From New York Times bestselling author Shanora Williams comes a deliciously sinful standalone Motorcycle Club romance with twists you won’t see coming…There’s a myth that floats around in my city. They say the president of the local biker gang is ruthless, heartless, and that once you cross him, you’ll spend the rest of your life looking over your shoulder. There are whispers that he was once … are whispers that he was once lost in a forest, and when he was found, he was surrounded by a pack of wolves that were protecting him.
Many will tell you he’d never let his guard down for a woman, and that if he ever did, it would be bad for her.
The one thing this city doesn’t know about me is that I’m not your average woman. I’m a fighter, and when someone messes with my family, I will fight, and when my freedom is stolen, I will do whatever it takes to get it back.
When I’m done with him, the rumors will come to an end because I’ll be the woman who tamed this infamous biker president.
I’ll be the woman who, in the end, was bad for him.

I need more! Shanora Williams has once again left me needing more. I absolutely loved Bad for Me.
The Lords of Chaos are the baddest of bad. When people see them coming they run the other way. And their president is the meanest, biggest asshole of them all. Wolf does what he wants when he wants, he doesn’t have feeling unless it’s rage and anger.
Nova had a troubled past, and an ok present. She’s afraid of commitment, and worried she’ll end up like her mother. The one thing Nova’s not afraid to have for life is her brother Silas. She would do anything and everything for him.
Nova meets Wolf after a phone call from her brother. Silas owes The Lords an debt and they have come to collect. Nova begs to take her brother’s place and Wolf agrees. Nova is the type of heroine we all want to be friends with. She can hold her own against just about anyone. She doesn’t back down and she is real.
The relationship between Wolf and Nova is one of the most messed up I have seen. Wolf treats her terrible but Nova knows he needs to claim her. Their relationship is a constant battle to see who is stronger.
Williams had me on the edge of my seat during this entire book. Page after page I couldn’t stop reading. I literally read 80% of this book before I realized I hadn’t stop reading since I started. I was hooked from the very start. I couldn’t not get enough of the world that is The Lords of Chaos. Drive by shootings, kidnapping, murder, and lies, each page brought something new. When truths are revealed relationships are ruined and some are cemented.
Sometimes the best things are also the things that are bad for you. Nova was bad for Wolf because she mad him feels things he didn’t know how to feel. She made him vulnerable. But she brought him happiness, and with time the ability to let go of some of the anger he carries with him.
Bad for Me is exactly what I expect from Shanora Williams and more. Everything about this book was absolutely perfect. The characters, the storyline, and the writing. In a world full of big bad bikers Williams had a way of having me on the verge of tears. I would love nothing more than another Wolf and Nova book. But I would also settle for another Lord getting his shot at love. It doesn’t matter if it’s another Wolf and Nova book, or another guy or a completely different set of characters I will be the first in line to see what Shanora Williams gives us next! All the stars for Bad for Me.
4 1/2 stars
In the very short prequel, written from Wolf’s point of view entirely, we discover that he is getting ready to kidnap Nova Almaraz. What the president of the Lords of Chaos MC club wants he sets out to get.
Nova is a strong, independent, hard working woman who strives to improve her life and that of her brother. She meets her match in Wolf though, who is determined, ruthless and at times cutthroat. Just why he wants Nova isn’t obvious and for her, as well as myself, it becomes painful and frustrating when he doesn’t explain things clearly.
There’s plenty of action and drama to excite the blood and as the puzzle pieces start to click into place everything becomes clear and easy to understand. Interesting characters and snappy dialogue makes for a wild ride. The love story is not your sappy hearts and roses type, it’s raw and gritty and I loved every bit of it.
This is a fast paced, easy to read book with a solid storyline that grabs your attention quickly and holds it the whole way through. The reason for the extra half a star too. A fantastic story I thoroughly recommend to everyone.
Preying On The Lamb
Your new favorite MC romance has arrived with the king of alphas. Wolf is the strong, silent type that can command with a simple nod of his head. Get ready to fall for this ruthless MC prez!
Nova is a tough girl who has had to fight for everything she has. Raising her younger brother on her own has been a challenge. He’s always getting himself mixed up in something and she makes it her mission to save him.
When the newest something ends up being with the Lords of Chaos MC, Nova’s life gets turned around. Her brother owes a debt, but she’s decided to take it on as her own. Now she’s the property of the Lords.
MC life is a whole new experience. The author introduces us to an interesting cast of characters that will keep you totally engrossed. The story has some twists that will leave you surprised and it checks the box on some taboo as well.
Nova and Wolf were fire! She was a woman you could not push around. He was a man who demanded control but needed a woman that could hold her own. Each had a past to uncover and baggage they needed to overcome. An unlikely matched, that ended up being exactly what they both needed. I’d loved to see some of the secondary characters get their own book’s. I’m not ready to let this one go, so I’m hoping there will be more story’s in this world.
