The moment I saw her, I knew. She’d be mine someday.
Of course the feeling wasn’t mutual.
She was all sunshine and optimism … I was burly, broken, and hell-bent on keeping my word.
Don’t touch the girls. No matter how tempting.
And damn, how Julia tempted me.
It’s been a year since I saw her, and things are different now, the trouble we faced in L.A. is behind us. Isn’t it?
When I hear that … it?
When I hear that she’s up in Alaska, same as me, I know this is my chance.
I’ve done lots of terrible things in my life — but I have only one regret.
I never told her how I truly feel.
I love her. And it’s high time she knew.
Even if I have to kidnap her in order to make that happen.
I may represent everything she’s running from, but I can be more than a ghost from the past.
I can be her future.

Let me start by saying I generally love this author but I do not love this particular series. The characters aren’t particularly likable and the premise is meh.
***I decided to review an ARC of this book.***
what a lovely part this was again. he has always loved her, but his life was not perfect. Her life is also far from perfect, but she is so happy that she is saved. I enjoyed delicious chemistry. of 5 stars

I really enjoyed this mountain man romance, it’s well-written and quick to read. The storyline is fast-paced and intriguing, Bellamy is looking for her father, who turns out to be a dangerous magia who is more dangerous than the man she ran from, Maker. Beam has always loved Bellamy, even when she was working for Maker. Now that he’s a real mountain man, he’s determined to win her heart and save her from her father. I really liked Beam as a character, strong and knows where his weaknesses are. Bellamy was harder to connect with, she’s a strong stubborn woman.
The only women he has ever loved
BEAM is the third book in The Men of Whiskey Mountain series and this is Bellamy and Beam’s story. Their story is fast-paced with action, emotion and heat. They are both running from pasts that they would rather forget, being hurt and hurting others. Beam turned his back on his former life and became a big, bad and very sexy mountain man in the wilds of Alaska. Bellamy has a past that she has survived but is not easily forgotten. Bellamy is the only woman that Beam has ever loved and when he finds out that she is in Alaska and he finally has a chance he is taking it. But she does not want to be around him as he is someone from her past and he was not someone that was a good person. It is now up to Beam to show Bellamy that he is not the same person he was before but he will still do whatever it takes to keep her save and with him.
This is a well written and interesting story with a couple wonderful characters that have been a chance at healing with each other and having a future that neither had even hoped for. A great read and I highly recommend it!
I received an ARC of this book from the author for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
Well, Frankie Love is back with another adventure from “The Men of Whiskey Mountain” series. This time we get Beam and Bellamy’s story. Boy, it’s action packed, intense, steamy, and suspenseful. In this book, Beam is looking for Bellamy. What an adventure that happens to be and not for the reasons you would expect. While it doesn’t take long to find her, there are some twists and turns you’re not expecting. We do see old friends and foes alike from the previous books. This book is really fast pace and a page turner. I thoroughly enjoyed both Beam and Bellamy. The shocking truth about Bellamy will either break them or make them stronger.
If you haven’t read the previous books, it’s not really necessary. However, it’s always good to read for background details.

Mountain Man finds his LOVE and NO Biscuits! This story is about Beam and Bellamy. Bellamy has been through a lot, but she is a survivor in her own way. She knew the only way to survive is to do whatever it to for the day to end. Father John (which by the way – I can’t stand this name) is her keeper and has granted her a birthday wish which was to find out who her parents were that gave her up. The funny thing is that she solely focuses on her father than her mother, which I guess that is due to resentment, but when she finds out who her real father is, she thinks he is a good man. Beam on the other had was once the bodyguard for Marker and was in love with Bellamy since he met her, but knew she belonged to Marker at the time and couldn’t do anything. Now Beam is on a mission to have Bellamy all for himself, when he finds out that she wants to meet her father, he tries to convince her that she needs backup and to call Marker, she refuses and goes on her own. The story is a continuation but a standalone – if you have not read Jameson or Walker’s story, you need to. These men are something else. If you read the story – you will figure out that tree house is real along with a fairy tale. Next story is about Marker and how will he deal with the River boys?

Bellamy has been handed a raw deal in life. Foster homes and more bad situations. When she finally makes her own way to Alaska she thinks it’s for a better life but boy is she wrong.
When Beam steps in to save her and show ber she’s worth so much .ore then she believes will she forgive him for the past? Will the love between them be enough for what’s to come?

Beam has been in love with Bellamy since his days as Maker s enforcer. One he hears she is in a sex cult in Alaska from some of his friends from his other life who live on Whiskey Mountain he sets his sight on finding her and making her his. What faith has in store for them is an HEA but with some violence from their past and her stubborn mindset of meeting her father. No spoilers, the story is raw like the Alaskan wilderness, but can they have the fairytale? Fantastic characterswith so much pain inside, but their story will keep you on the edge of your seat guessing until the last page!

Beam is book 3 in The Men of Whiskey Mountain series by Frankie Love. She gave us everything in Beam’s book. Bad guys, bad guys now good guys, love that trumps the ugly pasts, and some good sexiness. Beam and Bellamy are connected through their history with Maker. They were meant to always save each other. Beam is probably my fave of the three books so far. I can hardly wait for Maker’s book.
So much hurt and heartbreak and running that it’s time for Beam to get Bellamy back. They’ve both done and seen things they didn’t want and this is more of a redemption story for Beam but also a new start for Bellamy when he goes looking for her. There is still some danger but their connection and their need to move forward from the past is sweet.

Beam is a dark romance of the men of Whiskey Mountain.
Beam has a past that he would like to forget, except for the one girl who he loves. Bellamy has had a tough life but she is a survivor, the past Beam is not someone she wants to be around, but the present Beam she could get to know.
This is a wonderfully written story of Beam and Bellamy’s trial to get away from their past only to have it come back and haunt them while search for their future.

I enjoyed this quick read romance. The story is filled with excitement, emotion, suspense, sweetness, drama, steam and poignancy. I really liked this couple and their chemistry. Although this is a short read, your heartstrings do get tugged on. The path these two have to a HEA is challenging and has quite a few twists. I am posting an independent, impartial review.
