Absolutely loved this book. Tamara Leigh knows how to make you swoon. I can’t wait to read the other books in the series.
I liked the chemistry and dialogue between the male and female characters. The plot was suspenseful and the ending satisfactory.
I “loved” this book as I have loved everyone of Tamara Leigh’s books. But this one had a special hold on my heart. I loved seeing the growth and healing and love between two very broken people. Great mystery too. I am so looking forward to the rest of this series. HIGHLY recommend.
This was written as a standalone book. However if you read the book as a series, this last book has a lot of repeated information. It does bring together points that are left hanging in other books.
Loved this book. Deep and ‘real’ characters, a plot that continues to deepen, definitely keeps you interested. I read the book in a day!
Could not put it down
I loved this book good story!
Loved this series! Tamara Leigh is a wonderful storyteller!
I really enjoyed the book and the two main characters. It was a bit confusing at times with all the different characters and back story. I am looking forward to the next one in the series!
good series that follows thru well on the characters and their interwoven histories.
Took me a moment to get into time period characters, but when I did I thoroughly enjoyed!
THIS WAS WONDERFUL…CAN’T WAIT TO READ THE OTHERS
Really enjoyed this one!
Excellent story. Characters were wonderful and had my sympathy right away. I felt strongly for all they were going through. Tamara Leigh is one of my favorite storytellers, and this story only solidified that! Highly recommend Baron of Godsmere!
The book was a great read. I enjoyed it so much I purchased the other two in the series.
I just couldn’t get into it. I tried…
Not for me. Too much emphasis on the state of the male chatacter’s crotch and not enough story. Some people like this stuff, I’m just not one of them.
This book is about three families, and eventually a fourth family.as well. In the beginning, I found it confusing to sort out so many characters. I did enjoy the love story between the two main characters, but I found it meager, i wanted more of them. I felt the writer spent too much of ths book setting uo the books that were to follow.
Medieval stories written through the prism of 21st century, tend to ring false. That aside, it was too slow in p!ot development, and the end was pitiful. Even when a p!ot goes over multiple books, it needs to have some sense of completion at each book’s end. This didnt, and doubtful I shall pickup the next book.
It took too long in the beginning. It was difficult trying to remember who was who. Sort of like the bible who who begot who.