Shanora has written her first MC romance and I hope we see more from her in this genre. From the start I was intriqued about where the story was going to go. Was I prepared for the twists and turns absolutely not, one in particular turned the story on it’s head. Both Wolf and Nova are strong and stubborn which at times made them infuriating. Because of their personalities they clashed often and passionately. I loved the authentic feel to the MC, they are unapologetically rough around the edges and if you cross them look out.
Such and enjoyable read and hopefully we will see more from this MC.
I’m not typically a fan of MC books because they all feel the same to me, but Shanora did an amazing job of making this a new and exciting plot. I love her ability to create a world and completely suck me into it. It was hard putting this down as I read. I absolutely FLOVE Nora and Wolf and seriously want more. PLEASE!! This book is just another reason why you’re one of my favorite authors! Keep being amazing!
It’s been a while since I’ve read a MC book. This story doesn’t disappoint. In fact as the end was nearing I wanted more. Get ready to meet Nova, Wolf, and The Lords of Chaos.
I’m always a little bit hesitant to pick up a motorcycle romance, but I’m a fan of Shanora’s writing, so I didn’t fight trying to get my hands on Bad For Me. I truly enjoyed reading every bit of Wolf and Nova’s story, I read it in one sitting, I think that about sums how I felt about this one.
I liked the fact that this was a bit of a slow-burn, it definitely had me begging for more in the romance department because I wanted to feel more of their connection. I’m not exactly sure how much more I wanted, but it just needed a little bit extra.
Wolf was an interesting character to me, he’s more on the quiet side and speaks when he has something to say. But I have to admit, when he does have something to say, it speaks volume. The further you get along in the story, it’s like we don’t really learn a whole until he’s forced to open up by the end of the book. And I loved every single moment of that. I wanted more of that throughout the book, however I was still pretty content with what we got.
Nova is a badass, she’s a fighter and absolutely not afraid to speak up. And I think that was a huge draw for Wolf. He liked how fierce she was (even if he refused to publicly recognize it) and she was fearless. Wolf definitely met his match in Nova and when the walls are down between these two, it’s explosive.
There were definitely some crazy twists happening and I knew it was something, but well, that was something else.
I am totally on-board with this series and can’t wait to see who is next in line! As far as MCs go, I’ll definitely be reading every single one that Shanora writes.

Shanora Williams
I didn’t expect that story line. Bad For Me as an MC romance, for me as an MC romance lover, I’ll say it’s a slow burn.
Lean more toward enemy to lovers romance, Bad For Me brings you a different kind of hero from an MC world.
Wolf is misunderstood hero. Him being The Lord of Chaos President. His notorious legend. He’s feared.
The fact he doesn’t talk much and this book POV is from Nova’s, I kinda miss a lot of opportunity to get to know him more to fall in love.
Nova is her own woman. She take care of her brother. She’s doing anything she can to get away from her family long time “jinx”
She’s a free spirit with the world burden on her shoulder.
When Wolf’s past collide with Nova’s, I wish his dad got more than what he get in the end. My vicious blood thirsty need more detail of bloody daddy for what he did to Wolf.
BAD FOR ME by Shanora Williams is the story of Nova and Wolf.
Nora has had to learn to take care of herself and her brother due to her awful family. This has made her very strong, independent and protective of her brother. Wolf is the leader of The Lords a biker gang that everyone knows to stay away from but then her brother gets himself in a bad situation. Of course Nora ends up doing what she feel she has to to save him that puts her right into Wolf’s world.
Exciting page turning read for me.
Bad for me was soo good. I devoured this book. Great read. Nova and Wolf are everything. In Nova you won’t find a damsel in distress. She is one fierce woman. Nova take whatever life throws at her deals with it. She doesn’t back down for anything or anyone. Wolf, he’s arrogant alpha asshole but you will love him. Wolf is the president of the Lord of Chaos and rules town with iron fist. He’s fierce but fair and loyal to MC Laws to a fault. No one in their right mind would cross him. I loved Wolf and Nova connection and how despite not wanting each other at first. Attraction between them was sooo hot!!!
This story has angsts, twists and turns and sexiness.
I totally recommend it.
Wow well what can I say about this book apart from its freaking amazing!!
Shanora delivers a brilliant edge of your seat biker story filled with super hot alpha men and enough angst to send your blood pressure to all new heights, with a fantastic twist that you never see coming this will deffinatly become one of your new favourite mc books ,your pulled in from the very first word and taken on an amazingly written ride, so sit back put your feet up and get ready to join wolf and nova in a thrilling action packed story that will grip hold and not let go till you’ve devoured it and beyond!!!!!!
I loved the overall plot of the story and the twists that the author put into the story. Nova was really strong. I like that she pushed Wolf and didn’t give up on him even when she probably should have. This was a Mc novel and while it has the feels of other MC series out there it was different and I liked the different take.
