Time is theirs to keep. But it comes with a price.
In the early 23rd Century, vampires learned how to travel back in time, and created a time-tsunami that threatened life as we know it, until they corrected their mistake. They created the Chronometric Conservation Agency, which is tasked with preserving history and therefore protecting humanity’s future. The Touring arm of the Agency offers … Touring arm of the Agency offers trips back into the real past, with vampire guides, called travelers.
When Natalia (Tally) Marta, vampire and traveler, takes her client to visit the siege of Stirling Castle in 1314, she is caught and held hostage for ransom by Robert MacKenzie, a Bruce clansman. Rob finds himself drawn to the wilful, stubborn and very different English lady he has captured and the relationship becomes an intimate, highly-charged sexual pairing. Swiftly, Tally and Rob realize their bond is more than sexual, that the emotions stirring their hearts are true.
Christian Lee Hamilton, vampire, one of the last true southern gentlemen, and Tally’s ex-lover, knows the 1314 time marker enough to jump back and help Tally return home. His arrival at Bannockburn adds complications, for Christian finds himself drawn to Rob MacKenzie as much as Tally is. But neither of them can stay in the past forever. To do so means certain death.

I loved this amazing romp through time.
From the very beginning I was captured by the characters. The more I read the more engrossed I became. The romance between Lee, Tallia and Rob is what fantasies are made of. I hope I can read the whole series.
I loved this book! Given the description and cover, I expected this to be full of steamy sex and nothing more than a thin plot holding it together. While the steamy sex was there, I also loved the plot! There are two interwoven storylines — the romantic/sexy storyline in the past and the plotty storyline in the future. The story switches between …
I love this book kept me on edge didn’t want to put it down love storylines like this
Got bored about 60 pages in. Skimmed the rest. Not enough to care about the characters or see the plot through to the end. Skip this one, even if it’s free.
Interesting book with vampires, time travel, and a variety of characters. It seemed that there were two different storylines until they are connected toward the end.
Had a few unexpected twists to the tale that I completely enjoyed. Good read.
Could not get into this book.
want expecting the plot twists, but a nice twist on vamps & psyonics, defiantly not your average vampire story
good grief, a vampire time traveler Outlander rip off. give me a break. And I didn’t like Outlander either…
Such a great read. It was truly brilliant and all inspiring. Very, very, creative throughout the entire book. I fell in love with the characters, their world, and their life their time span. Each character was well-thought-out and written very realistically.
Every time you start to get a feel for the book and think you know where the story is …
Not my cup of tea
didn’t like
I don’t mind lgbt stories but the two male characters were a bit too unrealistic.
I enjoyed that I didn’t figure It out till the end.
I loved this book. I am already getting the rest in the series. The ending was fantastic.
This story had a good main story line, but was constantly interrupted by other plot lines being thrown in every few pages only one of which actually tied in with the main story line in the end. For me the read was too choppy. It read like she was setting up for possible future books, but not done smoothly.
I love the ending and I think this book would make a great gift for someone to read for summer vacation or the holidays. I couldn’t put it down and had to finish it right away.
Kept my attention through the whole book
I really enjoyed this book. It’s the first in a series but I had enough of an ending that you don’t have to read on though you will want to.
Could not stop reading! Love the characters and the world Tracy Cooper-Posey has created. While I enjoyed that the sex scenes were hot – and graphic – the story would have stood on its own without them being so detailed, which can’t be said about all such tales.
