Looks can be deceiving in this hilarious enemies-to-lovers romcom complete with a shocking secret hobby, a heavy metal playlist, and an uninvited wedding guest!Chris Everson has a pretty sweet life: a great job as a state trooper, lots of buddies to hang out with, and he lives at the beach. What could be better? But he’s harboring a secret–a secret that doesn’t fit with his whole tough guy cop … whole tough guy cop persona. He’s gone to great lengths to keep his secret from his guy friends AND the women he dates.
Brynne Miller’s job as an ER doctor means she’s always meeting cops. In fact, she’s dated so many that her friends call her “Badge Bunny.” But she will never date Chris Everson. Nope. Not a chance. He managed to piss her off within two seconds of meeting him…and first impressions are everything.
Aren’t they?
Badge Bunny is part of the Romance in Rehoboth Series, where the ladies are strong and independent and the men are actually nice guys. These delightful romantic comedies are set against the backdrop of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware’s top vacation destination and do NOT need to be read in order.

The book follows Brynne, an ER doctor and Chris, a state trooper. Brynne LOVES a man in uniform but has found they’re all the same and has sworn them off. Until she meets Chris. Sure, she blows him off, but in the end, will she follow her heart?
This is the fourth book of the series and can be read as a standalone but i recommend reading the others too as they are brilliant. The storyline was wicked full of humour, romance, intense moments and was a read thoughrally enjoyed! Chris and Brynne are both very stubborn characters, they have amazing chemistry but thing’s aren’t easy between them that’s for sure. I absolutely loved the chemistry between them it made me smile alot but they bove are very cautious to take the next step. I found this novel had me hooked i read it all in one sitting and can’t wait to read more from this author.
Enemies to friends are always great reads, the second in this book series to feature such a relationship. The characters have incredible depth and are witty, real and have emotions that are more than two dimensional. The setting is fantastic, vivid and picturesque. Highly recommend to all romance readers!
Badge Bunny by K.L Montgomery was a super cute fun read! There was so much funny and humor in the story. I loved Chris and Brynne’s struggle, it was really adorable and I loved the plot. Again the details and story feels like sharing a story with a close friend.
The Badge Bunny: An Enemies-to-Lovers Romantic Comedy is the fourth story in the Romance in Rehoboth series by K.L. Montgomery. This was a hilariously romantic story between Brynne and Chris. Chris is a state trooper who has a secret that could ruin his image as a tough cop. No one knows his secret, not even the woman he’s dating. Brynne is an ER doctor who has dated many cops, which earns her the nickname of “Badge Bunny”. She has promised herself she will never date Chris. This was yet another great romantic comedy by K.L. Montgomery. I love the way she portrays Brynne as such a strong and independent woman, like most of her main women.
Book 4—-Badge Bunny
A ER doc,Brynne Miller has sworn off men, telling herself they are all the same.
Then she meets Chris Everson, a state trooper, who annoys and frustrates her.
Circumstances force them together and who knows what will happen will she let down her guard? Such a good read you will enjoy.
Badge Bunny is the fourth novel on the Romance in Rehoboth series by K.L. Montgomery. This story was fun, funny, and was a great read!
It follows Chris Everson, Drew’s best friend from prior stories on the series. Chris is a State Trooper with the State of Delaware. He lives his life risking his for others and trying to get certain dangerous people off the streets. He dates quite a bit, but cannot find the right girl.
Dr. Brynne Miller is a doctor in the ER. She is known as a badge bunny because she likes to date cops so much, or did. She’s given up on cops becuase they are jerks. But Corporal Everson might just bring out something the other cops hadn’t.
After a horrible first meeting and then finding out they’ll be in pretty close proximity in the near future maybe they can make something work!
K.L Montgomery has a way with words, that makes you feel like you’re right there alongside the characters. I love that all the books in this series are clean romantic comedies, with strong female and male leads. There is a lot of fun chemistry between the characters. Each can be enjoyed as a stand alone novel, each focusing on a new couple. There is mention and cross over characters from previous books, but they are just friends mentioned in passing. I love that each book has its own soundtrack.
Badge Bunny is the first in the box set, and based on the name, I was a little worried about the content. Rest assured, it is clean and a good story. It follows Chris Everson, state trooper and Brynne Miller, ER MD. Both work crazy 12 hour shifts for the last couple of years, but somehow haven’t crossed paths until now . And now it seems like they see each other daily. Chris gets on Brynne’s nerves from day one, but try as she might, she cannot avoid him. Turns out they are even paired together at mutual friend’s wedding. During said wedding, they are brought to the test and must work together to save lives.
