Can love tame a restless wanderer? I met Connor Rivers in the most unlikely of places—on the Camino pilgrimage in Spain. For three days, we lost ourselves in an impassioned love affair. He made it clear it wouldn’t last, and I accepted it. I went home knowing Connor is a restless spirit who can’t be captured by anyone.I managed to save myself from falling in love with him the first time. But when … in love with him the first time. But when we meet again almost a year later, everything’s different.
He’s helping his siblings run their luxurious resort, and his wanderlust threatens to destroy his family’s fragile stability.
And his power over me is a force I can no longer resist.
I tried not to fall in love with Connor Rivers, but it’s too late. Now I can only wonder if love is enough.
Or if we’re destined for another gut-wrenching goodbye.
BEAUTIFUL MINE is a standalone, second chance romance in the Beautiful Rivers contemporary romance series.

This was my first book by this author and absolutely will not be last. I found myself captured by the characters and the opening of the story. I love Whitney’s soul searching journey and how she met Connor hiking and soul searching in Spain. They left it with no contact after this initial meeting and happenstance has them meeting up again almost a year later. The feels and chemistry are all still there and trying to figure out what Connor has been wandering for and looking for.
I really did enjoy this book and found the characters so easy to relate to and longing for my own soul searching journey.
What’s so beautiful about this book? Just the settings, the dialogue, the plot, the writing, the flawless editing and proofreading, and (oh yes!) those beautiful, sexy Rivers brothers!
Beautiful Mine is an unusual combination in a romance novel: a super sweet love story deliciously wrapped in hot layers of steamy sex. Many romance writers shy away from combining the two, but Jordyn White pulls it off perfectly.
No plot summary from me this time, because nothing should spoil your enjoyment of this story. Just dive right in and join Whitney and Connor on their delightful journey from Spain (where they definitely fall in lust) to California (where they finally fall in love). Highly recommended.
Just Wow! My new favourite author! A great, original storyline and strong characters urged me to keep turning to the next page. Not only sizzling chemistry between Connor and Whitney but their journey was also so very heart-wrenching at times. A great read.
This is a sweet story about two people who meet on a pilgrimage. The descriptions of the pilgrim and the ceremony that takes place was very interesting. Connor and Whitney have a connection but is it something that will last or just last for the pilgrimage? Quick and easy read.

Love is the ultimate journey of a lifetime!
This is such a beautiful story! Connor and Whitney meet by chance while they’re both traveling along the Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain. Whitney’s taking a vacation from her stressful job, while Connor has been wandering wherever the wind blows for years. Their love affair is like fireworks – beautiful, hot, but destined to be short-lived.
Nearly a year later, Whitney travels to Connor’s home town, hoping to run into him but expecting that he was still traveling. Sadly, a family tragedy has kept him at home for the past eight months, causing him to reevaluate the conflict between his need to travel and his devotion to his family.
The author did an amazing job of taking us deep inside the conflict in Connor’s heart. He is truly torn, and his struggle was at times heartbreaking. We know that they get their HEA, but how they get there is a truly beautiful emotional journey. We also meet the rest of Connor’s family and get to know them as they deal with the changes in their lives.
I was drawn into this story right from the start. The details of the journey in Spain were inspirational and life-affirming; a necessary high before the devastating low points to come. The Rivers family and their resort in California provide the perfect reading escape. These characters really come to life, and the sibling interaction was authentic and deeply heartfelt. I loved every bit of this wonderful book. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
When Whitney and Connor meet in Spain while on the pilgrimage of Camino del Santiago, they cannot get past meeting 4 times on the same journey, and indulge themselves in a passionate, though, short, affair. She just barely manages to keep herself from falling in love with him, and tries to move on with her life. But, when they meet again by chance (by fate?) a year later at his family’s resort in California, will Whitney be able to keep her heart intact this time? Will she be able to manage a relationship with a man who has a wanderer’s heart?
I thought Beautiful Mine was a fabulous journey. It’s both heartfelt and emotional and the two have serious chemistry. I loved Whitney’s big heart, Connor’s sweet soul, and all of Connor’s siblings. Can’t wait for more of this series.
