more!
I was waiting for Sawyer’s story. wow ! And this did not disappoint! Sawyer is emotionally effected by his best friends death. He has his own demons. He becomes moody, surly and very overprotective of everyone’s safety.
Juliet comes to the bayou to watch over her Brother, Chase. He and his frat brothers tore up the dock when the “borrowed the air boat and crashed into the it. She is determined for him to learn a lesson. Hard work to pay for his mistake.
I love the chemistry between Sawyer and Juliet, how their relationship developes. This is another, fun, sexy, emotional story from the bayou, with the family I came to love , the Landrys.
Ramona Master and Gregory Salinas narration is phenomenal. Showing Sawyer and Juliet at their strongest, weakest and most vulnerable moments. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the story.

Beauty and the Bayou by Erin Nicholas is a wounded hero romantic comedy that I listened to on audio narrated by Gregory D. Salinas and Ramona Master.
This is the third book in the Boys of the Bayou series and can be read as a standalone. However, I would highly recommend reading them in order since the stories are interconnected.
I absolutely love this series! Erin does an amazing job pulling me into the storyline. I had a smile on my face through the entire book. I loved the relationship that bloomed between Sawyer and Juliet.
I can’t wait for the next book in the series Crazy Rich Cajuns to be released on audio so I can get Bennett and Kennedy’s story.
Gregory and Ramona did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would highly recommend this book if you love romantic comedies or small town romances.

Beauty and the Bayou
Boys of the Bayou, Book 3
By: Erin Nicholas
Narrated by: Ramona Master, Gregory Salinas
Wow, Erin Nicholas has definitely outdone herself with this third book of her “Boys of the Bayou” series and that is saying a lot because the first two books were awesome and pretty amazing. The characters are a lively bunch, they are all likable, realistic, easy to relate to and connect with. You can not help but fall in low with the characters and not just those swoon worthy Landry boys the girls are fabulous too. This book is Sawyer and Juliet’s story, Sawyer is the over protective grumpy one who points out every bad situation that is possible. He was not always like that but the tragic loss of his friend broke him up, he blames the Bayou and himself for not being able to save him. His family misses him and are trying to get him out of his funk, together they come up with a plan which includes bringing in Juliet, the quirky geek who mirrors his protective stance on things. Juliet’s brother crashed one of their boat and wrecked one of their docks, she is an attorney and represented her brother and decided a fair settlement would be to rebuild the dock. Sawyer was not in on this agreement so when she sees Juliet on his dock attired in full safety gear not only is he taken aback but he winds up being taken with her. OMG, that first meeting was both hilarious and cute and oh so perfect! The family was on to something with bringing Juliet in but they did not realize how great she was going to be for Sawyer. But can two who are alike in so many ways really be good for each other. I thought this was a match made in heaven, they were perfect together and for each other. I rooted for these two the entire time, he was understanding and patient with her idiosyncrasies and she was bringing him back to life. I loved how everything played out in this book, the story is brilliantly plotted with the perfect balance of drama and humor, a touch of angst, a whole lot of heartfelt and emotional moments and some hot romance, mosquito netting and all!! Erin Nicholas, thank you for another awesome story and trip to the Bayou!
And for the wonderful narration, Ramona Master and Gregory Salinas are talented narrators and versatile voice artists. They did an awesome job bringing the characters to life, giving each their own voice and personality and a whole lot of heart. Their portrayal of the each character was spot on, sounding believable and just as I picture them to sound. Ramona Master played Juliet’s role with perfection and Gregory Salinas did the same for Sawyer, both were great playing the roles of the secondary characters as well. They set the perfect tone for the story, handled the witty dialogue with ease and landed the humor flawlessly. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for the awesome listen

Wow, this was a beautiful story. This was so poignant. Both Sawyer and Juliet have tough pasts that make them cautious and, in Sawyer’s case, grumpy. I was so happy with his story and watching these two grow to embrace their fears in order to really live and love. This story has hilarious banter and gives readers another fantastic look into these Bayou boys who I love even more with each look into their lives.
This book is narrated by Gregory Salinas and Ramona Master. They have great comedic timing and they do such a great job playing multiple characters. I enjoyed their narration!

Sawyer Landry is my favorite out of all the Boys of the Bayou! I love that he’s imperfect and I love his fierce protectiveness. He is an anomaly. He isn’t this perfect guy without flaws like most other main characters in books. He isn’t a cliche. He is flawed, he has scars, he is human! And that made me love him all the more.
Juliet Dawson has issues of her own and she is flawed too and I loved that. It made her seem so much more real! I also loved her determination and drive.
Even though these two had flaws.. they were perfect for each other. They balanced each other out and their flaws worked together to create this amazing and unique connection between them and it was heartstoppingly beautiful! It was their story and it wasn’t perfect but it was perfect for them.
Erin really has a way about bringing characters to life. She creates these unique characters with this amazing way of giving them life, making me feel as if I know them personally and making me miss them after the book is over. I really loved seeing the other couples in the series in this book and seeing them all work together as a team to overcome and conquer.. well just about everything you can imagine. I loved the family vibe and the true “Cajunness” of it all!!