Badge Bunny (Romance in Rehoboth #4) by K.L. Montgomery
5 of 5 Stars
I love Montgomery’s ‘Romance in Rehoboth’ series, each story has a strong but quirky heroine and a down to earth hero who loves them, your guaranteed a happy ending but only after some drama and fun along the way and each story has the background setting of the beautiful Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Badge Bunny, is no different and although book four can be read as a standalone story. State Trooper Chris Everson meets ER Doctor Brynne Miller who in the course of her job has met and dated so many cops that her friends call her, ‘badge bunny’, however the two do not have a great first impression of each other in this enemies to lovers romance. Brynne is a likeable and relatable strong female character and I love how her relationship with Chris develops after he managed to annoy her on their first meeting but neither can deny their attraction for each other. Badge Bunny is an hilarious enemies-to-lovers romcom complete with a shocking secret hobby, a heavy metal playlist, and uninvited wedding guests, I enjoyed the romance, laugh out loud scenes and of course the sizzling chemistry between Chris and Brynne.

Badge Bunny by K.L. Montgomery is the fourth book in her Romance in Rehoboth series, and this series just keeps getting better and better. Following the story of Chris Everson and Brynne Miller, these two couldn’t deny the chemistry yet couldn’t seem to be anywhere near each other. Brynne is the ER doctor, known as a bit of a badge bunny, but who isn’t afraid to tell you just how she feels. When she first meets Chris, to say that first opinions aren’t always the best judge definitely applies here. Chris love to get under Brynne’s skin, riling her up and watching her explode. The more that he digs at her, the more that she can’t stop thinking about him. With Chris there is just something about Brynne that he can’t seem to stop thinking about her. Is there anything that Chris can do to get Brynne to notice him as anything more than the guy who aggrevates her? When they finally give into their feelings, the sparks fly off the page, and it gets hotter than either of them could have prepared for. Will this romance burn hot and fast or will they kindle a flame that will last a lifetime? Having read several books from this series in this past, as well as books from Montgomery series, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this book. It totally lived up to all of my expectations and then some. If you are looking for a great book and an even better series, this is one you definitely want to pick up today!
I don’t think that I’ve been disappointed by K.L. Montgomery – yet. I recently dived into Badge Bunny, and let me just say that I absolutely enjoyed everything about this book.
K.L. Montgomery does a really good job of developing characters that are likeable. I loved how this book gave you the enemies to lovers’ effect. I was impressed by the in which the author was able to weave this storyline. I do have to say that I definitely enjoyed the emotional roller coaster that she took me on. But again, like I said before, she hasn’t disappointed me. This was definitely a 5 Star book for me!!
This is the fourth book to the incredible Rehoboth series. This can be read as a stand alone but there are prior characters in this story as well. I love a good romance with some humor but this author has taken it above and beyond. This has become one of my favorite series of this year. These characters will keep you up at all hours of the night. I could not put this book down. It only took me a full day to devour this incredible story.
Brynne Miller loves being a emergency doctor. She loves helping people. Brynne always sees cops come and go at all hours of the night that is why she is attracted to them. She has dated quite a few cops and her friends call her the badge bunny. Brynne now has sworn off cops due to her last relationship. One night a new cop comes in and she immediately hates him. He is the typical cop that she knows but does she really? Brynne is loving her life but all of her friends are getting married. She wants the happy ending too but who is going to want a woman doctor as a wife. Brynne is told she is going to be in the wedding for her friend and she is paired up with none other that the hot cop ,Chris Everson. She has swore off cops but will this cop change her mind especially when she finds out his secret he has been hiding?
I absolutely loved this book. The storyline has it all romance, humor, and love. You will fall in love with these characters right from the beginning. Brynne is a very smart woman that knows what she wants. She loves helping people but she has had some bad experiences throughout her life. Chris is my favorite male character of this year. He has a tough guy personality but deep down he is a teddy bear. The way he treats Brynne will make your heart swoon. I loved how this author wrote this book in both characters points of views. This makes me feel more connected to them. I can’t wait to see what this author will write for us next.
Badge Bunny is book number 4 in the Romance In Rehoboth series by K.L Montgomery
This book can be read as a stand alone.
Brynne is a red headed spitfire, who spends her Days as an ER doctor. Brynne doesn’t
get out much to find men, so she winds up dating cops that she meets at work. Brynne is
Kinda over that though. One too many macho man cop complexes with jerky attitudes.
Then she meets Chris. Chris is a Trooper, but there is a little more to him than meets the eye.
Chris has a secret, and a crush on Brynne, who has sworn off dating men in uniform.
Can Chris convince Brynne that he’s not like the cops she’s dated in the past?
I really enjoyed reading this quirky romance. This book comes complete with witty charm, awesome nick names, and quotes that I will probably spout for years to come! Do yourself a favor… Grab a copy of this book and enjoy the ride!
