Loved it!
An entertaining and enjoyable storyline set in a western era wherein three inexperienced bachelor brothers find themselves aiding a young woman in giving birth to triplets. The story moves on to the mother abandoning the babies leaving the men to somehow care for the infants until a woman who lost her baby comes into their lives to aide in the care of the babies. The story moves on to revelations as to the reasons the mother abandoned the babies and the men take on the challenge to obtain justice for the tragic occurrences. Romance entwined brings added happiness to the story’s characters and happy endings for the babies.
Good read
Not Christian
It was just okay
Great read, enjoyable!
Easy read, enjoyed the twists and turns. There were 2 characters who deserved punishment and that was left out. This left some problems incomplete.
I highly recommend it because of the hero and how calm he handled problems except when his women was kidnapped.
A good historical fiction feel good novel with some very suspenseful surprises.
I really enjoyed this book and will read more by this author.
A fun read.
Although I liked the store, it had significant errors that were annoying.
A wonderful story with some interesting twists.
Charlene’s inspiration for the well-loved “Bachelors and Babies” series is definitely on display with her first book in the series, “Barclay.” Barclay will take you for the ride of your life, starting with a young woman in great danger and heavily pregnant with not one, not two, but three babies.
Minnie, a stranger, turns up at High Mountain Ranch, frightened and running from her abusers. The three Givens brothers help Minnie and take her babies to heart. Barclay, the eldest brother, feels particularly responsible for caring for the triplets. When he engages Cynara Stratton to come to the ranch to serve as the triplets’ nurse, he soon realizes he wants more than her help with the babies. She’s beautiful and kind, and Barclay can’t take his eyes off her.
“Barclay” is a heart-warming, clean romance with enough twists and turns that you won’t be able to put the book down until you’ve finished. This is a wild west romance with plenty of action and glimpses at how rough the old west could be. With a great plot and lovable characters that will linger in your imagination, along with nasty villains to hate, “Barclay” delivers on its great premise and leaves you longing for more from Charlene Raddon.
When a girl shows up at Barclay and his brother’s ranch they aren’t expecting that she would give birth to triplets and leaves without the babies. How will they keep they alive and taken care of? Cynara has just lost her own baby and goes to the ranch and help them to take care of the babies. There grows a friendship between Barclay and Cynara and even more. But trouble finds the ranch before they can have their HEA.
I really enjoyed this story and luckily there`re 3 babies and 3 brothers, so looking forward to read the other stories.
Good clean book. Love, mystery with life twists. Hard to put down. Good book.
Wow just wow. Triplets left with three brothers. Thank god there was wet nurse Cynara in town to help care for them. The attraction between her and Barclay is great. Add in some ranch drama and a kidnapping plot. This book is great.
