She’s loved him for years, but he doesn’t even know her name.Summer Benson has loved Colton Peters since they shared middle school classes together. He doesn’t notice her though, not even once they’re part of the same pack. In fact, when his sister pays Summer to give Colton a lap dance for his birthday, he questions her as if they’d never met. If that weren’t embarrassing enough, Colton makes a … Colton makes a point of telling her he doesn’t want a mate. Convinced it’s time to move past her childhood crush, Summer arranges a date with another guy. Online and in texts, Gabe seems like a gentleman, but when they meet in person, he’s overbearing and panics Summer’s inner cat. Unsure how to escape, Summer calls Colton for help—and he delivers, saying it’s what any pack member would do. Spending time with Colton doesn’t feel like time with just any pack member, though. If only he weren’t so shy of commitment, he would be perfect.
Colton Peters has never reacted to anyone the way he reacts to the exotic dancer his sister hires for his birthday. The woman shines with such light, he has trouble crediting his sister’s claim that they all went to school together. His attraction to her has him reconsidering his vows to stay single. She’s disgruntled with him, though, and he doesn’t want to pressure her. He’ll do whatever it takes to make sure she’s safe, despite her awful job and the jerks who hang around there. He needs to know she’s happy, even if it’s not with him.
Bear Loyalty, is a steamy romance with a satisfying happily-ever-after. Though it’s wonderful read in concert with the other books of the Tooth & Claw series, this latest from Emilia Hartley, is a complete story in its own right. Best for adult readers.

We first meet Colton in the anthology book “Shifter for Christmas” he appeared briefly in his sisters book “A Dragons Christmas”
Colton was bitten by a bear shifter, and so now shares his body and mind with a bear! And he’s a grumpy one at that! A chip on his shoulder that almost brings him to his knees on a daily basis! He was angry before the bear, he’s even angrier now, nothing seems to soothe him!
But the lap dance his sister organises for his birthday made his bear calm down, Colton needs more of this
Summer thinks the lap dance is a great idea for the grumpy bear shifter, that is until she’s asked to do it! How can she even contemplate doing a dance for her high school crush?
But when he doesn’t even remember her, Summer is crushed.
So when a friend gives her a new shifters number, Summer thinks it’s time to move on…. forget Colton, find a little happiness elsewhere.
But the date doesn’t go as planned, and in a panic Summer calls Colton to come rescue her!
I wanted to give Colton such a smack around the head from the very first moment he appeared in these books. I know bears are grumpy, I know a newly turned human has a hard time assimilating his bear. But really, come on Colton!
And Summer is such a nice cat shifter, she deserved so much better than a bear that didn’t know what he wanted!
But luckily enough the did, but it’s not as simple as that, oh no!
First we have the angst, the condemnation of oneself, the pity party and then the realisation that he might be good enough for her! Man I was exhausted after reading that
With all of these books the author writes, they capture your attention. They also make you groan out loud and curse as the hero swings from going to his mate, she’s not his mate, then all the way back round to she could be my mate, oh god I’m god a mate!
It’s all very exhausting.
And her love rival! Well let’s say I want expecting that, it sure caught me by surprise!!
I received this book for an honest review and all thoughts are my own
This is another well written book in this series. Colton’s sister sets him up with a lap dance from a local stripper for his birthday. Maybe she had a feeling about them. Colton didn’t realize initially that he should know Summer from high school and their pack. He’s fighting his bear about his feelings for Summer and her cat but he finally puts it together and they fight her stalker together.
Why is it that everyone wants to help someone else better their situation without first getting to know what the person really want? Instead they just imposed what they think is best, when they will realize it is not, if they only listen to what that person wants instead.

Omg this is so good lord I’ve been really lucky on my books I pick. Dream boyfriend nada, Not really but he’s a keeper. Definitely a Must Read!
Summer Benson is a Kitty CatShifter so adorable, she is also a stripper- hey don’t judge- it’s paying for the education her sister wants. Summer has only loved one man her whole life. From when she was in elementary school, then High School. But he never noticed her. His sister paid her for a lap dance for his birthday, he sure noticed her then.
Colton Peters is a Big Bad Scary BearShifter. He doesn’t know what he wants out of life. He just knows it’s not a Mate. He sure would like several nights with this stranger that dancing on him.
This review is my own opinion, this author is one that I love to read her books.
I was totally hooked on this book. I was smiling with the characters during the fun times and sad during the sad times. I could not put the book down once started and will be reading it again incase I missed something. The characters are believable as humans and loveable as Shifters. I really enjoyed reading this book.