Badge Bunny by author K.L. Montgomery is book four in the romance in Rehoboth series. This book can be read as standalone but after reading how brilliant this book is I’m gutted I didn’t read these books in order and really get a feel for all the characters and their backstories. I will most definitely be going back and reading these. This author has a brilliant way of drawing you in with this book’s characters and storyline and making it so easy to fall in love with these characters. Each of these books just keep getting better and better and I can’t wait to see what else this author brings to this series.
This book was witty, funny and was genuinely great feel-good read. I was hooked from the get-go until the end and honestly. I loved following Brynne & Chris’s journey through this book, they really made this story stand out and be even more enjoyable. Both of these characters are enjoyable, real, lovable. But together they make a great pair that I hope will finally see past their past and accept their future so that they can have a HEA.
Along with these characters we have some brilliant secondary characters that are great in helping our main characters Brynne & Chris on their journey through this read – I liked that we got the appearance of some other characters from previous books but with that being said I can’t wait to read who’s story will be told next.
Overall this is a brilliant heart-warming, witty and fun read with real characters, that should not be missed.
Badge Bunny by K.L. Montgomery is a fun romance. I really enjoyed the characters and the authors writing style. This is my first book in the series I have read but it can be read as a stand-alone. Brynne is a doctor and Chris is a state trooper. Basically a man in a uniform is always a good thing so when the lead character is an officer of the law you know it’s going to be a fun book. Overall I enjoyed it and would read others by K.L. Montgomery. 4 star rating.
“Badge Bunny” by K.L. Montgomery is the fourth book in the Romance in Rehoboth series, so please read them in order before reading this book, you will want the backstory! Brynne is a beautiful, brilliant doctor who keeps bumping into Chris, a corporal with the state troopers who has a big secret. A few weeks of casual sightings leaves them both agitated with the other, especially when they realize they are in Chris’ best friend’s wedding together. A CRAZY weekend is the main chunk of this book and it really is a page turner! So much action for a romance novel, and I LOVED it! It was such a great story and as in the other books in this series, the characters are wonderful! It’s fun to see how the people from the previous books are involved and what changes have happened since their story. I love how K.L Montgomery’s books always have a lovely underlying message that makes the books SO much more than “just” romance novels. The books are tasteful, sweet and always more meaningful than I expect! I’m becoming such a fan of K.L Montgomery’s and can’t wait for book number five, “Wedding War!” I give “Badge Bunny” five stars!!
Badge Bunny (Romance in Rehoboth Book 4) K.L. Montgomery is the fourth book in the series and just as fun as the others. I enjoy reading books that K.L. writes as they are fun and quirky and make you laugh out loud. I also love that she writes in several POV’s which makes them even funnier when you are reading from the male perspective. I absolutely adored each one I have read. I suggest you read them in order as the characters cross over and make them feel like old friends. One Cop possibly looking for love, One Doctor sworn off Cops, One Wedding, One Storm and some misunderstandings make for some interesting times and one great read. Trust me when I say you can not, not read this series. I can’t wait to see what K.L. has for us next.
Badge Bunny By K.L. Montgomery is book 4 in the romance in rehoboth series. I have read all the previous books, and loved them all, but this is by far my favorite. I love romance where they cant stand each other to realize their feelings for each other. I really enjoy KL Montgomery’s writing style and the characters she creates, I always fall in love and miss them when ther story is over. I cant wait for book 5 to see what she does next. I give this book easily 5 stars and will read anything this author puts out in the future.
Badge Bunny (Romance in Rehoboth Book 4)
By K.L. Montgomery
5 Stars
K.L. Montgomery continues her fabulous rom-com series Romance in Rehoboth with book 4, Badge Bunny. Considering how wonderful books 1-3 were it’s not surprising book 4 had me in stitches. These funny, wonderful books keep getting better and better but I think Badge Bunny may be my favorite!
Book 4 is about Chris and Bryne. Chris has a pretty sweet life. He loves his job, has lots of friends and lives at the beach. With his job, he has crossed paths with Bryne. Unfortunately, he did not make the best first impression and now Bryne won’t give him the time of day.
Bryne has dated her fair share of cops. Hence the nickname that was given to her by her co-workers ‘Badge Bunny’. But there is one cop she refuses to date. No way, no how will that ever happen!
Never say never…
Ms. Montgomery does an outstanding job of giving the reader great characters that you fall in love with. The flow up the story with its twists and turns kept me engaged. The witty humor and romance were perfect backdrops. Ms. Montgomery touches on something in each one of her books that gives the reader insight into the why of each plot. I think it’s what makes each book a little different but superb. These are definite must-read books.
