Once upon a time, Harper Rhodes was just a normal, boring, college freshman. Or so she thought. That was all before she was kidnapped by a scheming vampire and thrown into the secret world of supernatural beings at the Wicked Academy. The coven masters who run the academy insist that Harper is a witch, possibly the last one in the world, and that the fate of their kind is in her hands. It all … is in her hands. It all sounds ridiculous to her, but either way, they refuse to let her leave.
While being wooed by warlocks and stalked by Drake, an unapologetic vampire, Harper begins to fall for Rowan, a gruff shapeshifter who is the only good thing about her new life, even though he’s completely off-limits.
When the masters eventually get tired of waiting on Harper to choose a warlock mate, they decide to take matters into their own hands.
Knowing that none of her admirers will be able to reach her in time, Harper will have to figure out how to finally embrace magic and wield her new powers to save herself.
And if there’s one thing she’s actually learned at the Wicked Academy, it’s that sometimes being bad can feel really good.
This is the first book in the Wicked Academy series and is intended for mature readers.

This was an enjoyable read! I loved the flow of the story and the different paranormal that made up the reverse harem. Of course the heat level is addicting especially since Harper needs more than one to fulfill her destiny. Can’t wait for the next book in this steamy series.
This book was a fun quick read. Rowan has little idea she is a powerful witch, but the action is fast and furious and she learns about the existence of vamps, shifters, and warlocks. This is a hot fast moving reverse harem book. I will watch for more books from this author.
Bad Witch by L.A. Hart a five-star read that will set your world on fire. This is number one in the Wicked Academy series and it starts with a bang that I can’t wait to see the explosions that will rock number two. I love Lane Hart and I love a good supernatural/reverse harem, but not everyone can pull it off, and Lane Hart, you pull it off so well it blew my socks off. Harper Rhodes you have the world at your feet, and I can’t wait to see you grow and develop In this amazing magical world.
This book is the 1st in a series and I absolutely loved it. Harper is naive and innocent but soon learns she has been shielded by her father for a reason. I don’t want to spoil the story for others but I will say that recently I haven’t been able to focus on a story but this one I simply couldn’t put down.I can’t wait for the next one.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is not my usual read, but knew if Lane wrote it, I would love it. I was not disappointed! Harper has no idea that she is different, but Drake knows immediately. What happens next is a complete whirlwind and total craziness, but Lane tells it in such a way that you feel like you are there with Harper thru it all.
Harper (the MFC) is a regular teen, going to University and living with an annoying roommate. All that changes when on her way home one night she is kidnapped by a hot biker (Drake) and is taken to another University. One she has no intention of staying at. Until she finds out the reason she is there. They believe that she is a rare witch and one that they have been looking for for a long time. Oh and the intend on her being used for breeding stock to give birth to a new generation of witches and warlocks. Not the most welcome of news. So now shes the only witch in a University where everyone wants to bed her. Not only that but she has to go there with her kidnapper, the son of the head (Kingston) and a kind, loving shifter (Rowan). Full of complications. This book is fantastic. Great story, Great characters and a Great read all round
What a terrific story with great characters and an unusual storyline. Harper has no idea she is a witch and when she is kidnapped and taken to the Academy she soon learns all about magic. I loved Rowan, Drake and Kingston who added to my enjoyment of this book. I definitely recommend this to you.