One lap dance and a stalker later and he is ready to protect and claim her
Bear Loyalty is the third book in the Tooth & Claw series and is the story of Colton Peters and Summer Benson. This is a fun, sweet, romantic, dangerous, drama filled story that also has some nice high heat to it. The story-line kept my attention and I really liked the characters. Well I should say that I loved Summer and Colton finally pulled it together when he pulled his head out of his you know what.
I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
Summer has had feelings for Colton for what has seemed like forever to her. When she heard that his sister was hiring a dancer for a private dance for him she wanted to be the dancer. What she didn’t count on was for him not remembering her from when they were growing up. Colton is stunned by his reaction to the dancer but he doesn’t understand why she acts like he hurt her somehow until his sister points it out. When Summer gets to her job one of the other girls suggests she cuts her losses where Colton is concerned and date someone else. She gets another guy’s number to try to move on. After one date with the guy she knows its wrong and calls Colton for help. But the guy isn’t about to let her go without a fight. Can Colton see that she is the one for her? Will Summer give him another chance at her heart?
This is a great story that will have you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

I had a hard time getting into this story at first , but as I dove further in to Colton and Summer story, it pulled me in and kept me to the end.
Summer has loved Colton for years but he never saw her, until she danced for him. Colton is not looking for a relationship, he feels that he is missing something and can not be with someone because of it. When he finally notices Summer, he is drawn to her, but is fighting it.
Summer decided to go out with Gabe to get her mind off Colton. Gabe is a fox shifter, and is a conning and a trickster. Gabe is wanting kids, but for the kids to be a Fox he must mate will a shifter who is smaller than him and now he has his sights on Summer.
Summer has not given up on Colton and does what she can to show him that he is more than he believes and can enjoy things around him, all the while Gabe is interfering he with magic.
This was a great story with that dealt with a range of emotions, danger and love.

Action packed, sexy, exciting and emotionally thrilling adventure filled with exciting and engaging charters, witty dialog, heart racing twists and undeniable passion. Was a edge of your seat read from beginning to end.
** spoiler alert ** Colton is desperate to find himself. Summer has been in love with someone that doesn’t know she exists. Someone is determined to own her. Will Colton realize what he has before it is to late? Will Summer help Colton realize he is his own person?
Loved seeing Colton get his happy ending after meeting him in several over books! I didn’t blame Colton for struggling to find his place after being tossed into a new world and then being labeled everything, but himself. I honestly loved Summer’s character. I loved how she was determined to help those around her even if she got walked all over several times. Good read!
I’m giving this book a 4 not because it wasn’t good but because I felt Colten should have realized that Summer was his mate much sooner and done something sooner. The characters are well developed and engaging and the storyline flows easily. I loved Summer she had spunk.

This story had me loving it from the start. I enjoyed the swirl of mystery, suspense and danger that flowed through the story. Colton and Summer have a connection that takes time to build. I loved Colton’s want to be more and Summer works so hard to make life better. Great read!
I absolutely loved this book and was honored to have been able to read and review. It was such a phenomenal read and had amazing characters as well as an amazing story line. I just could not get enough of it and once I started reading it I could not put it down. I recommend that you read it.

Summer had a crush on Colton since high school. But as she was a bear shifter and he human, it was impossible. She had renewed hopes when he was turned a few years later, but although they are in the same pack, he never saw her. Until his sister is setting him up, that is.
Dancing around their feelings, miss-communicating and a ruthless fox shifter finally bring them together.
A suspenseful shifter romance, after a slow beginning fairly fast paced. Definitely an entertaining read.

A great addition to the Tooth and Claw series! I really, really liked this latest book in the series! Summer and Colton were meant to be together if only he would actually SEE her! Instead, it was like she was invisible to him! He did not even remember that they had gone to school together! Unrequited love can be one of the deepest hurts there is and Summer feels like it is finally time to move on but that does not exactly work out well for her and when she gets into a potentially dangerous situation she calls Colton for help. He comes to her assistance but is it only because she is a fellow pack member the way he tells himself it is or should he start listening to his inner bear who is trying to tell him she is so much more than that? What if it is too late for him now that he has realized what she means to him? You may want to whop Colton upside the head but you still have to love him as he fumbles his way to a HEA with Summer and protects his mate from a sleazeball character that wants to harm her!

Filling a hole
I really enjoyed this newest book in the series. The danger was so well woven into the storyline and the characters developed more and more with each turn of the page. I love the way these two slowly grew together and it was kind of nice that the story was totally focused on them with the family on the peripheral of the story. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series, I’m sure it’s going to be amazing.