One of my main issues was the fact that I couldn’t feel the romance/love between the main characters. When reading romance I need that and I just felt like Wolf was too withdrawn to even make a connection with anyone. Maybe if I had gotten to see in his head it would have helped but all we got was Nova’s POV. It took most of the book to even get a small look into his feelings that it really did impact my feelings on the story. While this isn’t my first book by this author and I have really enjoyed others but this one wasn’t my favorite. I do plan to read more of her books. 3 stars #2OCCJD
Must Read!!!! This book by Shanora Williams is so different than what she usually writes but it’s different in such a good way. I love love love MC books…. this one just became my favorite. Nova is such a strong woman and she puts up with nothing (gotta watch my cussing in these reviews). She is loyal, loves her brother and will do anything for him…. Wolf… all I can say is damn…. he is the Alpha male of my dreams. Wolf and Nova together are FIRE! This book pulled me in and left me guessing till the end. Do NoT miss out on this book…you will regret it!
Bad For Me was so good. Wolf and Nova were awesome. Nova was sassy, feisty and strong. Wolf was the president of an MC, he had alot of anger and some issues but I loved him. Wolf and Nova together were off the charts hot. Loved them! Definitely recommend this!
Bad for You is the first book I have read by Shanora Williams and it was enjoyable. The book centres around Nova and the story is ultimately told from her point of view. Nova is a free spirit, she doesn’t want to be tied down by anyone and after the disappointment of her family and how she was brought up, she is just looking out for herself and her brother. When he brother gets into a spot of bother with the local MC ‘The Lords’, Nova will do anything to help him, even sacrificing herself to the MC President, Wolf.
Wolf is a law unto himself. Having the backstory of an urban legend, Wolf is the alpha of his MC and it shows when you are first introduced to this aggressive, tall, brooding man in his first scenes. Wolf takes Nova as payment and the rest we say is history.
This book is a fine balance between what Nova is going through and how she sees Wolf and learns about his background. The description of the MC is often harsh and certainly not sugar-coated. This MC is rough, brutal and often violent and that is what we read throughout this novel. It seems that it is only Nova’s sheer determination that keeps her alive as there are moments when you think her life is just going to end.
The steamy scenes are particularity hot in this book and there is definitely a build-up between Nova and Wolf not only sex wise, but also emotionally throughout the book. There is also a few amazing twists in this book which you will not see coming and it will eb interesting to see what happens next in this series.
If you like your MC’s harsh, sexy and taking no prisoners. Then this is the read for you!
ARC received for a fair and honest review.

Shanora’s writing slays me every time! I cannot put down her books when I’m reading them as they’re so addicting and just suck you in! Love this story with the bad boy Wolf and Nova the girl who just lives her life. Their path become intertwined with so many twists and tales that leave you on the edge of your seat. You won’t be disappointed in this story at all!
Oh Wow, I am speechless this is a new book from Shanora and something different from what she normally writes.
She does MC so well this book has so many twists and turns i didn’t see coming so buckle up and enjoy the roller coaster of a ride that will have you on the edge of your seat.
I loved Nova she is feisty stubborn and just all round a great character, Wolf is a arrogant bad boy Prez who might have met his match with Nova. Great characters.
Such a great story that will keep you turning the pages.
One of my top reads for 2019
I legit devoured it. This exceeded my expectations and so much more. Shanora can do no wrong! I need more. I demand for more! It’s an MC romance, but it’s not really dark. The story is told only in the heroine’s POV. The banters between Wolf and Nova got me cracking up. Together, they are explosive and fire.
Nova is a sassy and feisty heroine. I love how she’s not scared to stand up against Wolf. She’s not someone who’s looking for a commitment besides a hookup. She’s someone who doesn’t give up easily, and loves a challenge.
Wolf was such a douchebag, but I LOVE him so much! His arrogance made it even more interesting. Lol Since the story was only told in Nova’s POV, you don’t know what he’s thinking and don’t know his past until later in the book. It made the story even more interesting.
The twist happened and left me speechless. I was not expecting it. Highly, highly recommended.
Amazing! Wolf and Nova story is so incredible intriguing and amazing. It’s has secrets and revelations twists you wouldn’t see coming. Nova was strong, loyal and she didn’t take any crap from anyone. She was very protective of those she love the most. Wolf was everything vicious, strong, hard. Nova brought out wolfs softer side. This story was real, well written and action packed. It was a great MC read. And also got some glimpses of other characters in the club. The characters were well written and overall Bad of Me it was great read, it will capture you from the first chapter. I recommended everyone to read this story. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
One of my top reads of 2019.
Shanora Williams is at the top of her game in Bad For Me. Omg, I don’t know where to begin. This is her first book written in the genre of MC Romance and she delivers a story that had me not wanting it to end.
Nova puts herself into a situation in order to save her brother. She is a feisty and stubborn woman who knows what she wants in life. Wolfe president of the Lords of Chaos MC, is also a stubborn soul. Both have pasts that have made them who they are. The change within themselves creates a steamy chemistry that changes both of them.
I really loved this book. Shanora Williams has created a story that keeps you glued to the pages. I hope to see more of Nova and Wolf in future books in the series.
If you love ready MC Romances or you’re a first timer, Bad For Me is a 5 Must Read.I received an advance copy of Bad For Me in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are mine and were not influenced by the author or her promotional team.
